Ulasan Four Points by Sheraton Chicago O'Hare

The hotel was very rundown and the room was not clean at all. We had to stay for one night to fly from Chicago airport in the morning will not recommend this hotel.

Would prefer if they have more food/snack option with their mini store at the lobby

I never experienced such impertinent and arrogant front desk employee as in this Four Points in Chicago. „The customer first“ was never a claim nor a motivation for those staff. The lady at the front desk didn’t had the willingness to make an early check in happen. Even after long waiting for cleaning the room - it was not clean. The bed sheet was old and already used. Some of the pillow sheets where new, some others still the old one… dust everywhere around the room… and this for mir than 160 $ per night. It’s a joke and not worth joining thi this hotel!

Nice hotel and concierge staff is very friendly, good for business trip for seminar at the convention hall of Fort Wayne

The room was perfect. The King size bed felt like sleeping in clouds. Everyone was kind and courteous.

Hotel is well located close by the airport. the Shuttle Bus was on time and brought me free to the Hotel. Since it was already late, I was very happy to had a smooth and quick check in procedure.

Be aware that their resturant close every Sunday and Monday. You can buy food and drinks at the convenient store of BP gas station. Their treadmills (total 3) are all broken.

Good hotel located near to airport, good matress, good location

Okey stay, car parking has birds and they poops a lot on my car. Nice shuttle service to the airport.

The hotel is reasonably clean. It is ok for its price range and star level. There is complementary coffee but not tea or water. I had to purchase from a nearby gas station convenient store.

Good stay. Comfy pillows and nice staff. Will be using them again next time I’m in town

設施：老舊，待更新， 衞生：可以， 環境：一般。 服務：一般。 地理位置偏，離機場較遠，非地鐵站附近。有酒店shuttle，但間隔30/1h不等。 自行前往：O'hare-blur line 地鐵1站，再Rosemont出來就是bus站，轉換330#bus，7/8站，下車步行7m，但需要諮詢司機確認。雖然機場地鐵票5💲，最好零錢或card，轉bus免費。Google map 導航可到，下車看見Car parting 大樓。導航不很順利，不建議自行前往，最好等酒店班車。退房後，shuttle bus 返回機場.。 位置：公路邊，類似Motel hotel， 接待：前台小姐態度不很熱情，先給的1樓到底房，進去感覺潮濕，後交涉調換到4樓，算是順利。 設施：大堂很大，設施陳舊感，燈光灰暗。泳池很小，水很淺，類小童池，不含早餐，沒體驗。床上羽絨被，舒服，枕頭一般。 房間、浴室：一般，浴缸+淋浴。毛巾乾淨、無味。 不建議自行前往，周邊交通不很方便。到out let不近，近4公里。

及其垃圾！住了六天沒有打掃過一次房間，找前台詢問説是疫情避免接觸，胡説八道吧！房間設備陳舊，暖氣也不管用，衞生極差，我至今住過最差的酒店
