Hotel Family di Ningxia, China

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

The room was spacious and well lit, with a great view of the river. The staff were friendly and made sure that I felt rested and had everything I needed. Great facilities.

We very much enjoyed our brief stay at JW Marriott in Yinchuan. A real highlight is the breakfast provided - a very wide selection with some local choices too. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would happily stay in the same hotel if visiting the area in the future.

Staff is very helpful and genuine to help and extend support. There are issues that are beyond the front desk staff ability. Key bing the aircon in tve room are of poor quality despite have changed the room. The aircon is noisy Also in the hotel house keeping can be improve. Room housekeeping are not properly done during my 4 nights 5 days stay. On several occasions, the face basin was not properly cleaned, snd the basin mirror has stain remaining suggesting it was not cleaned. Towels were not replace completely. The Reception floor toilet is not clean regularly and after mid day it smell repulsive every day I was there. I wa disjointed that this is a Wyhdam franchise hotel

真的體驗感超級好，早晨去吃早晨，旁邊桌子的對話，店裡的阿姨過去收桌子，然後説了句，你都收好了，謝謝。遊客説出去玩一直這樣習慣了。真的每個人都很好，開車的司機，老闆娘，營地也特別新，落日餘暉時候好多駱駝隊追着落日回家，真的真的很美，很出片，房子超級乾淨，被子暖和，真的每一個店員都大西北的樸實熱情，孩子玩的很開心，晚上幾個營地聚到一起，大家都挺開心，很好的體驗，過段時間還會二刷。超級具性價比，真的很好很好，首選這家，孩子説下次來還要來這家，再就是公用的衞生間，洗漱間，淋浴間都很乾凈，很香的，美女老闆娘真的很懂大家的心理需求，下次人多多的再來，再來，再來……

這次的沙漠之旅入住七號星空帳篷的--太空基地 位於通湖草原 💫入住前一天會有管家聯繫我們，實時在線，任何問題都能及時回覆並解決！會提前通知酒店的各項活動安排。入住當天生日還特意將我們的蛋糕提前帶入餐廳。（感謝我們的管家：阿輝） 💫太空艙四周是比較高的沙丘，滑沙特別方便，出門就能玩沙，孩子們的天堂樂園，省心遛娃。太空艙內科技十足，入住舒適，配套的小童洗漱、迷你吧充足。 💫晚上坐了小火車去看了篝火晚會表演，演出非常精彩，領略到草原人馬的温情。草原大型“蹦迪”氣氛熱烈，與草原沙漠的豪情不謀而合。還有煙花落幕，氛圍感拉滿！ 第一次的沙漠之旅讓我感受到了大漠豪情、廣闊胸懷，期待再續。

I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Yinchuan Glorious Center and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Yinchuan, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. **Service:** The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the team was very helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions. **Rooms:** My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, featuring modern decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities as well. **Amenities:** The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. 賀蘭山獨一份的存在！

The hotel building itself was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious - highly recommended In terms of amenities, the gym was small but adequate. They also have a Chess and Card room although the rate per hour was somewhat high. Yinchuan is rather spaced out but even so, the location of the hotel was good. Only a short ride away from the main city center.

預訂三晚，住了一晚後果斷取消1.停車非常難停，地上衹有少量，地下的入口跟難找找了半天，因為是跟商業共用的，車位假期根本找不到，停好了大包小包找酒店電梯找了半天2.最關鍵的問題，房間空調根本不製冷，室外不到20度，房間開了幾個小時還是27度。師傅搬着梯子折騰了幾下，温度調到最低，風量調到最大，還是沒有任何效果。到了晚上快11點，打電話給前台，前台推薦給送個冷風機，並讓工作人員來開窗。過了一會，一個阿姨過來送了冷風機，噪音巨大，而且也衹是吹風。開窗的時候還嘟嘟囔囔，意思是把手拿下來，換到另一個窗户，要用力一推就能固定保持。合著這個就是常規操作。阿姨走的時候我隨口問了一句，空調是不是不製冷，阿姨支支吾吾，説剛開，可能效果不好。我料到，這個情況，及時給我們換房間，也大概率解決不了，何況根本沒人提給我們換房。我們勉強睡下，到了夜裡兩點還是給熱醒，起來看室內温度26.5度。媳婦孩子都還好，就忍了繼續捱到了天亮。比較有意思的是第二天早上剛七點，房間温度就直飈25.5。3.退房的時候，我還特意提了取消了兩晚，工作人員也沒問我原因。4.第二天還是第三天，有一個工作人員倒是電話聯繫了我，説送我個禮物。有啥用？體驗太差了，服務還不如全季的水平。跟我們後面換的亞朵，服務上比簡直差的不是一點半點。5早餐還不錯。
