Saya sangat menyukai hotel ini. Secara tidak sengaja akan tinggal lagi. Satu-satunya bahagian bawah adalah (kecuali jika saya terlepas dan saya mencari di seluruh) saya tidak dapat mencari bilik mandi berhampiran kawasan kolam renang? Oleh itu, saya terpaksa kembali ke bilik saya beberapa kali untuk itu. Mungkin saya merindui mereka? Selain itu saya sangat menikmati kawasan kolam renang dan bilik hotel saya!

The W Hotel in Scottsdale exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly smiles from the staff and an ambiance that was simply stunning. The decor was modern and fun! The wet deck pool party was a blast, with comfortable loungers, cabanas, and a pool bar with delicious cocktails and snacks. Special shout out to Raul for making sure we were well taken care of! We did a spa morning with friends and the manager of the spa (blonde woman) went above and beyond making sure our group was happy and comfortable our whole morning. She even went to the Hotel restaurant specifically to pick up our breakfast order bc they didn’t have breakfast options on the spa menu! Michael, at the front desk, truly made sure we were taken care of. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. He made sure we had waters for our hikes, gave us amazing restaurant recommendations, and always greeted us with a warm and welcome smile every time he saw us! Overall the hotel truly made us feel like a valued guest and made sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back!

酒店居住挺方便，在鎮中心，步行可以去餐廳酒吧。早餐也不錯，我們兩家人，住的是兩居室的房間，每個房間都有獨立的衛生間，晚上在酒店吃個火鍋，還算愜意，裝修有點舊。

🥰 I love embassy suites! They are friendly it's quiet and their breakfast is great!

Our stay was very pleasant. Family vacation for seven days. The staff were friendly, and helpful with information regarding the area. Room was clean and additional supplies and cleaning service provided when requested. Would have preferred variety in breakfast selection. Breakfast was not bad.There was fruit some days and some days not. The entire seven days we stayed they offered bacon only on one day. It would have been nice to offer half bacon and half sausage as daily options. Grateful for hot breakfast none the less. Workout room was enjoyable. Overall good stay.

Front desk and owner could not have been more friendly to us made us feel very comfortable from the moment we got here and our second reservation with them they were all the same cute rooms very big would recommends coming here to anyone.

Our favorite place to get away. Great location. Cool vibes. Great service. Will come back again and again.

位置方便，早餐相對豐盛

Wir buchen jeweils die 2-Zimmer-Suiten und waren bisher immer zufrieden. Diesmal machten wir die Erfahrung, dass diese recht unterschiedlich ausfallen: Buchen Sie umbedingt eine Suite mit Zimmernummer 260 oder 360, die Suiten mit den Nummern 234 und 334 habe Schlafräume mit einem Kleinstfenster, so dass auch tagsüber nur mit künstlichem Licht etwas zu sehen ist. Besonders enttäuscht hat uns aber die Bar am Abend: Bei recht ordentlichen Preisen wird einem ein Gin Tonic und ein Bier in einem kleinen Plastikbecherchen serviert. Das kann man in dieser Hotelpreisklasse nun mal wirklich besser machen. Für das Frühstück empfehlen wir das Denny's gleich nebenan (ja, die haben Porzellangeschirr!).
