Caesars Republic Scottsdale

Caesars Republic in Scottsdale was an amazing place to get to stay. Our room was comfortable, clean and had a great view of Camelback. Dinner at Lunas was delicious and the staff in the restaurant went above and beyond to take care of us. All of the staff from the office to the restaurants to front desk and housekeeping were all friendly and great. All the Christmas decorations made it even more special.

Faye at front desk was a 12 on 10. Great service!! she did everything she could to make the experience great! The rooms are super nice ! The pools are great both at 7 th floor or the biggest one at floor level. the view is just amazing on the 7 th floor ! Food is very good at both restaurants ! overall the place is a 10 on 10!

No hot water 4 out of 5 nights. Cold showers. Water pressure was non existent. Checked in and found beer bottle and someone had been on my bed. I ask multiple tjmes about hot water and they said they’d send someone up but issue never resolved. Other than that beautiful hotel. Do something about the water

Had a reservation for four days. For emergency I left two days early asked the manager to refund the last two night. She refused and refunded just one night .as im a hotel guest and already Been in the hotel for two nights. Expected be treated better and different than the no show guest ..... 2) no coffee maker in the room. Even if u have suites. Ok no problem. BUT... no place at the entire hotel to have an espresso or latte on the morning??? . This is too smart? . 90% of people need their morning Coffee to start the day. And it's funny u invest all this money. at least put small corner in the lobby or any where else to make morning Coffee to ur guests.. Sadly if u asked for coffee they will advise u to walk out of the hotel to the next mall to get ur coffee. Is the owner of this hotel has a personal problem with caffeine?. I couldn't believe it. ..... 3) after I checked out I had two Amazon boxes delivered to me there.. It Takes me 7 hours and 3 phone calls to reception to find it. As the front desk keep saying we can't find any boxes. give us two three hours and we will call u back if we find it.. So I called after 4 pm asked for the manager. Answered by supervisor who take it more seriuos than the morning front desk. And asked me again for my name and tracking number (again). I expected the morning employees at least left notes about missing amazon boxes. but there is a huge miss communication between the employees there. But after all I got a call confirmed that my Amazon is there. Does it really need all of the above.? .... Luna restaurant was our best experience. Every one works there was amazing, professional and friendly. They have great Coffee too but u will need to wait to 5 pm to have it.. We felt warm welcoming and great hospitality inside this restaurant than any where else in the property..and I'm sure they got their training and they owned by different people than the hotel. Wish the rest of the hotel. Could give us the same. Experience we had in this place .... Rooms are great clean design so well with great view. The best front desk I met was the young girl who was on her first day working. She was so sweet and tried to help..also the valet and bellmans was so friendly and perfect. ..... I hope someone will take care of the above that doesn't cost the hotel any money or time to fix . But it will make a big difference in guest experience.I will Come Back to this place again once they fix the missing issues. Thanks for the beautiful room..

GREAT PLACE TO STAY. NEXT TO THE FASHION MALL AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY. SUPER CLEAN AND NEW HOTEL.THE BED IS COMFY THE ROOMS ARE NICE A SPACIOUS. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. HUNG OUT BY THE POOL AND NICE FRIENDLY STAFF. GREAT DRINKS AND FOOD BY THE POOL. WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK!
