Hotel Sault Ste. Marie dengan Gim

The location and amenities were great, but almost every facet of the trip was made frustrating by the hotel booking policies and front desk manager. I had a $250 Delta gift card that could not be used to pre-book the room to get a better rate. I called and was told I’d have to book the “member rate” (since I’m a member of Marriot Bonvoy and have their app) to use my gift card. That rate was $60 worse than prepaying on the app and $89 worse than trip.com. Considering they already have the money from the gift card you’d think they would have a way to use it while booking on their app or over the phone, not gouge you for the worst possible rate. Next, while we reserved a “water view room”, not a “partial water view” and paid extra, the photos show our lovely view of a steel plant, parking lot, mall and partial water view if you walked right up to the window and looked out at a sharp angle. I called 2 days before and requested early check in and was told 1pm. When I arrived our room was not ready. The manage (R****) was extremely rude and just acted confused, as if she didn’t understand, but seemed to understand and was just unwilling to do anything. There was a sock under the bed.

Room is clean and service was good. Location is close to the marina broadwalk. Hotel is a bit old but as long as it is clean I don't mind. Breakfast was good. Our stay was smooth in general.

Stayed here on a trip to take the Agawa Canyon Train. Nice room, basics all there and you could get a fruit cup at breakfast, plus oranges and apples at the front desk. Cooked stuff limited (sausage and egg thing) but you could put together a good breakfast. What really set this place apart for us, though, was the service. We flew in, so had no car and planned to walk up to the train in the morning. Problem: it was raining heavily and even with rain jackets, we would not be comfy. No problem, call a cab -- if we could wait until 9am (train leaves at 8) due to the student load at that time. A staff member (Hayleigh!!) had an idea and solved our issue. She contacted the night shift fellow, who had just left and asked if he would mind coming back to get us up there. He did and drove us right to the door for the train! Incredible service that nobody had to do, but a very decent response to our issue. Staff were always helpful and friendly and it really made this visit special!

My daughter and I had to visit Sault Ste. Marie for something and stayed at the Quattro Hotel in S.S Marie Ontario. It was my very best experience ever, everything was beautiful and very friendly staff ..

There was a huge mixup with booking a room based on pics on Trip.com website vs what I ended up with upon arrival Basically booked a jacuzzi room and got a plain room. The hotel bent over backwards to try to accommodate me...as it was unavailable and they reduced my room rate for the first night and put me into the jacuzzi room the 2nd night without any higher charge either What an amazing staff!!

Room is fine but seems old fashioned , bathroom is really good and big, facilities are not enough like as basic as water bottle is not available, over priced in comparison to other hotels available nearby.

I was satisfied with their service. The room was clean and nice.

We stayed for three nights in a king size suite. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel is close to a busy road but we heard very little noise at night. Gym was good and well equipped. Breakfast was also good with eggs, bacon, bagels etc. Hotel is close to Walmart Supercentre and other large stores. My only gripe was the laundry. One washing machine and dryer. Cost $1.75 each. I had to hunt around for some coins in the end Reception came to my aid but it would be good if these were free, such a small amount of money when you consider our total bill was $800+. Apart from that all good.
