Hotel Hot Springs di Jiangsu, China

We were given the largest room on the 5th floor, and since we arrived so late, I didn't get a chance to take photos. It was an absolutely fantastic room with a huge outdoor terrace featuring a dry landscape garden, lounge chairs, and a round table perfect for enjoying tea and relaxing. The private hot spring tub was also incredibly spacious. Inside, the room was huge, with a bar, a deep soaking tub, a mini-fridge, a tatami area, a sofa, and a separate wet and dry bathroom. The water pressure was excellent, and they provided L'Occitane toiletries. The hairdryer was a Dyson dupe with powerful airflow and hot, cold, and warm settings. Best of all, the ground floor has a market where you can buy local specialties and send them via SF Express. There's a shopping mall right next door, and Shantang Street is just a hundred meters away, offering everything you could want for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Plus, there's a pier nearby for night boat tours.

This hot springs resort on the far side of Suzhou from Shanghai depicts itself honestly in the photos...and they were very kid friendly. My children had a great time in the various pools and the restaurant/lobby staff were very accommodating. I have already recommended this place to two friends with small children. The hot springs aren't open until the afternoon though, so you won't get a dip in the morning before you check out. I'd recommend getting to the hotel close to check-in time or a little before to maximize time enjoying the pools. The breakfast was big, but mostly Chinese dishes. The area around the hotel has an eco village but it is mostly vendors and roads with cars and bikes flying past...a safety concern when traveling with kids. We didn't get a great feeling of nature here, although we did find one pathway up the nearby mountain which was fun.

Yangzhou Slender West Lake Hot Spring Resort: A Stay Pampered by Details Our stay, starting from the moment we stepped into the lobby yesterday, was full of pleasant surprises. The attentive staff proactively offered us a free room upgrade, an unexpected treat that set a warm tone for our entire trip. The upgraded room felt like a hidden gem. It was spacious, with a sleek and modern design thanks to its recent renovation. What truly delighted us were the numerous details: the smooth audio-visual experience of the Huawei smart screen, the premium feel of the Dyson hairdryer, the uniquely designed kettle, and the exquisite HCK mini-fridge… every item perfectly blended aesthetic appeal with practical functionality. The two-meter-wide bed offered just the right amount of support, instantly enveloping us in tranquility. Located in a quiet corner, the room ensured a deep, undisturbed sleep all night long. The most ingenious touch in the room was undoubtedly the curtain separating the wash area from the bed—it clearly delineated functional zones without compromising the space's openness and brightness, striking a perfect balance between utility and aesthetics. This stay offered much more than just a good night's sleep; it was an immersive experience of genuine 'care and thoughtfulness'.

I booked the cheapest room type, which was a semi-basement room. When I opened the window, I saw a solid wall, but I could still see a small patch of sky. The hot spring pool was like a large bathtub, located indoors. ‼️Tips: I thought Ctrip had the lowest price, but I was ripped off: **there's a group purchase deal available, but you need to book one day in advance. On weekends, there's an additional 200 RMB charge, but even with the surcharge, it's still over 200 RMB cheaper than Ctrip.** Hygiene: The water glasses and coffee cups had obvious stains. Service: When I arrived, they wouldn't let me check in before 3 PM. However, on my check-out day, around 8 AM, the housekeeping staff were already cleaning the vacated room next door. They were making a lot of noise, clattering things around, and talking loudly to each other. I was woken up by the noise, which made for a very bad experience. The hotel is very close to Slender West Lake, just a few minutes' walk away, which is great.

I strongly recommend this hotel to all friends who are going to Yangzhou for tourism - Slender West Lake Songcheng Resort Hotel. It is the best hotel I have stayed in so far. First of all, the hotel is very cost-effective, including tickets to Slender West Lake, hot spring tickets and morning tea in Fun Garden. Secondly, the service is great. Every staff member is warm, considerate and meticulous. I would like to especially thank the duty manager Mr. Ma Jun. My mother has Alzheimer's disease and ran out of the hotel by herself at night. After I asked the front desk for help, Manager Ma who was on duty that day immediately checked the video and then rode a bicycle in the direction where my mother went for nearly an hour. Finally, I found my mother at the west gate of Songjiacheng. Our whole family is extremely grateful and warm. As a fellow villager who goes back to Yangzhou to visit relatives and friends every year, I feel honored and proud that my hometown has such a perfect hotel!

This hotel has excellent facilities, including the opportunity to make tea around the fire, take photos wearing Hanfu costumes, enjoy hot springs, and enjoy Japanese-style accommodations. It's perfect for those who want to take photos. The hotel also offers a wide selection of clothing, props, and hair accessories, which were all excellent. The hotel staff upgraded us to a room with a terrace. The room was spacious, but we couldn't find a fan in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was excellent.

This is a homestay that exceeded my expectations. Our classmates had three weekend gatherings, all of which were good experiences. The boss and the proprietress are Shanghainese, and they operate this self-retentioned place with their heart! For example, beef stew radish stew, the taste is relatively Cantonese but there is also a balance of Shanghai's exquisite taste. According to the boss's outlook, next time you should go to his house to try German sausage and sauerkraut pork elbow. Seeing that he is confident, he is more expected! Meet next time his family officially prepares a meal, come to experience the food! His house has a swimming pool, billiard room, table tennis, mahjong room (there are two tables, it is recommended that the two seats are better to separate the two rooms, do not interfere with each other), and there is a k song room (the sound and core are general, eat and drink enough to sing and sing). The clean and detailed design of the room is full of care. It is said that next year, on the glass roof of the existing first floor, a large aquarium will be built on it. Drinking coffee beer below, you can see the fish swimming on the top. It should be full of enjoyment! It is about 20 kilometers away from the sunrise beach. It needs to start at 4 in the morning and can take a beautiful sunrise. The place to catch the sea is not recommended in the blue sea and silver sand in Evergrande Venice. There are a lot of people here. The water smells and is limited. You can come out of the wild beach to catch the sea!

Basically, the products of Huajiantang must be boutique. The hotel is in a very good location. Behind it is Yumatou, the Grand Canal, and Hua Street. It is quiet in the bustling city. There are noisy gongs and drums outside, and the voices are bustling, but it is very quiet in the hotel, which is very suitable for vacation. The facilities are very new, it is very comfortable to live in, the room is large enough, and the scenery is very good, not to mention the service, which can be ranked among the top domestic hotels. Basically, the front desk is responsive. I originally wanted to stay for one day, and then I extended it for another day because of the service. The young lady is very enthusiastic and actively recommends delicious and fun things around, and pays great attention to various service details. For example, when my wife had a birthday, the young lady took photos for her, printed the photos and put them in a wooden frame to give to my wife. I give full marks for this wave of service. The mineral water used is of the same grade as that of Qingdao St. Regis (Qingdao St. Regis is a top luxury hotel in our Shandong), and the various drinks in the small bar are the same as those used by Beijing Bulgari, and there are also various snacks, all free. The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit far away. It is said to be 150 meters away, but it is conservatively estimated to be 300 to 400 meters. The breakfast is good, but the dinner ordered in the restaurant is indeed average. This is basically the best (most expensive) hotel in Huai'an, so whether you are on a business trip or a vacation, you can't go wrong here.

The room layout is very user-friendly, with sockets readily available, which is very convenient for people who need to charge various electronic devices when traveling~ The restaurant on the first floor tastes very good, and you can enjoy delicious food without leaving the hotel~ I would like to especially praise Mr. Xia Jiayu, who was proactive and enthusiastic throughout the whole process and made our family feel at home👍 The only shortcoming is that the water pressure for the shower is not very strong, I hope it can be improved!

Came to Suzhou for a hot spring getaway. **Environment:** Great, the air is fresh. The hotel grounds are lovely, with rivers, lakes, and ducks – very relaxing. **Facilities:** The hot spring in our private villa was excellent. The water filled and drained quickly, and the temperature was just right. The small courtyard was also very nice, perfect for sunbathing or feeding the ducks. My only minor complaint is that some facilities are a bit old, and the bathroom curtain was quite dirty at the bottom. **Cleanliness:** Pretty good, it was cleaned reasonably well. **Service:** Excellent. They proactively explained everything during check-in, and calling for the shuttle bus was convenient. **Parking:** There's an underground garage with plenty of spaces, more than enough. **Breakfast:** Horrible. Not many options. None of the pastries were good; they tasted like pre-packaged items, and not even good pre-packaged ones. The Chinese food wasn't good either, the mini wontons were hard. The only decent thing was the made-to-order omelet. The hotel's photo-taking service was okay, not many people. There's a group of greedy ducks on the property, they're adorable. Overall, it was still pretty good.
