What we liked: Spacious and nice room design. Separate bath and toilet. Toilet has automatic flush, seat cover is also provided. Lots of snacks and amenities provided. There are amenities at the front desk such as disposable bath cover, disposable floss, mask etc you can collect from front desk. You can also ask for warm bottled water. Responsive staff, can communicate your needs via WeChat, very convenient. There are 3 lifts, very convenient. Snacks and drinks are free. Bath robes, room and bath slippers are provided too. Awesome that we stayed on the same floor as the lobby, very convenient. Location is near metro, malls, shops, and attractions, very convenient. I like that there are bath robes and different types of towels provided. What we think can be improved: We thought the big bath was indoors and wouldn’t be so cold in the winter but it has two open windows and it gets quite cold when the wind blows. It takes about 1.5h to fill up about 60-70% of the tub and you need to tap every 30 minutes or so to keep the water flowing. Quite time consuming to get it ready for a bath. Housekeeping is inconsistent, the cleaner left a towel on the floor on one of the days, left a cup unwashed, took away our straws and left the sink cover by the sink instead. They have a centralised heating system so it can get quite hot but the staff offered us a fan and we opened the balcony door for wind to enter so it was comfortable to sleep at night. There was some drilling going on in the early morning around 9-10am, it was just opposite our room so it disrupted my sleep, would be better for them to schedule it during non-sleeping hours. When we were checking out, the staff at the counter shared about them getting audited and if we don’t give a five star review, they will get a fine, I had never heard of it from other hotels and found it quite strange. She was insistent on us doing it on the spot even though we have to catch a train, that was not pleasant. We just went ahead to rush for our train. Not much to watch on the TV unfortunately.

This hot springs resort on the far side of Suzhou from Shanghai depicts itself honestly in the photos...and they were very kid friendly. My children had a great time in the various pools and the restaurant/lobby staff were very accommodating. I have already recommended this place to two friends with small children. The hot springs aren't open until the afternoon though, so you won't get a dip in the morning before you check out. I'd recommend getting to the hotel close to check-in time or a little before to maximize time enjoying the pools. The breakfast was big, but mostly Chinese dishes. The area around the hotel has an eco village but it is mostly vendors and roads with cars and bikes flying past...a safety concern when traveling with kids. We didn't get a great feeling of nature here, although we did find one pathway up the nearby mountain which was fun.

Staying at the Slender West Lake Hot Spring Resort was absolutely the right choice! When the front desk saw we had a child, they proactively upgraded us to a room in Building 6. The room was spacious and very new. Plus, the hotel's environment is beyond words – flowers, plants, little bridges, and flowing water everywhere, it's just so relaxing to look at. The room was spotlessly clean; the bedding, towels, and everything else were pristine, making our stay very reassuring. The service here is even better. They saw our child and proactively gave them a balloon flower, which made the kid very happy 😁. After check-in, the 'flower butler' service in Building 6 was also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. In the evening, they not only tidied our room but also provided a foot bath and massager. At check-out, they even gave us a souvenir. Soaking in the hot springs and enjoying the beautiful scenery here put me in an exceptionally good mood. It's definitely my top choice for a vacation!

The service was excellent; they saw we had an elderly person with us and proactively upgraded our room and gave us complimentary breakfast. The hotel environment is lovely, like a small park, and it's very close to the Slender West Lake scenic area. The private hot tub in the room was quite large, but the soundproofing wasn't great. We could clearly hear the sound of water from the next room's hot tub and their conversations. The service was excellent, and they even offered a free breakfast when they saw we had an elderly person with us.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and a small garden. The guest rooms are not big, but they are enough for accommodation. Drinks and yogurt are given every day. There is a Xiaomi air purifier in the room, and the hair dryer is a Dyson~ The hotel is in a good location. It is about 9 yuan to take a taxi from Slender West Lake and Dongguan Street~ The hotel lobby is the Quyuan Restaurant, which is very popular. It opens at 7 o'clock in the morning. If you don't go early, you will have to queue up~ There are several parking spaces at the entrance of the hotel, and there are also underground parking spaces. Tell the front desk the license plate number and it will be free~ Tickets for Slender West Lake Hot Spring will be given. The hotel has a shuttle bus every hour on the hour and comes back on the hour (until 18 o'clock) The service is warm and thoughtful, and a souvenir is given when leaving the hotel, which is very considerate~ The room price is higher on weekends and holidays, and cheaper on weekdays~ The room soundproofing is slightly worse~

This hotel has excellent facilities, including the opportunity to make tea around the fire, take photos wearing Hanfu costumes, enjoy hot springs, and enjoy Japanese-style accommodations. It's perfect for those who want to take photos. The hotel also offers a wide selection of clothing, props, and hair accessories, which were all excellent. The hotel staff upgraded us to a room with a terrace. The room was spacious, but we couldn't find a fan in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was excellent.

The boss and the proprietress are Shanghainese, and they operate this self-retentioned place with their heart! For example, beef stew radish stew, the taste is relatively Cantonese but there is also a balance of Shanghai's exquisite taste. According to the boss's outlook, next time you should go to his house to try German sausage and sauerkraut pork elbow. Seeing that he is confident, he is more expected! Meet next time his family officially prepares a meal, come to experience the food! His house has a swimming pool, billiard room, table tennis, mahjong room (there are two tables, it is recommended that the two seats are better to separate the two rooms, do not interfere with each other), and there is a k song room (the sound and core are general, eat and drink enough to sing and sing). The clean and detailed design of the room is full of care. It is said that next year, on the glass roof of the existing first floor, a large aquarium will be built on it. Drinking coffee beer below, you can see the fish swimming on the top. It should be full of enjoyment! It is about 20 kilometers away from the sunrise beach. It needs to start at 4 in the morning and can take a beautiful sunrise. The place to catch the sea is not recommended in the blue sea and silver sand in Evergrande Venice. There are a lot of people here. The water smells and is limited. You can come out of the wild beach to catch the sea!

Basically, the products of Huajiantang must be boutique. The hotel is in a very good location. Behind it is Yumatou, the Grand Canal, and Hua Street. It is quiet in the bustling city. There are noisy gongs and drums outside, and the voices are bustling, but it is very quiet in the hotel, which is very suitable for vacation. The facilities are very new, it is very comfortable to live in, the room is large enough, and the scenery is very good, not to mention the service, which can be ranked among the top domestic hotels. Basically, the front desk is responsive. I originally wanted to stay for one day, and then I extended it for another day because of the service. The young lady is very enthusiastic and actively recommends delicious and fun things around, and pays great attention to various service details. For example, when my wife had a birthday, the young lady took photos for her, printed the photos and put them in a wooden frame to give to my wife. I give full marks for this wave of service. The mineral water used is of the same grade as that of Qingdao St. Regis (Qingdao St. Regis is a top luxury hotel in our Shandong), and the various drinks in the small bar are the same as those used by Beijing Bulgari, and there are also various snacks, all free. The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit far away. It is said to be 150 meters away, but it is conservatively estimated to be 300 to 400 meters. The breakfast is good, but the dinner ordered in the restaurant is indeed average. This is basically the best (most expensive) hotel in Huai'an, so whether you are on a business trip or a vacation, you can't go wrong here.

The room layout is very user-friendly, with sockets readily available, which is very convenient for people who need to charge various electronic devices when traveling~ The restaurant on the first floor tastes very good, and you can enjoy delicious food without leaving the hotel~ I would like to especially praise Mr. Xia Jiayu, who was proactive and enthusiastic throughout the whole process and made our family feel at home👍 The only shortcoming is that the water pressure for the shower is not very strong, I hope it can be improved!

Exceeded expectations! We stayed at this star-rated hotel with our furry friend. The environment is beautiful and the scenery is lovely, perfect for a family trip. The service was excellent, and they even provided a shuttle to the hotel lobby. The breakfast was also rich and of great quality and taste.
