Hotel ini hebat! Saya benar-benar berada di sana selama hampir sebulan dan saya tinggal beberapa kali sepanjang tahun Tetapi hotel mengusir saya dan sebelum mendaftar keluar kerana teman lelaki saya memukul saya. Hotel ini tidak melindungi wanita dalam keadaan kasar. Saya bukan penceroboh

Service personal were very friendly. There was a drunk in the pool area - but i didn't report it. I just left The breakfast could have used some protein We were very happy, and would book again. I appreciated the iron and ironing board

Had a problem with the TV, they took care of it in 20 mins!

Ese no es un hotel características de MOTEL. La entrada al cuarto SUCIA, la puerta del cuarto SUCIA, la puerta no ajustaba, las cortinas ROTAS y a 10 pies del cuarto estaba el DEPÓSITO DE BASURA.no quisieron cambiar el cuarto No utilizamos el servicio. Pido reintegro de mi dinero. Es una estafa, los reportaré a ambos a reporte al consumidor de USA HORACIO AGUDELO

After staying in a separate quality inn in Orlando the night before I was honestly so surprised at the state of this particular hotel. The room is dirty and run down. Large curtains hiding stains on the walls. I have never and will never stay in a room like this again. There are suction cup “stains” on one of the head boards.

Tub filled with water when showering as did the sink when you brushed your teeth. Hair on floor when we checked in. Complained to front desk. Housekeeping was poor at best.

Computer log in terrible idea or bad design! Bathtub NEEDS HAND RAULS. Very slick Half in cap around door. Drafty on cold night.

Plase aviod this property, the Mannager and the front desk personnel super rude and unprofessional .please aviod this plase if not yuo will regretted

The rooms were clean however, the exterior was dirty and needed painting and updated. When you check in you check in with a person on a computer, not a real person. Felt as though there wasn’t anyone there to help if needed even though they say there’s someone on site 24/7.

The outside could use a little paint. The room was decent. Breakfast could use a few more options. I liked having a real person there to talk to at check-in.

we knew what we signed up for! the staff is wonderful, free breakfast, a comfortable bed, a shower. it was cheap! But that chair in our room looked like it was from a dumpster! Soiled! some of the ceiling was peeling and towel bars needed tightened. But when i needed a broken hair dryer replaced, they were there within minutes!!! the room was cleaned so to speak but there was a small pile of sand left by the bed, so not sure if the cleaning was that thorough!! i have to believe the other issues are corporate issues (maybe)!!! They seem to get full on the weekend! if you just want a bed and a shower, this is your place!

It was a some what of a comfortable stay. A lot of banging, yelling and noise. The nightstands and tv stand was sticky. Couldn’t get the flyer off the tv stand to read it. The bathroom toilet gurgling at random times at night was weird. The staff was respectful and helpful though. And when you turn on the shower there was a burning smell.

After being lectured during check in about no smoking in the rooms, which I don't smoke, we went to the room which which reeked with the smell of smoke. It is evident that this room was at one point a smoking room. It smelled so bad that my wife wanted to leave. If it was only a one night stay, I would have left. With it being non-refundable, and us staying 2 nights, I wouldn't. I will never stay here again. While the rooms and property are quite dated and checking in through a kiosk isnt ideal, i would have been ok but the smell of smoke is nasty. I will have to wash all of my clothes, even the clean ones as soon as i get home to get the smell of smoke out.
