Room was so small with 2 beds ...the shower drain smelled bad and water didnt go down...it was fixed but the smell lingered around. They didnt have complimentary coffee which was bad for us...there was an issue with my payment that I did online....never staying here again

Next to market and museum, good location

Not impressed, actually worst hotel in my 30 yrs travel. No heat at all, then portable heater blew fuse no electricity all night. No matter heater, no room or lobby coffee. Restaurant food and servixe was good. This property damages the Ibis brand.

We will stay there again. My husband and I were so happy with the cleanliness and the attention from the crew. We requested towels and they would bring them right away. We were able to check in 30 minutes prior to 3:00 pm which made our stay easy and relaxing. Pretty quiet at night so made our sleep peaceful.

i have requested E-invoice from two weeks ago, but still no reply from now, why its so hard to solve this problem.

Great location for exploring Tijuana. Nice and clean. Felt safe at night and walking in the day.

Nice price for decent quality, good service and private underground parking

Room was spacious. Hotel was located very close to borders and plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Traffic wasn't very good as there is only one way to get in and out of hotel so depending on time of day, it might take extra time to get into or out of hotel.

Hotel was very clean. Location was ok...I typically like to stay closer to Revolution.

The location was good and I was a little surprised to see the Metris condition, but I'm satisfied with the overall condition

They overcharged me, and they won't give me a refund until a month later. They asked me to fill out about three forms for the refund. I called a week later to find out about the process, and they told me they would contact me about a refund. They never contacted me about a refund. When I called again, it turned out they asked for more paperwork and that they hadn't processed my application yet!

A little small, but very clean. Breakfast is also quite rich. Very close to the border

It cost 660 yuan to stay in this kind of room. It's really sad. It's really not good. The room is very small. And the bathroom is not good at all and is shabby.
