Stayed with a friend and it was perfect. The rooftop pool was stunning and the service staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay here in the future 100%.

We booked to stay on our wedding night but were slightly underwhelmed this wasn’t even acknowledged. The hotel was clean on the whole with a quick check-in. The rooms were a decent size. Thankfully we brought toiletries with us as the bathroom amenities were empty.

The service was great! The location was also great w easy shuttle access to St. Armand’s Circle and the beach. The bars esp the rooftop bar and restaurant were excellent. Also the pool. Breakfast was great too. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed.

Nice to have a shuttle to take you to St Armands. Breakfast is ok but service is not good and takes too long.

Far too often the booking price is not what you end up paying. There is a daily resort fee$22 along with a daily parking fee $45. And you are not allowed to park your own car; valet only. All in all it would have been much better to go to a VRBO home for the amount of money we paid for 4 day stay. Plus we could have brought our hypoallergenic dogs. Which we could have brought for an extra $200 a day. I will say the service was excellent, the food was good. The views outstanding.

I didn’t like the excessive add on charges especially the outrageous cost to park at the hotel. The hotel general staff were very friendly but the manager was insulting. I will not stay there again

Overall, a very good hotel. Super-helpful with an early check-in; great 19th-floor pool and bar/food service; comfy room with blackout drapes, quiet/efficient HVAC, and nice sound insulation; decent, fast room service. Only one downer on the staff/service front: The housekeeping service (which I only used three times in a week) was pretty lame. Frankly, it seemed rushed. Didn't see much evidence of vacuuming. Sweetener packets on the floor, grunge in the bathroom, sink not thoroughly cleaned, toilet not well brushed out. Worst of all for my mental health, the coffee service was uneven. Sometimes, no stirrers. Sometimes, three decafs and no cafs. Sometimes, all sugar and no artificial sweeteners. Do they have a list that they can simply tick off? If so, do they understand it? I tip service people VERY well, and I know their jobs are often not great, but the coffee service on the whole was more suitable for a 2.5-star hotel, not a 4-star.

Very good service and decent food in the breakfast restaurant. They have a beautiful rooftop restaurant/bar but really need to step up the menu options up there. Such a great spot why not have a great menu versus basically a snack menu. We were there during spring break and three elevators for 19 floors made for some waiting. Overall a decent place, but could be great if they improved the roof top menu (can’t really change the lack of elevators)

3 star property masquerading as 4 star solely because of location. Poor service, blah rooms. Would not stay again.

Great rooftop and staff at rooftop bar ! Views are amazing. Traffic a bit loud, could use a fan in room for bathroom and white noise . Overall great hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Westin Sarasota. It is centrally located & the surrounding area is very walkable. Angela who checked us in was lovely, welcoming and super helpful. They had a shuttle that took us to and from St. Armand´s Circle, the Lido Beach and other points of interest which was very convenient. We also really enjoyed our breakfasts at Evoq, the restaurant on site.
