Hotel Sarajevo dengan Kolam Renang

For those with time to enjoy Sarajevo Grand Hotel offers all you need as well as a glimpse into one of the many 'Grand' hotels with fitting that encapsulate the former Yugoslavia. Breakfast although basic was within expectations for the price point. The 'Sarajevo 1984' Olympic colors on the chairs I thought were a nice nod to the past. The room was modest but included everything I needed as a solo traveller and was cleaned every couple of days. Lack of AC was the only thing that made the trip slightly less comfortable. There is a bar on a maisonette floor that serves drinks all day till around 11PM. The staff were courteous and helpful. For those who don't have a car, taxi can be ordered from the front desk or you can walk 5 minutes to the Railway Station and nearest Tram/Bus stops. The observation tower is nearby, the Ottoman city is around 30 minutes on foot. I would stay again. 👍

Fantastic place for short and long stays with central location, walking distance from everything. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped and sparkling clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff and their breakfast is decent with huge variety of food and drinks.

服務好差，對外國人都很友好！我預訂的包含早餐，前台板著臉説沒有！還是通過攜程溝通才確定好早餐。早餐你不問竟然不説是有熱食可供點餐的，旁邊的老外可以有！前台都好似欠她們錢一樣！空調在30度的夏天竟然壞了，馬桶沖水需要不停調整，要不水流不止！旁邊門口的點餐竟然放了一天一夜也沒有收！看着都噁心！中國遊客大可不必預訂，位置更方便的酒店在老城區到處都有！

酒店地理位置優越，靠近購物區和餐廳，距離機場近。客房寬敞舒適，設施齊全，員工服務專業周到，提供優質的餐飲和出租車服務。

設施：有電梯，裝修風格我很喜歡，走廊香氣很美妙。 衛生：整潔乾淨，連續住兩天，中途有幫忙打掃和更換浴巾。 環境：離city center非常近，基本離需要打卡的景點和餐廳都不超過200米。 服務：來薩拉熱窩不用想了，就住這家，絕對會滿意。。工作人員英語挺好，房間沒有熱水壺，大半夜打電話秒送上樓了，還幫忙叫了出租車，來巴爾幹兩周多了第一次覺得有物有所值的四星級酒店。 tips：攜程上預定了不包括早餐的檔位，但是酒店前台告訴我們價格including早餐，而且早餐真的非常豐盛，而且好吃。
