本次出行遊玩很榮幸入住了此酒店，雖然可能因為是業主集團構成過於複雜的原因讓我無法記住如此複雜且毫無邏輯的酒店名稱，但身為OTA平台顯示威海站周邊輿情最好的五星級酒店，在入住前我還是充滿了期待。 唯一滿意的就是前廳和禮賓部的服務態度，特別是門口的那位大哥十分有人情味，但是管理層居然做不到各部門步調一致，沒有任何酒店的工作人員知道二樓餐廳的準確用餐時間或者菜單，我親自按照工作人員的指引去了兩次二樓餐廳都告知已經不在用餐時間。 辦理入住時前廳部人員告知我們在到店14:00之後（入住政策之內）仍然只有兩間特殊位置房間可以選擇，帶我們看了兩間VD/OOO房（即空臟房或停售房），一間是電梯口一間是尾房。身為酒店從業者本人深知一線員工因為房態複雜或OTA權益延遲退房等因素而造成的困擾，因此折中選擇了其中的尾房。下樓之後前廳員工第一時間致電房務部/客房部調整房態至VC房（空凈房），説明該房間是設定停售且任由挑選的，沒有任何對預抵客人的準備。 當然這種非集團的五星級酒店都會去圍繞團隊及協議做收益，身為每次出行都會優先選擇國際連號酒店的OTA客人來講，我已經很降低了自己的預期。但是在這麼一個旅遊城市這家酒店無法做到五星級的標桿。 如果是想要品質出行至威海的旅客建議選擇集團旗下的中端或中高端品牌。 希望管理層可以多注重OTA（重點是攜程）的客人體驗，因為攜程的輿情真的會影響到你們那些業主代表或者不懂酒店的業主們的收益，建議可以提前一天致電預抵確認特殊需求到店時間，提前安排房型控制房態。房務部總監的培訓失職以及對餐飲的不同步是我這次入住體驗最大的印象。 總結：威海下雪天真的很好玩！但是對出行質量有要求的旅客建議選擇其他酒店！
