We had the best experience at Man Xin Mansion in Nanjing. We got the corner balcony courtyard two room for us and our two boys and we just had the best experience since being in China. One of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Service was also very attentive and anything we needed they accommodated. We’ll be staying here anytime we’re in Nanjing and will be looking for Man Xin locations everywhere we travel in China.

My whole stay at this one of the best ones i’ve ever stayed. Staff are all very friendly and approachable. And almost all of them are courteous towards me and my family. One of the Staffer, Wan Bin, was meticulous in handling my case and handled it professionally. Overall, the stay, food and and hotel staff is very helpful. This stay is highly recommended.

Lovely new hotel, I feel so spoiled by them it’s going to be hard to go back to normal hotels. The room is so so spacious, even without considering the courtyard space. The room was designed with relaxation in mind - bath tub with bath salts, all sorts of tea bags and tea leaves, incense, essential oil. We even got fragrance pouches when we arrived. The hot tub in the courtyard is also really nice to soak in, just a bit cold in winter because you have to walk out from the cozy bedroom into the courtyard. On Christmas Eve they even gave us a cute bamboo muffin cupcake with a snowman topper. Our room came with breakfast, which was a good thing because the hotel is very far from everything else. Breakfast quality is passable, but the restaurant manager on duty on our first two days was much more attentive than the one on our last day, which is ironic as there were more customers on the first two days due to a tour group being there. There are two malls that are about 5-10 mins drive away, but I recommend paradise walk over golden eagle as the former has more shops operating. Apart from the location of the hotel being one downside, another downside was the location of our room as we had to pass through a flight of stairs. So we had to get the staff to help with the luggage since there were too many steps to climb to get to the hotel lobby. Nonetheless it was a very nice hotel! Would recommend for short stays to pamper yourself!

Pros: 1) located right inside the Jiangsu garden expo 2) Breakfast is delicious and lot of varieties 3) services is good, especially shout out to the front receptionist name Lucy, very friendly and helpful, also others hotel staff all very friendly 4) lovely interior 5) hot spring eventhou not many choices but still ok Cons 1) no restaurant available nearby, only got KFC 2) outside delivery need pick up ownself at the main gate eventhou drive by the hotel staff but still very troublesome for guests like me who have 3 kids 3) indoor Swimming pool is not enough heated, water temperature should be around 20+ degree which quite cold when outside temp is at 9~15 degree 4) room wise ac temperature is not working, lucky the weather still quite cold so I don't bother to contact the hotel to complain , just open the window overall for the Westin hotel brand, I'm quite disappointed on the facilities and rooms, but services not bad, and hotel staff are friendly

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. We got a free upgrade and the room was bright, clean and big. Breakfast was good, with a decent amount of choices. The play options for kids were really good - although it was very hot outside. My only disappointment was that the pool and hot spring area only opens at 2pm. It's frustrating waiting and disappointing to not have a final swim/relax in water on the check out day because you need to be out by 12. I hope the hotel can consider changing this. I do recommend the hotel for a few days getaway from the hustle and bustle.

There were a few ants in the first room we booked, but after a few screams and a phonecall we were quickly moved to another ant-free room. The staff were so helpful, kind and willing to communicate in English to the best of their ability. They made plenty of gestures with bowls of fruit, fragrant sacks and even a personal delivery of the food menu when we couldn't find the English menu on the TV. Their frequent arrivals had us jumping in our robes to grab the door every so often, but each time we were grateful to receive such thoughtful snacks and smells. Lovely place. Would visit again.

My friend and I just wanted a break from the city and this was the best decision ever because as foreigners in China, we had someone very helpful (Jack) who catered to all our requests. It was lovely.

This hotel was incredibly clean, with spotless rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was outstanding, super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Their exceptional service made the stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

高分給到服務 挑選了很久，選中了這家，因為新、看着很精緻 硬件：是真的很好，酒店從設計到裝修細節，都非常好，房間乾濕分區、有推拉門可以活動開合；游泳池孩子很喜歡；温泉不好評價，硬上的概念，但有總比沒有好。 軟裝：房間裏竟然有書籍和裝飾瓷器，這是第一次看到，五金件用的都是好的，門鎖安全；燈光設定很好，不知道是不是特意設計，睡眠時沒有其他智能酒店的光污染，有專門的小夜燈可以起夜使用，不會影響到其他人。但是空調面板還是很亮刺眼，給關掉了。 桌子上沒有枱燈，不太方便。 服務：很好，及時快速，態度很好，服務員都很年輕，像實習生，樓道里健身處值班的服務者給人安全温暖感；接駁車很方便，幫忙接送。前台沒有親子類服務，拖鞋、牙刷、小禮物都沒有。 餐飲：非常糟糕的自助早餐，吃過最糟糕的自助早餐，連油炸南瓜餅和春捲都不好吃，168一位是如何定價的，第二天沒再付費去吃了。還不如簡單些，精緻些。結束的非常早，10點，並且沒有延遲，和度假酒店定位違和。晚上唯一開着的餐廳，菜品很鹹，但已經好很多，是正常水準。 附近設施：來的不是時候，冬季、小雨陰冷，周圍很破拜，沒有新年即將到來的喜慶，地圖上很漂亮的景點都名副其實，像世界末日裏荒廢多年的地方，小火車沒開，植物園冷冷清清，哪裡都沒什麼人，荒涼。 不過，我們是奔着酒店來的，園區對我們意義也不是很大。 其實新年裡多些活動、親子服務，可能會不一樣。 感受南京整體在酒店服務方面不如其他一線和準一線城市，但已經比北方好太多，此次整體很開心。

It was a nice place to relax. Also, it is such a great place to have your own private hotspring once a day, go to a farm nearby, and pick up some fresh strawberries and eggs. The locals on the farm are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is okay, there is not much variety. I will definitely come back again in the summer and recommend this place to my friends. 位置：南京湯山，知名泡湯目的地，酒店在礦坑公園附近，位置不多説。 環境&設施：衝著天然私湯温泉來的，温泉需要提前30分鐘讓服務員來手動打開開關的，湯山這邊的温泉水是硅酸温泉，不是專業人士説不上來特別之處在哪裡，但泡起來確實和普通熱湯或者硫磺温泉不一樣，而且泡後皮膚特別光滑。 房間是現代➕南洋/中式風格混搭，裝潢和設施確實上了點年頭，但是整體還是乾淨整潔的，可能因為我本人就特別喜歡懷舊或者復古的風格，所以並沒有覺得不好，反而感覺別有格調。 服務：服務意識還不錯，前台和印尼小哥都很熱情有禮，走的時候還送了一盒自製的肉桂曲奇伴手禮，有機會還想再來

This hotel is located just 25km from Suzhou city centre under a beautiful mountainside (hillside, really), area that has soft hiking, tea picking, and excellent countryside cuisine. The hot springs are well maintained and clean, with a variety of temperatures and mineral waters. It's a really nice place to take a date, though I recommend going to the pools a little later in the evening to avoid families and their kids. A particular highlight was the Dr. Fish pool, where the little fish are happy to rid your feet of any excess dead skin. Breakfast was decent, though caters to the Chinese tastes, but there is bacon, eggs and hash browns for those who need something a bit easier on the stomach (like me.)

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a peaceful experience with wonderful surroundings and great service. Also if you have pets, you may want to bring your dog along to share in your experience the beautiful views as an added bonus. I was informed that they have pet food and additional compliments to cater for your dog! Wonderful! One my first day, I was warmly greeted by 小雨 who speaks English very well. She answered all my questions and made the trip super smooth and comfortable. She is a wonderful asset to the hotel! Special thanks for her and her professional and friendly service. Breakfast is a buffet with an extensive selection to cater for western and eastern tastes. The Hot springs were a much needed relaxing part of the trip and it was included in the price of the room where you can visit once per day. The rooms are very clean with the aroma of essential oils. The insulation was great so you never hear the sound of your neighbours once the doors are closed. My room had a balcony with seats which you could use the space to hang out, read & do yoga if you choose! Overall- no faults! Just perfect with a friendly team from the front desk, the gardeners, the chefs- everyone made it a memorable experience.

The hotel is not bad, the room was clean and pleasant to stay. The bed was quite comfortable. The area around is green, you can have a walk or enjoy a warm bath in the hot springs, but there were many people and music played loudly, kids run with water guns, so it’s not really nice for relaxation. One thing that really spoiled my weekend, there were the construction works near to my room window (on the parking behind the trees) that were started at 4:30am on Sunday!!! Of course it didn’t let me to sleep well and enjoy my stay there as I felt broken for the rest of the day without good sleeping.

臨時起意想去周邊的酒店度個假，看了點評心裏本來還有點忐忑，但到了之後發現出乎意料的乾淨和舒適。 設施：日式風格，整體光線比較暗，有很多水晶燈，很漂亮。客服是原木色的風格。 衞生：酒店進門要拖鞋，和霓虹温泉酒店一樣，這也是我喜歡的點之一。沒有鞋底的污染，衞生自然乾淨了不少。温泉池子也很乾凈，值得表揚。 環境：去的時候人不算多，不過池子裏有拖鞋到處都是，是不是應該增加專門放鞋的地方？酒店裡有許多小景都很漂亮，看出來是用心了。 服務：點評上看到有許多吐槽服務的，但我是真心覺得還不錯，服務看上去確實沒有經過專業訓練過，但每個服務員很熱情。 另外講一下早餐，這早餐和我在霓虹吃到的很相似，不過我家那位不是特別習慣😄建議可以改成符合國人口味的。 總之，是次出乎意料的體驗，還放了煙花。泡温泉確實是冬天最好的選擇啦！

Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel was super clean and it smelled soooo good. The hotel staff was very friendly, attentive and responsive! Shout outs to Charlie who was super helpful and nice, we also got a free upgrade on our room at the front desk and late checkout! Super nice! The area is very scenic and the lake view and sunset views are amazing! The buffet was also good but need more western options , the chinese food was great ! Would definitely stay here again!

揚州迎賓館，是揚州旅遊住宿 t1 層次的存在！爺爺對揚州評價：迎賓館就是最好景點！ 1.本來預訂時只有11號樓園景大床房，我們是五個人2間，攜程幫忙與迎賓館協調後，其中一間升級為家庭房（大床+榻榻米，還有沙發），房間超大，家人超級滿意，睡的很舒服，有一次性泡澡袋，超多免費水提供，還可以領取魚食和天鵝食，看我們帶了孩子，又送了小黃鴨洗護套裝，需要一次性杯子，外賣等等可愛的機器人都很快送到。 2.入住體驗非常棒，收到盲盒（各種小紀念品，有錢花掛飾+迎賓館書簽+揚州魔方+小積木盒+零食）還有新年紅包祝福，長者孩子很驚喜，覺得寓意和兆頭特別好！ 3.延遲2點退房時很友好，還多送了一份早餐，特別贊。房間環境很好，整體居住感覺很棒！ 4.附送的早餐也很好吃，菜品種類多，味道整體也特別好。 5.漢服寫真照，加了100做了粧造，拍的很棒！笑玩旅拍小張很好溝通，也會教我們擺動作，拍出來的照片很滿意，尤其拍孩子奶奶的特別有古典韻味，在送的照片之外，又選了5人家庭合照，三人分別合照，有點遺憾選照片時沒有選我和我們家先生合影，非常滿意，開心之旅！ 6.特別感謝酒店的服務，接駁車很方便，並且有專人陪同遊園講解，真正賓至如歸，已經向同事和親朋好友安利迎賓館，也希望有機會下次來揚州再次預訂！

環境真的不錯👌 温泉水挺自然舒適的，泡得很愜意。我們也在這裏找到了名叫醒醒的朋友，很是可愛，是很好玩的狗類管家，服務真到位，三位管家一起服務，都很順利的～ 雙人下午茶的東西味道都不錯，吃完後去了下棋牌室，提前預約了一下就行，還挺順利的呢～ 出來玩主要是方便和舒心🥳 房間設計都蠻好，很乾凈整潔，是極簡風格。洗護用品都是進口牌子，還有漱口水和護理包。甚至還有電蚊拍和體重秤🥺 （公區也有健身房可以預約使用）不愧是五星民宿！下次還會再來的。

設施：房間裏的潤膚露、馬油皂、戴森吹風機、空氣凈化器很滿意；一樓有趣園可以吃早餐；房間正好能曬到太陽。 衞生：乾淨； 環境：靠近宋夾城公園個和瘦西湖非常清凈，不過周圍沒什麼超市便利店，有點偏遠； 服務：幾乎是沒有的，或者説比較敷衍，浮於表面。保潔阿姨是最友好的，會主動幫你指路，跟保潔阿姨説不用打掃衹需要補充兩瓶水阿姨也會很快拿過來。 但前台就很一言難盡了……check in的時候三個女生在一起説話，等了一會才給辦入住，然後衹給了房卡，沒有做任何介紹。一開始找電梯都走錯路了。第二天去前台問事情，發現前台女生正跟一家人好聲好氣介紹電梯位置，湯泉門票使用注意事項等等。也不知道為啥對別的住户介紹，就是不對我説？是故意區別對待看人下菜碟，還是就是一時忘了服務水平不穩定呢？ 揚州挺好的，這裏不住啦！

下午4點多到店的，被告知房間還沒收拾好。？？？門口停車也不是很多，住店客人很多嗎？等了大概15分鐘入住了。前台服務小哥還是挺好的，帶我們去到了房間，簡單介紹了酒店配套。酒店是24年新開的，私湯房可以在房間內泡湯，酒店本身也有公共的湯池，設施比較新，衞生也還可以。只是，酒店周邊除了一個很小的鳳凰島遊玩景點，其他就是田野了。酒店提供餐食，但不便宜，或者開車4公里的小鎮上有一些小餐館。

春節假期的揚州之行，選了廋西湖景區附近的民宿，很贊，公用區域設計唐風，別墅設計新中式，入户客廳區域非常大，別墅還有很大的露台和院子，院子裏有4個池子可以泡温泉，酒店接待和餐廳服務都很細緻周到，衞生間的熱水出水大，很舒服，飲用水供應給你，管夠，我們還沒入住，管家已經提前做好準備，包括麻將台調試，早餐就是揚州特色的早茶套餐，很豐富，陽春麪，煮乾絲和各式包子糕點好吃，份量大吃不掉。酒店很有特色服務也很周全，有求必應，響應很快，以後跟朋友來揚州還會選擇這個民宿的

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.
