I've been staying at B2 hotel, mostly for business, for over the years now. It is extremely rare for me to encounter rude staff but yesterday unfortunately I had met one when I checked in at B2 Nakorn Sawan Premium Hotel. I had what I would describe as the rudest interaction with hotel worker, Ms ณฐมน ครุธพันธ์. This experience contrasted sharply with the exceptional service l've come to expect from a service crew who represent B2 Hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, I observed an unnerving air of disorder at the front desk. The employee who checked me in appeared indifferent and inattentive, failing to greet me warmly or deliver the necessary information. This lack of fundamental courtesy created a poor tone throughout my entire stay, which is quite disturbing. Ranting...

We arrived after dark (7.40) on a rainy night after a long drive from Chiang Mai. We didn't feel like going out to eat, but no food available here, except for the packaged dry noodles and frozen sausages with no facilities to prepare anything. Not a word of English from the receptionist, so we ventured up to our room. The room is small and basic with no furniture... all concrete, so feels a bit like a concrete box. No balcony, just a window with an external blind over it. No bedside lamps and no power points beside the bed for the electronic devices. Instructions are provided for logging into the WIFI, but they are rather convoluted and I wasn't able to figure it out, ditto for the TV. The room light consists of a fluro tube over the TV, and one down light. On the plus side, the bed is large and reasonably comfortable and the bathroom has plenty of bench space. The foyer is quite nice and the hotel is just 450 meters off the highway and easy to find, with Macro across the road. But the best thing about this hotel is the beautiful white cat, who took a shine to us and followed us into the lift. I'm giving it three stars because despite the downside, it is adequate for one nights stay considering it is a budget hotel.

Located in a very convenient location, this hotel is just steps away from huge shopping malls, restaurants, even the city park. I made a right decision to stay at this hotel and will come back when I can in the future. Another good thing is there are enough amenities for me to use in the room and that’s great for travelers as they don’t have to carry all their amenities with them. The bed was particularly comfy - four pillows, soft blanket. Just great. The breakfast service was also one of my favorite.

this is a type of business hotel, ideal for people taking business trip, good location, very clean, room reasonable size andstaff service is adequate, very basic spoken English , for the price i paid i have no complain !

ทีแรกแอบหวั่นๆกับที่พักที่เป็นแบบบ้านเอามาทำที่พัก ทางเข้าจะเป็นซอยเล็กๆ มืดๆแอบน่ากลัวอยู่ แต่ก็เป็นบ้านผู้คนอยู่ 2 ข้างทาง พอมาถึงที่นี้ไม่ต้องหวั่นเลย บ้านจริงๆ เจ้าของดูแลกันเอง ต้อนรับดีมาก พูดจาเพราะ สะอาดเว่อร์อ่ะ เตียงนุ่ม หมอนนุ่ม ผ้าห่มยังนุ่ม มีนิดเดียวเรื่องผ้าขนหนู แอบมีขน 😅 ดูใหม่ทุกอย่าง ของที่ใช้เกรดดี อาหารเช้าเป็นข้าวต้ม ครัวซอง ที่นี้เป็นคาเฟ่ด้วย ชาเย็น เข้ม อร่อยมาก เราคนใต้ผู้ที่ชอบกินชาเย็น ต้องปรบมือให้เลย ถามพี่นกเจ้าขของว่าเปิดมานานหรือยัง บอก 2 เดือน ใหม่จริงๆ 😊 มีของที่ระลึกให้ลค.ด้วย

Je descends dans cet hotel a chaque fois que je fais le trajet Chiang Mai/ Bangkok. Pour moi c'est une étape incontournable. L'hotel est tres bien situé, les chambres spacieuses, lit king size confortable, belle salle de bains et/ou douche, petit déjeuner tres correct avec beaucoup de choix. Le seul point négatif, ce serait le bruit, il faut bien choisir sa chambre, entre le traffic routier, la boite de nuit, et le bar ”Bonbon”sur l'arriere du batiment. Pour cette qualité les prix des diverses chambres sont tres correct.

The accommodation is located in an easy to travel point. There is enough parking available. Directly connected, no elevator. You have to carry your luggage. As for the room, it's clean, the mattress is soft, and I sleep very comfortably. The shower is strong but the temperature is a bit difficult to adjust. As for everything else, it's good. It's not attached to anything. It's worth it because it's a comfortable place to sleep, easy to travel, and close to food sources. Good shady atmosphere

Room # 504 - 1 x Night - Booked via Agoda 1st time visit however we will book and return again. Food is excellent - they have an in-house restaurant that is open all day. We purchased Beer from reception that we could drink in the restaurant. We ate Dinner there - Tom Yung Prawn & Green Curry - Excellent and very reasonably priced. Buffet Breakfast was included in our room price and that too was Excellent. Fried Eggs, approx 5 x Hot Thai food choices, Soup and Toast Tea and Coffee. The room was mainly clean ( just dusty on top of headboard ) modern and obviously upgraded at some point in time. Walls are pretty solid but expect some corridor noise. All Staff were friendly, professional and courteous. Enough Free Onsite Car Parking was available. Situated right in the centre of town and very close to Sawan Park which is a must visit. The only negative was a harder than wanted Matress and very hard Pillows. We will book and be back :)

ห้องพักคือดีมากค่ะ มู้ดดีมากๆ เป็นโรงแรมpet freindly ส่วนตัวเป็นคนจมูกไวได้กลิ่นฉี่สุนัข แต่ห้องเพื่อนไม่มีกลิ่นนะคะ พนักงานหน้าฟร้อนตอบคำถามห้วนๆให้ข้อมูลไม่ได้สักอย่าง บอกว่าห้องอยุ่ติดห้องมีสุนัขนะ ถ้าไม่โอเคแนะนให้ยกเลิก พอจะยกเลิกบอกไม่ได้เงินคืน 5555 แต่ดีที่ที่พักนอนหลับสบายไม่ได้ยินเสียงรบกวน เก็บเสียงดีค่ะ ติดพนักงานอย่างเดียวเลย
