One of best hotels in Seattle. And the hotel is loacted in the most convenient place for business or travels.

Great location right near Pike Market and with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on the ground floor... very modern design and quiet rooms... service is very friendly and water bottles in the room are complimentary. Sauna, steam, and gym are relaxing and very well kept, only concern was they advertised a lap pool which is no longer in the hotel.

Great hotel awesome location. The gym was great they have a sauna and hot tub. Parking also isn't too expensive. Definitely a plus in Seattle. The room we stayed at looked like they rushed to clean it. Hair was still in the tub...safe to say we didn't use it. When booking our room the descriptions categorize the room as "lake view". That should definitely be updated to say "city view" not "lake view". Kind of upset that we didn't know ahead of time because we would've upgraded if we would've known sooner. Also beware of construction being done in the city!!when we stayed 3 out of the 4 roads around the hotel were under construction. 2 of those roads were closed off and the city started work at 6am on Saturdays. 630am came around and there were jack hammers being used on the roads that could be heard on the 15th floor. All in all I would stay here again but would do more research before booking.

The hotel is classy and near city’s attractions! Will definitely recommend to stay in Grand Hyatt if you visit Seattle.

Very convenient location

Very beautiful and clean hotel. I’ve got the deluxe corner room and it was a beautiful site of both the city and the water. Room service fought food whenever I called and also a microwave. The hotel was just amazing. Will visit again

為了慶祝生日，也為了即將開始的人生第三次環遊世界之旅熱熱身，隨性來了一次西雅圖之旅，訂君悦酒店是因為它的地理位置真的非常優越，去哪兒都十分方便。可是結果非常失望，因為我是個常年外出的旅行人，幾十年生日在各國各大酒店度過，這次在君悦別説生日蛋糕了，第一次連一句“生日快樂”都沒有聽到，感覺真是透心涼啊，對於我們長期旅行的人來説，酒店就像我的第二個家，我最看重的就是“温暖”，所以…… 另外，酒店房間裏面的衞生還不錯，但一早打開窗簾，窗外平台的垃圾真是煞風景，其實一間老酒店，硬件設施陳舊一些沒關係，衹要用心用情認真做事真心待客，一樣會永遠受到客人喜愛的。

非常滿意！早上本來衹想放行李，結果就check in了，而且在頂層。喜歡它家裝修風格，洗手間大氣。各種細節都不錯，前台服務熱情，位置也不錯！以後還住這裏，打死不去那個老掉牙的Crowne Plaza!

一切都還好飯店可能歷史比較悠久了，所以大門都沒有自動化，必須自己用手動的，不過畢竟是五星級的飯店，所以服務還是可以的

房間很大，但是比較老舊。 酒店周圍沒啥吃的。但有個星巴克非常方便。

不提供熱水壺，這個對50後難以接受

房間挺大的，而且灣景房在早上拉開窗簾的一剎那呈現出無敵景觀。

地理位置比較好，開業時間比較久裝修風格相對舊了，但房間面積大很舒服
