Ulasan Ibis Styles Sapporo

Overall, it’s a standard ibis Styles experience—nothing much to complain about. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided outstanding customer service. We accidentally inserted a coin into the card machine, mistaking it for a coin exchange machine. When we approached the staff for help, they promptly assisted us in retrieving the 1,000 yen and even delivered it to our room. The location isn’t as convenient as Susukino, but Nakajima-Koen Station is just a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was average, with a decent selection of salads and small side dishes, but limited main courses. The highlight for me was their delicious banana ice cream.

Nice clean rooms, nearby the sapporo and odori station. Walk along the streets of the hotel and you can find numerous cafes, stores and eateries. It's a good central location and easy to access via the train station. Less than 5 mins walk away. Recommended to stay for a good experience

Staff was very friendly and the room condition was better than thought. Only issue we had was two single beds for my children (family room of 4 single beds). It was the worst mattress ever in my trip experience.

Perfect and very quiet and spacious. Perfect spot, near the Susukino ***** and in center of all yakitoris, yakinikus, izakayas and clubs, as well as shopping centers.

This is really the best IBIS Styles I have ever stayed in! Everything is just perfect. Great location, close to the metro stop, within walkable distance to all the hotspots, and amenities available that are really above and beyond typical IBIS Styles hotels. The staff were friendly and super helpful, there's a nice sushi restaurant and even a Lawson convenience store on site. Premium rooms are specious and lovely. Highly recommended!

My favorite hotel due to big room 30 sqm. bigger than hotel in sapporo and close to Nakagima park. Clean room and close to subway Walkable to susukino, tanukikoji shopping area.

The room is comfortable and clean. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It has a very convenient location. And the hotel staff were very helpful and we felt very welcomed.

This is the best budget hotel I had stay. Room size is big. Buffets need some improvement. Front desk can speak will English. Surrounding have a lot of food and convenience store.

Location is very good

Great hotel located near Nakajima koen station with Lift access so it’s traveller friendly. The staff speaks perfect English & are very friendly. The hotel room is huge & very clean too. They have a water dispenser at level 5, and although no water bottles are provided, they have a clean water jug in the room so we can bring drinking water in bulk to our room to drink. The baby cot provided was great too. Overall, would stay again here if we come back to Sapporo.
