Ulasan Skybridge Seattle Airport Hotel

The location is very convenient (close to the airport) and the facilities are also very good.

Near airport , good for next day early flight. Free airport transfer. Free shuttle to nearby shopping centre for lunch.

No water in the room. Need to purchase. The bedsheet is not 100% clean and unsure it has been changed.

Location to airport with shuttle service was key. Location to rental car return was excellent and shuttle service from/back to hotel runs every 20 minutes. Restaurant in hotel also a Plus.

We were late arrivals, so hurried to the restaurant for a snack. It was fabulous. The clam chowder was the best I have had, and my husband raved about the soup of the day. The warm bread was excellent, and our server was stellar. It was a lovely experience.

Nice hotel to stay in for a layover in Seattle! Easily accessible from the airport.

Stains on sheets and carpets were not exactly the cleanest but the room was sufficient. Would be nice if they could provide water though. The front desk lady seemed to rush through our check-in w/o listening to the questions asked.

Perfect place if / when accommodation is needed near Sea - Tac Airport. This hotel is very near and the complimentary shuttle service provided is operated by a really kind & helpful Larry . Junita at reception was also patient and nice ; the room was large & spacious , with an extremely comfortable king - sized bed + more than ample fluffy pillows ! Plus the gas fireplace in the lobby was a really nice touch . I would certainly recommend this hotel to any traveller wanting a good rest . Thumbs up !!

非常差！在4號的時候分別定了一晚8號和17號入住的酒店，攜程允許入住之前一晚可以免費取消。8號入住了覺得房間不行，於是取消了17號的入住，可笑的是，他們在免費取消期間內竟然把17號的房費也扣除了，住了一晚扣了兩晚的房費。發現了以後找攜程介入處理，他們一會兒説經理不上班等經理上班處理，一會兒説財務沒有上班不能處理，現在經理和財務都上班了，又説沒有通過郵件溝通，不能處理，反正就是找各種理由不退錢，期間攜程説商家不處理的話，攜程會兜底，但是到目前為止攜程也沒有兜底，為了要回自己的錢還要費時費力的去鬥爭……

其實酒店離機場很遠 走路半小時也到不了 當你拖着行李箱 夜晚行走在美國街頭幾乎是不可能的 機場沒有任何標識可以找到酒店的接駁車 而且晚上要給酒店打電話才能來接 這就可能要等至少20分鐘 對於剛下飛機的人太累了 轉機不推薦 但酒店本身無過 正常表現

辦理入住時刷信用卡時，前台接待説明刷卡衹是按金，退房後自動取消，但實際上退房後該酒店自動從我信用卡上收取了50美元，因為我收到信用卡公司的扣款短訊。經過與信用卡公司交涉，經過15天後50美元才被退回。該酒店信用度獲得我的差評，我今後也不會再去預訂該酒店了。
