Hotel berhampiran Former Ishikiriyama Station, Sapporo

Excellent location, very close to the airport bus station and the Nakajima Koen station's escalator. It is also very close to the lower part of the Susukino district and there are a bunch of restaurants a few minutes away from the hotel. The breakfast was okay, we have had better breakfast before but to be honest the breakfast is actually very good for this price point. Delicious ice cream is available during breakfast and it's from the Niseko Takahashi Farm. There is a coffee corner at the lobby and serves drinks from 3-10pm iirc.

This is the BEST hotel in Sapporo for long term stay. The staff was very kind, thoughtful and friendly. I used the GYM almost everyday because it was so spacious. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom as well. They have afforaable coin Laundry as well! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a long stay, telework (internet is high speed and theres a working desk), affordable and cozy transportation around Sapporo. It is also close to many popular delicious food around Sapporo. 5 STARS! SHOUT OUT to the front desk team, especially Matsu****a-san, Dendra and Liu Chih for making my stay so comfortable - they're always so ready to help especially with me moving in and out of the hotel so much to travel around Sapporo! Hotel ini mempunyai lokasi yang sangat baik, berhampiran jalan membeli-belah dan pusat membeli-belah. Bufet sarapan pagi yang lazat dengan pelbagai pilihan. Stesen kereta api di Susukino boleh diakses dengan mudah, hanya 3 minit berjalan kaki dari hotel. Walau bagaimanapun, walaupun saiz bilik adalah memuaskan, permaidani agak lama dan kotor.

The staff were always very nice and greeted us warmly every time they saw us. We got upgraded to the royal Level of rooms which gives you access to the French restaurant. Beautiful spacious room with a great view. Short walk to the shopping street and to Odori Park. Would stay there again for sure.

Very disappointed, I will request a birthday greeting for the wife name noriko san, staff never do anything, even a small papers to greet the birthday celebrants nothing service, even the small hotel they give something like birthday restaurant tickets that hotel is relief hotel Susukino, compared to the knots hotel Susukino Sapporo the more elegant looking but nothing good services, never stay anymore no more 🥲😡

The service at the front desk was very good. My friend lost her mobile phone. The girl at the front desk was very helpful in helping to translate and contact. Saya agak gementar sebelum saya berpindah. Selepas membaca ulasan, saya bimbang bilik itu terlalu kecil dan tidak cukup bersih. Daftar masuk sebenar adalah hebat dan saya sangat berpuas hati. Kakitangannya mesra dan bertimbang rasa Walaupun bahasa Inggeris mereka tidak cukup baik, mereka masih secara proaktif menggunakan perisian terjemahan untuk berkomunikasi. Minuman panas percuma di lobi Bilik itu bersih dan kemas Sangat dekat dengan Pintu Keluar 10 Stesen Kereta Api Bawah Tanah Odori Anda sebenarnya tidak perlu menukar kereta bawah tanah selepas turun di Sapporo JR Anda boleh terus berjalan di sepanjang laluan bawah tanah ke Stesen Odori. Kawasan sekitar terletak 3 minit dari Tanukikoji dengan pelbagai jenis restoran.

Hotel staff are kind and helpful. This hotel is very near to Odori park Subway Station, walking about 10min, The convenient store 7-11 is just beside the hotel, and many shopping Mall is just walking distance within 10 min. My family has a nice stay here and we definitely will come back again when we next visit Hokkaido.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Emion! The hotel is new, modern and very clean with some nice amenities. Our room was great and it was very comfy and quiet. There were lots of extras in the rooms like a kettle and mini fridge, a TV with casting abilities, pyjamas and all kinds of hygiene products. We had a very good night's rest here. The bathroom for the room had nice bathroom products with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower pressure was great and it was easy to control the temperature. A highlight of visiting Japan is always using the Japanese toilets and they had a nice new model that even had a sanitation feature. The hotel has some good amenities like the onsen and baths on the second floor. Again, very clean and some good high temperature pools to soak in as well as a sauna and cold bath. The nice bathroom products from our room were also available in the baths area. The onsen has a nice change room and the ladies have a separate spa card to access their change area. The hotel lobby was very comfy and cozy with direct access to a 7-11 by the front desk. The second floor also had quite a few vending machines and laundry machines available. The laundry machine washed and dried our clothes for 600 yen in 2 hours and had self feeding laundry detergent which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good and we found we were within a 20-30 minute walk to most of the places we visited while in Sapporo. The hotel even has access to Sapporo Train and metro station via entrance 15 and you can stay indoors the whole way if you follow the corridors and pedways all the way. It just opened but we wish the sidewalks in front could be cleared a bit better because it was pretty slippery and icy during our stay. We'd also recommend having a change machine and more laundry machines because it was very popular. I waited in the area for a machine to be available and two people showed up right when my laundry was done at 12:40 am. The laundry machines do require you to put in a code before you start and after you finish to make sure no one else unloads for you.
