It was a truly comfortable experience. I would like to express my gratitude to all the employees at the EMD SNOWSPORTS ski rental and training center, especially Mr. Mert. I would also like to thank my cool and sympathetic teacher Kadir. I really don't think of going to Uludag again, which we have been going to for years. thank you duja family thank you EMD SNOWSPORTS

The hotel's location is fantastic, service quality is excellent, and the staff is respectful and friendly. The food is amazing. Especially, the attention and dedication from Mr. Sinan Kılıç, the operations manager, are incredible. The facilities for children are quite sufficient. Definitely the best hotel in Sarıkamış.

Snowsonic organizasyonu ile beraber geldik ve oteli çok beğendi, personel gerçekten çok çok güler yüzlü. Otel çok büyük isviçre otelleri havası var. Canlı müzik her akşamam çok başarılı sanırım bodrumdan! Yoga hocası mükemmel Ötesi, pozitif ve güler yüzlü. Seneye organizasyon harici de muhakkak ailemi alıp buraya geleceyiz. Yemekler de çok lezzetli bu arada.

Kaldığımız süre boyunca tüm otel ekibi çok misafirperverdi. Herkes gerçekten çok güleryüzlüydü ve hiç yabancılık çekmedim. Ayriyeten kayarken küçük bir sakatlık yaşamıştım ve hastaneye ulaşım konusunda bize çok yardım ettiler. Odalar temiz ve düzenli olarak bakımları yapılıyor. Tesis genel olarak çok güzel tasarlanmış. Yemekler lezzetliydi . Akşamları da canlı müzikle günü noktalamak keyifliydi. Kesinlikle tekrar giderim.

Bir haftalık tatilimiz çok güzel, keyifli ve sorunsuz geçti Otele girişte bilgilendirme yeterliydi , resepsiyon personelinin ve müşteri ilişkileri personelinin ilgi ve alakalarından çok memnun kaldık, restoran lar yemekler çeşit ve lezzet açısından mükemmeldi servis personeli çok ilgiliydi, oda temizliği ve oda servisi eksiksizdi.otelin konumu pistlere çok yakındı kayak odası malzemeleri yeni ve kaliteliydi, otelin yarı olimpik havuzu ve SPA sı eksiksiz ve çok temizdi, fiyat fayda oranı mükemmeldi; başta otel üst yönetimi , operasyon müdürü Sinan bey ve tüm otel personeline çok teşekkür ederiz

It’s really nice Hospitality Nice meals the hotel is very clean I like the place and we’ve been in the kids club they are very nice they treated kids amazing and they speak Good English as well I like the I like ski bus trip mountain cafeteria it was really amazing place

The hotel service was excellent; despite it being the semester break, the staff worked tirelessly. They were always cheerful. Although the hotel is old, the employees, ski instructors, and ski room staff were all excellent. The spa staff were amazing, and the massage was excellent. The housekeeping was very organized and friendly. I will definitely go there every year. ı feel lile we are at home.

We visited the Sarkiamis Duja Chalet with two young kids for the first time. IT was an amazing 3 night stay at the hotel. The staff is amazing and helpful. We would specially like to thank Ms. Ebru and Mr. Enes from the kids' club for their great hospitality and kindness towards my kids, especially Ebru who got my daughter attached to herself that she didn't even want to leave from there. The only thing that we would like to suggest as international tourist is to have arrangements for phone and laptop charging ready with suitable adapters.
