Wonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.

設施：有電梯，裝修風格我很喜歡，走廊香氣很美妙。
衛生：整潔乾淨，連續住兩天，中途有幫忙打掃和更換浴巾。
環境：離city center非常近，基本離需要打卡的景點和餐廳都不超過200米。
服務：來薩拉熱窩不用想了，就住這家，絕對會滿意。。工作人員英語挺好，房間沒有熱水壺，大半夜打電話秒送上樓了，還幫忙叫了出租車，來巴爾幹兩周多了第一次覺得有物有所值的四星級酒店。
tips：攜程上預定了不包括早餐的檔位，但是酒店前台告訴我們價格including早餐，而且早餐真的非常豐盛，而且好吃。

SShae IslamThe hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! Thank you :-)

HHafsah MatarFantastic place for short and long stays with central location, walking distance from everything. The rooms are spacious, fully equipped and sparkling clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff and their breakfast is decent with huge variety of food and drinks.

XXiaonvzei房間有點小，離各景點很近。離總統酒店有80米距離，給朋友定的，在老城區裏面，後面走幾步路就是很好逛的巷子了。

RRonan PatrickNice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.

My only concern is the breakfast time & the service that is provided Customer . Service is 0. It needs to be improved & staff need to be well trained & understand what is customer service. Otherwise its a place to be.

LLaffertyMenginap selama dua minggu yang menyenangkan, tanpa geseran, dengan semua orang dalam perkhidmatan penuh, mod mesra pada setiap masa yang menunjukkan pengambilan pekerja yang sangat baik dan minat yang tulus dalam perkhidmatan pelanggan. Semua permintaan, ada yang mencabar kami layan dan selesaikan dengan mudah dan senyuman.
Lokasi tidak boleh lebih baik terletak betul-betul di atas bukit dari Pigeon Square di Old Town, salah satu tempat yang lebih ajaib. Di bumi.
Iaitu, saya fikir kita masih di bumi.

PPengguna TetamuFor those with time to enjoy Sarajevo Grand Hotel offers all you need as well as a glimpse into one of the many 'Grand' hotels with fitting that encapsulate the former Yugoslavia.
Breakfast although basic was within expectations for the price point. The 'Sarajevo 1984' Olympic colors on the chairs I thought were a nice nod to the past.
The room was modest but included everything I needed as a solo traveller and was cleaned every couple of days. Lack of AC was the only thing that made the trip slightly less comfortable.
There is a bar on a maisonette floor that serves drinks all day till around 11PM. The staff were courteous and helpful.
For those who don't have a car, taxi can be ordered from the front desk or you can walk 5 minutes to the Railway Station and nearest Tram/Bus stops.
The observation tower is nearby, the Ottoman city is around 30 minutes on foot.
I would stay again. 👍

PPengguna TetamuBeing born in the city and left a few years ago, I thought I should stay in the iconic hotel, being famous for nice accommodation. Bit of a let down. Room was clean, shower was leaking in a big puddle, towels are all frayed and shouldn't be used at all. Just very bad. Overall furniture very old, unkept and used. Bit disappointed that the icon of the Sarajevo is fading away.

IISMAILThe hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel.
However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.
