Good location. neat sapporo station. booked a quadruple room for 4. big and spacious enough for 4 of us and can fit 3 luggage. i like the bed, comfy and the pillow suits me well. however, the parking comes with a fee of 1500yen. Toyota rent a car is just next door.

Perfect location close to Sapporo station and shopping area stellar, Apia, Diamaru

The accommodation is excellent, just a short distance from the train station. Comfortable and convenient, the rooms are small like those in Japan but still cozy.

The breakfast is a must. Location is so close to Sapporo station, around 10 minutes’ walk, where you can take JR to airport. They have coin laundry too in the 5th floor and a small souvenir shop on 1st floor.

The hotel located near the JR station. It is clean and tidy. Staffs are kind and smile. Just 5 minutes walk to Aeon supermarket and department store. Restaurants around the hotel. We will be back in the future.

The location was great as it is really only 3 mins walk to the station. It is near to many restaurants and besides Toyota car rental.

I like Mystay Aspen Sapporo. With good location, reasonable price and well-trained staffs, it is simply a good choice recommended to others.

Great location, comfortable, spacious and quiet room. The best part is the staff very helpful in making dinner reservations since i cant speak Japanese. The buffet breakfast is delicious with many varieties and selections. One area to improve is if the hotel could provide drinking water or water refill services, then it will make the stay perfect.

The room is a bit old, and there is no fitness center or public bath in the hotel. However, the location is very convenient, offering an optimum room size. I can walk from Sapporo station in only 5-10 minutes (south -west). The breakfast is also good; I love the probiotics Hokkaido juice, complimentary sparkling wine, Nutto, a variety of healthy salad choices, and especially the salmon. Additionally, Mystays-bathroom amenities include a large bottle of DHC soap and shampoo with conditioner.

Excellent location and good room size for comfort. Certainly, value for money.

Location is good, 5 mins within JR Sappiro station. Corner room is spacious and recommended. Staffs were nice and willing to solve problems for customers. I asked for a blanket but was biten by some unknown insects from it.

Breakfast selection is excellent, with sashimi and ikura.
