Excellent stay. Was given free upgrade to a bigger room. The restaurant for breakfast gives you great views in different directions, which includes beautiful Mountain View! Good spread of breakfast. It is located in the centre of Sapporo City. 10 minutes walk North you will find JR Sapporo Station and 10 minutes South you will find the busy commercial district of Susukino. If you are travel from the airport, the airport Liner bus stop is right in front of the hotel but the journey will take more than 90 minutes as there are quite a few stops before arriving at the hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Be sure to book the breakfast if available. It costs 3300Yen if pay separately at the hotel but the breakfast at the Northern Terrace is one of the best buffet breakfast I have ever tasted.

Recently we were allowed to travel outside Aomori prefecture. We booked plane tickets and hotel 3 days in advance. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by professional and friendly staff. Our temperatures were taken and all Covid precautions were maintained. Our room was spacious with a view of the mountains and a river. Bathroom was large with separate shower and bathtub. Robes and slippers were provided. Our stay included breakfast and it was delicious. Especially the made to order omelettes. Fresh fruit, vegetables, sweet breads and meats plus several Japanese traditional breakfast items were offered. Plastic gloves are given to use for the self serve items. Every morning we received a warm greeting and coffee from the manager. Everyone in the dining room and hotel made us feel welcomed. The hotel has a bus that shuttles every hour to the main Sapporo train station and shopping center. This was a great benefit of the hotel. We will go back and stay for the winter festival! We were on the 9th floor.

너무 빈티지스럽고 예쁠 것 같아서 예약한 곳 인스타에 검색해봐도 이 곳이 많이 나와서 예약했다 혼자 간 여행이고 위치도 삿포로 역에서 가까운편! 대신에 징기스칸 맛집들에서는 다 15분 이상 걸어야하지만 추천! 나는 스탠다드 싱글을 예약했는데 스탠다드 더블룸으로 업그레이드(?) 해줬음.. 근데 의사는 안물어보고 해주셨는데 이게 좀 애매한게 혼자서 퀸 침대 쓰려고했는데 신글 두개에 더 넓은 방으로 해줬음 .. 어짜피 침대는 하나쓰는데.. 여기가 더 넓어서 해줬다는데 좀 애매했다.. 스탠다드 더블 써서 침대 한개 더 넓었으면 또 모르겠지만.? 일단 알겠다 하고 그냥 바꾸기도 귀찮아서 안했다. 해도 잘 드는 곳으로 업그레이드 해줬긴한데 뭔가 애매한 업그레이드.. 그래도 뭐… 호텔자체는 분위기 낭낭하고 .. 좋았지만 전화기 옆에도 먼지가 많고.. 욕조를 썻는데 물 내려가는 속도가 매우 느렸고 샤워한 물이 다음날에도 건조가 안되는등 매우 낡아서 .. 전체적으로 매우매우 아쉬움.. 빈티지스러운건 너무 예쁘고 좋은데 시설이 아쉬움 ㅜ 조식은 못 먹어봤는데 뭔가 맛날것 같다 결론 일박만 하길 잘한 것 같다 !!

The hotel location is excellent, just several minutes' walking distance from Sapporo Station, and best of all, you can use the underground pass and use the elevator at exit 23, and from there it is only around 200m to the hotel (or exit 22 if you do not mind walking the stairs, then it is only around 150m to the hotel). We stayed there in winter when it was snowing heavily outside, so we were very grateful for this. Less than 10 minutes' walk away are famous landmarks such as Sapporo Beer Factory, Sapporo TV Tower and Odori Park. The staff were all very patient, friendly and helpful. Room is quite standard sized for a Japanese hotel in the city, small but clean. I liked the fact that they have a wide range of pillows that you can freely choose from, and also that there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers available. Our rooms came with breakfast at the adjoining Yayoi restaurant. I am not sure whether it is standard for this hotel or whether it is because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but there was no buffet, and instead breakfast is available in only 4 fixed options (3 Japanese style and 1 Western style), which is the same every day. For example, no eggs, milk, cereal, etc. as what you might expect from a standard Western style breakfast, and the side dishes for the Japanese style options are also fixed so there is no variety. It is not a big problem for the average traveller just staying one or two nights, but having more variety would be nice for example when you are staying for more than a few days, or are a fussy eater. Children set meals are also available at very affordable prices.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Emion! The hotel is new, modern and very clean with some nice amenities. Our room was great and it was very comfy and quiet. There were lots of extras in the rooms like a kettle and mini fridge, a TV with casting abilities, pyjamas and all kinds of hygiene products. We had a very good night's rest here. The bathroom for the room had nice bathroom products with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower pressure was great and it was easy to control the temperature. A highlight of visiting Japan is always using the Japanese toilets and they had a nice new model that even had a sanitation feature. The hotel has some good amenities like the onsen and baths on the second floor. Again, very clean and some good high temperature pools to soak in as well as a sauna and cold bath. The nice bathroom products from our room were also available in the baths area. The onsen has a nice change room and the ladies have a separate spa card to access their change area. The hotel lobby was very comfy and cozy with direct access to a 7-11 by the front desk. The second floor also had quite a few vending machines and laundry machines available. The laundry machine washed and dried our clothes for 600 yen in 2 hours and had self feeding laundry detergent which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good and we found we were within a 20-30 minute walk to most of the places we visited while in Sapporo. The hotel even has access to Sapporo Train and metro station via entrance 15 and you can stay indoors the whole way if you follow the corridors and pedways all the way. It just opened but we wish the sidewalks in front could be cleared a bit better because it was pretty slippery and icy during our stay. We'd also recommend having a change machine and more laundry machines because it was very popular. I waited in the area for a machine to be available and two people showed up right when my laundry was done at 12:40 am. The laundry machines do require you to put in a code before you start and after you finish to make sure no one else unloads for you.

I love this hotel in how good their service is. I didn't receive my package and the front desk Mr. Kudoh response efficiently and assisted at once to found my package. The room is clean, bed is large and with non-smoking. Large bathtub and the room looks very nice. Location is superb too only 1min to bus station and subway. 30s to convenient store. I will definitely come back when I visit Hokkaido! 友達と２泊しました。ちょっどな郵便物トラブルが起こしましたが、さすがにフロント工藤さん早速の対応力に脱帽です、秒で解決した👍🏻迷った上このホテルを選んでよかったです。ヘアも広い、快適に過ごしました✨️

I'm giving this hotel a 5 simply because for the price per night you cannot find the same amenities anywhere else. I was lucky to find this hotel early and got a very good deal per night. The hotel isnt super fancy but they offered a public onsen (with dyson dryers and lots of free lotions etc) and pillow selection downstairs which was amazing. The onsen was quite empty when we went and it was nice to soak after a long day. The location is also very close to odori park and to Sapporo station. Room itself was of decent size, def bigger than my Kyoto and Tokyo hotels. Staff was also very friendly!

The location of the propery is excellent, it's about 5-10min walking distance to the train station, countless konbinis are nearby and Odori Park can be reached by walking for about 15min as well. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. The self check-in instructions were detailed and made it an easy task. The only negative thing I have to say, is that there are no English manuals for the washing machine or the microwave. That would have made things a lot easier. But apart from that everything has been perfect and I recommend the place for everyone who stays in Sapporo for 3 days or longer.

真冬の寒さに負けないお部屋で、快適でした！ ベッドの寝心地が最高すぎて、終始ゴロゴロしてしまい、大変良かったです。 札幌駅からのアクセスは多少遠いですが、この住まいの一階にスープカレー屋さんがあったり、セイコーマートがすぐそこにあったりして最高です。 しかし真冬に訪れるとベッドが快適なので、私は家でコロンとしていました。最高でしたので、また利用します。
