Hotel berhampiran Ship ORIA Monument who sank on February 12, 1944 with 4,100 Italians POW di Saronikos

l'hôtel est trés beau , le buffet petit déjeuner est parfait, les chambres sont propres, mais le service laisse à désirer . En effet, la piscine ferme à 19H , et on vous met à la porte à 18H20 déjà alors que vous avez encore un verre à la main et qu'il fait encore jour et 33° à l'ombre, le Bar du haut pareil à 23H fermé, alors qu'il doit fermé à 00H normalement. L'approvisionnement dans la chambre se fait rarement ( manque café thé eau gobelet.....)et le room service est inexistant le soir à 22H ( J'ai demandé des gobelet pour pouvoir boire un café dans la chambre, on m'as dit *room service closed* lol . Cependant, le GROVE BAR, reste une exception avec de très bons cocktails et une service impeccable fournis par ANDREAS.

Anda boleh menghubungi tuan rumah untuk perkhidmatan pengambilan berbayar. Tiga bilik tidur dan dua bilik mandi dihias dengan baik. Haha, tuan rumahnya juga sangat bagus. Dia memperkenalkan pasaraya berdekatan, terdapat banyak buah-buahan di dalam peti sejuk, peralatan dapur sangat lengkap, kopi dan coklat boleh digunakan secara santai, melebihi penyenaraian yang diharapkan! Semasa wabak itu, saya sangat bimbang tentang masalah penerbangan ketika saya bermain di Greece, jadi saya mempunyai tidur malam yang nyenyak di sini.

I don't usually post negative reviews, but on this occasion, our stay was so bad at this hotel, that I felt the need to write this. We stayed at the Grand Lagonissi for 3 nights for a family wedding. Our room was a deluxe beach front bungalow, which by the way, looks fine on their website, but is not a reflection of the actual reality. The property is extremely dated with non-functional facilities. 3 of our 4 sockets didn't work and we there were no USB wall chargers. From the moment we entered the room we noticed a disgusting musty and damp smell. Immediately you could see that the room was filthy with dust and cobwebs everywhere. The lampshades were covered in dust and the table tops sticky. The grass outside in the so called 'garden area' was dirty and unkempt. The bathroom was even worse than the room, with a disctinct sulphur type smell coming from the toilet area. Broken tiles and paint peeling off were an added bonus. Things only got worse when we realised the towels had red ants crawling through them. On the first night we got back to our room following a wedding function only to find 12-15 mosquitoes on our ceiling. We called housekeeping who came and sprayed bug spray everywhere including the bed! We then asked them to clear up the dead bugs and change the bedding as my sister is allergic and has asthma and they refused! We ended up sleeping on the sofa that night. The next morning we waited for new housekeeping staff and asked them to change the bedding which had dead mosquitoes on it - they were very rude and refused. The lady made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. On top of this the air con wasn't working properly. The sofa and beds all have bed bugs. My sister and I have been bitten all over our bodies and have been to see the Dr since we got back home to get some treatment as the bites are so painful. Room service was also shambolic. We ordered some coffee to the room which took over 90 minutes to arrive. When we came back later that night the dirty cups were still there despite the turn-down service. When I called to complain, I was rudely told that housekeeping don't clear dirty crockery and it was our responsibility to call room service for collection. The beach front bungalows are not easily accessible from the main hotel. If you want to get anywhere you need to call a buggy which can take up to 20 minutes to arrive, sometimes not arriving at all. All in all if I could give this property a minus rating, I would. Rude staff, dated amenities, filthy rooms and a total disregard for customer service. Never again would I visit here and I would strongly discourage others from visiting. The Lagonissi is far from being grand.

Great place to stay close to airport and beach , good room size very clean And has a nice pool

酒店不大，一棟小白樓，但位置非常棒（Vouliagmeni 是雅典的富人區），旁邊全是私人別墅，附近幾分鐘步行就是海灣、湖泊、餐館和超市等。我入住的是高級單人房，房間非常素雅乾淨，還有一個靠街邊的小陽台，非常安靜。前台服務非常友善，他們幫約出租車（別忘了給小費），耐心的告訴我超市的位置，我的航班比較晚，他們毫不猶豫的同意我晚一個小時Checkout。 房間衛生搞得也很好，我每天放1歐小費給服務員，她很開心。有問題就跟前台溝通，他們都很高效。 這裡是度假休閑的絕佳地方，地中海的氣候宜人，空氣清新，海水非常清澈潔凈。附近的Vouliagmeni Lake是一個海水溫泉湖，很多本地人都來這裏游泳，對於喜歡游泳的來說這裏簡直是天堂。 提前預定價格非常划算，性價比超高，旺季就非常昂貴了。酒店的早餐是自助餐，各種希臘特色的佳肴，我吃了五天都不膩。希臘人跟中國人一樣很會做美食，而且我們的口味也差不多。附近的餐館大都是海鮮，環境一流，都在海邊，而且非常便宜可口，喜歡海鮮的朋友真的可以大快朵頤。 如果有機會，我還會再來這個酒店休假。

The spa amenities and massage environments was comfortable relax and great skill by the massage person.Is really good experience i have at here. Price is reasonable and nice person Good for couple for enjoying honeymoon and relaxing Next time will come back again

Everything was great, just a tiny notice about housekeeping they have forget to clean the coffee bar inside our room. However we used the request tablets to get new cups and coffee pods and they delivered within less than 20 min. Thank you Four Seasons team,

If you make a last minute reservation in Lavrio, you should know that the hotel is only one option. Don't expect more than a room & shower. It was generally clean but blanket/bedsheet/pillows smelt bad and there has been flood after shower in the bathroom. Nice part of our accomodation was staff who are helpful and smiling.
