其實在離店前一切都非常完美。房間大，落地窗外是青華海全景加上秋色盡染實在太美啦。設施完善，床和沙發都非常舒服，投屏、搖椅也是一大特色。洗衣房烘乾機也用得非常好👍樓下品嚐小粒咖啡也很有保山特色。本來打算好好寫一篇誇誇酒店的好評，結果退房時一位30多歲貌似小領導的前台負責人硬邦邦地要求我把手機給她點五星好評，説是升級了房間就必須這麼做。我告訴她我本來就打算給五星的，再説，給不給不是我自己説了算，自己來點評嗎？怎麼就變成越俎代庖了呢？建議酒店加強服務意識和品質的提升和管理，這種因小失大太不值得了。

酒店是和好幾家別的能觀海的酒店共用海邊的一幢大樓（只是樓層不同），房間很大，也很乾凈衞生，雖然靠近環海路來往車比較多，但晚上還是很安靜的。在房間裏就可看到青華海，到酒店休息了下就沿海走了一圈，很漂亮。雖然酒店的位置比較偏，周邊沒什麼餐飲店，但不遠處有個美食廣場，有不少好吃的小攤，人挺多的很熱鬧，環海走回來就是在那吃的晩餐。酒店停車場很大。酒店的早餐就比較簡單了點。
