This hotel is great and the location is in the middle of some malls and close to a subway. The breakfast wasn’t great at all, everything is cold and oily, the noodles and eggs you need to cook by yourself, and the staff isn’t very sanitary. There isn’t much storage in the room like drawers and cupboards so you don’t have much space. Overall it’s a good room and I would stay here again. This is just a real picture of what you will get.

The best part is the location. The hotel is part of the 瘦西湖景区。 the landscape of the hotel itself is beautiful. Especially in the morning, taking a walk inside the hotel premises is very pleasant and peaceful. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Service is very good. The shuttle bus to take you to the 趣园茶社 is very convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel with great location. Garden is very nice overlooking slender west lake, we made use of package photo shoot that made the trip memorable. Mr Guan, the hotel manager and his colleagues were also very helpful, he helped us recover my daughter’s phone left at the taxi ; overall very good and friendly service. 2 night package was a good choice for my family; gave us sufficient time to enjoy the hotel facilities and its service.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The front desk people and all staff members were friendly and helpful. The resort’s location is perfect, walking distance to the slender lake east entrance and next to the Song Jia city park. Breakfast with wide varieties was delicious. All my family members loved their stay.

This hotel was incredibly clean, with spotless rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was outstanding, super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Their exceptional service made the stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

This hotel is really great. The facilities are v new and superb. The decor has many details filled with aesthetic creativity. For example, I love the way they put a rectangular ring of light behind the TV which makes the room look very tasteful and elegant. The slanted roof of the room supported by beams is another marvel, giving the room a mixed classical Japanese and Chinese ambience. The staff is very nice and detail-oriented, giving me milk before bed and a hand-written wishing card. I love the hotel. For such services and architectural excellence,the price of 1200hkd is absolutely a bargain.

帶家裡長者去宜興玩，住在宜興竹海隨緣谷酒店，酒店就在宜興竹海景區邊上，風景秀麗宜人，在酒店的餐廳吃了晚飯，菜的味道非常好，自助早餐也很好，前台還幫我們的兩個房間升級成温泉房，晚上在陽台上泡個温泉，一天遊玩的疲勞都舒緩了，酒店的前台服務員態度也很好，服務很周到，有求必應，很值得推薦的度假酒店！
