Our stay at Anantara was okay but nothing more. To start with something positive, the staff was really friendly and attentive which was great! Breakfast was outstanding as well and the architecture od the hotel was beautiful. Other things, however, were simply not good enough for the price you pay. Firstly, no one was at the entrance to greet us when we arrived with our car. We had to find the parking and get back to the hotel ourselves which is definitely not standard for a 5-star hotel. At check-in, they just assumed that my name (Alexandra) is a male name and didn‘t even talk to me, just to my partner. I would expect for them to get that this is a female name or just ask who uf us this is. The welcome was overall very hectic, the guy who showed us to our room was friendly, but extremely stressed and rushed. There are no showers at the pool which is not very hygenic. In the evening at the bar, they served the red wine way too warm. Also, you never, ever serve 250ml of wine all in one glass. In the same bar, they played really loud party music which was such a pity and quite inappropriate and somehow destroyed the ambiance. How about some discreet music such as jazz, classical music etc. which fits the vibe of the scenery/mood way better? Moving on to our room, the shelf in the shower where you can put your shampoo bottles was broken and losely fixed. Overall, a lot of things were not 5-star hotel like and disappointed us. If you pay $700 for one night, you can expect more. We would not visit again.

INCROYABLE. Franchement rien a dire, c’était juste magnifique! Un reve cet hotel, il y a TOUT. Et la vue waw. Petit conseil: a 2000m d’altitude il fait froid alors prenez des vêtements chauds!

Stepping into Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar, I am immediately transported into a place of relaxation and it’s almost when time has stood still. No doubt, the service standards has been from start to finish extremely impeccable. I am very amazed that the staff are all very polite and very friendly and forthcoming. In particular, I am very impressed with Cristina, a staff from Bella Vista Italian Restaurant. Cristina has been so friendly and she has managed to make us feel at home even only with just a dinner affair. The attention to details of provided is mind blowing and I so impressed by the breakfast buffet spread that I am spoilt for choices. Notwithstanding, the view is absolutely breathtaking and each time I stand at the viewpoints of the hotel I am always amazed at he grandeur of the canyons that the hotel overlooks. This place is a must visit for anyone who wants luxurious living , glorious view sand excellent service standards.

The infinity pool villa we stayed in was beautiful! Although it was only one night I enjoyed my time, the weather was good but it became cool at night. Sahan, the person who checked us in was very helpful and welcoming, he gave us a tour and prepared our villa very nicely and provided everything we asked for. My friends and I had lunch at the Italian restaurant and enjoyed the view at Diana view point. We picked up some fresh fruits and then spent the rest of our time in our beautiful villa ❤️ I would comeback again for sure. Although I would like to point out that the toilet emanated bad sewer smell that can be fixed by adding an air refresher, also when I checked out one of the staff made a mistake with the amount given to me but later they contacted me and fixed the problem and apologized for the hassle.

都挺好。就是整個酒店就我是自己來的Diana角全是情侶夫妻………… 晚餐期間有歌手來唱perfect顯得我更慘了………… 酒店小貓不怕人，黑色的貓咪有點受傷，我從muscat買了不少貓糧狗糧準備hiking時候投喂，後來hiking取消決定在兩家酒店躺平就全給這邊的小貓啦。天氣越來越熱，中東的工人和動物真的不容易。

Cet hôtel était incroyable. La localisation et la vue sont magnifiques. La nourriture est délicieuse même les buffets (dîner et petit-déjeuner) nous ont régalé. Le service était impeccable et les nombreuses activités proposées étaient bien organisées.

Bella struttura, posizione e molto curata. Bella la palestra e la spa (sauna ha temperatura troppo bassa). Considerato il livello della struttura avrei previsto dei servizi gratuiti come: aperitivo e snack al pomeriggio, 1 sessione yoga gratuita.

Gutes Frühstück mit breiter Auswahl (inkl. ganzer Kokosnuss, Hummus, etc). Schöner Pool. In dieser Gegend befindet sich ca. 25 Min. entfernt noch ein anderes Luxus Hotel der gleichen Preisklasse. Wir haben jenes zum Mittagessen besucht und gesehen, dass die Lage / Aussicht vom anderen Hotel noch deutlich spektakulärer gewesen ist. Die Lage vom Anantara ist schon sehr gut, es würde aber noch besser gehen :-)
