We booked 2 rooms for an overnight stop. We got there at 4.30 and the woman who checked us in was very pleasant but when we got up to the rooms they were still being 'cleaned' so we went for a walk. When we came back we found both rooms to still be quite grubby. The carpets in both rooms were stained, the lino very worn and the sink in our room had hairline cracks. Our room also smelled of stale sweat. The air con was ok ish in our room but barely working in our kids'room. The bed was comfy and I slept well. We had breakfast in the morning and we all thought it was great quality and variety and good value for money. So in conclusion, a great breakfast but very very tired rooms in desperate need of an update. We've stayed in lots of Campagniles before and this is the worst one by far, they have obviously let themselves go. I would not stay in one again.

Accueil sympa du personnel. Bon petit déj avec jus d'oranges pressé, choix en confiture, croissants et pains au chocolat frais. Chambre sans climatisation. Donc obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir du frais... et malheureusement, il y a la route à côté !! Donc choisir entre fraîcheur avec bruit ou étouffer sans bruit !!!

So first things first, Premiere Classe is something of a lesson in you get what you pay for. It’s cheap because it’s very basic, but if you’re just looking for a bed for the night it’s a good option. First, the positives: the room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and we all slept well. There’s a TV in the room, the shower/toilet en suite was also nice and clean and the shower was good, although the temperature did fluctuate a little bit. Breakfast was what you would expect for the price (€5.90, or about £5) – a buffet of two kinds of cereals with milk, croissants, toast, breakfast biscuits, jam and butter, juice, hot drinks from a machine, yoghurt. All self serve and you can go up and get more if you want. The dining area was very clean and the food was decent. Negatives: the entrance is easy to miss, but as it’s on a roundabout and the roads nearby are quiet it’s not a problem to turn around and have another go. It’s right by a main road, which can be quite noisy although our sleep wasn’t disturbed by it. As far as I could tell, there is no lift, but there are ground floor rooms. So if you have any accessibility needs it’s worth stipulating you need a ground floor room. Other considerations: It’s laid out like a typical American motel, in that all the rooms open straight out onto the pavement or balcony walkway if you’re on the first or second floor. This wasn’t a problem for us, but I know some people don’t like it. We took a family room for three people with a double bed and a single. The single is above the double, though, like a bunk bed. Because our child is only three, my husband slept in the bunk as it wouldn’t have been safe to put a child that young up there. It was a bit of a squeeze for my husband , but he did just about fit! The room isn’t big, which was fine for us but if we’d had a baby or younger child and needed to set up a cot, there wouldn’t have been enough room. Pets are accepted for a nominal nightly fee.

The key points of a good hotel stay are clean, comfortable and quiet room with decent wifi. This hotel misses on 3 out of 4 points - room was clean, thats where it ends. Mattresses were uncomfortable (sagging) and pillows dreadful (lumpy), the wifi signal was poor and needed to signed back to every so often. The hotel is on a main road so noise traffic is constant - so be aware of this when booking (the photo is off the back the hotel where half the rooms are, the other half are at the front, 12 feet away from traffic - the address should have given us a clue you will say and I agree however, my biggest complaint is that the hotel does their laundry near the rooms (we were on the second floor) so we had the noise of the spin cycle going all day and all night. A request was put forward to the front desk for a change of room however, the surly front desk staff said the hotel was full (despite being able to book a room on the website). Would definitely not recommend this hotel. I'vehad better in cheaper establishment in the area.
