The location of the hotel is quite good with nice views and Whole Foods nearby. I met with the aircon issue and maintenance mgr helped to change a room quickly. Although it was smaller but problem solved promptly.Streams are out of work and cannot be fixed due to holidays.

My husband and I could not have been happier. A Sunset Chateau is magical and romantic, with beautifully landscaped grounds, a pool and hot tub and daily complimentary breakfast . The breakfast was always unique and very good. The coffee was also excellent. I think all or most of the rooms have outstanding views of the distant red rocks. Our unit had a couch and chairs facing the on site foliage, patios w fire pit as well as red rock views. It was calm and serene. They send an email after you book with tons of restaurant and tour information which was very helpful. The airport mesa trailhead is just across the street for a good hike. For a walkable happy hour and super view, try Red Wall distillery.

Magical location. Super clean and updated rooms. Phenomenal staff that are accommodating, professional and hospitable. Breathtaking vistas. Our room was awesome but our water wasn’t getting hot. There was an issue with the hot water heater. The manager, Megan, took care of us and we were compensated.. she also gave us a bottle of wine. There’s an outdoor patio that has happy hour from 4pm-6pm. 50% off beer and wine. Very lovely experience. You can walk to the Mesa Grille ( very close) for wonderful meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Hotel doesn’t have food service. The front desk is open 24/7 with staff to help you. They provide complimentary fresh brewed coffee/tea, purified crystallized water and snacks from 4:30 am on. There is a free shuttle from 2pm-10pm that will bring you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. The driver Larry is awesome!!I highly recommend this slice of heaven.!

This is a very nice 3+ star resort and we had an excellent experience. I read some negative reviews so I was a bit worried. Our king suites was as pictured on the website. Bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Big jetted bathtub was a pleasant surprise Really enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant. The pool was nice as well although the lounge chairs could be upgraded. When our plans changed unexpectedly hotel staff was helpful and allowed us a late checkout Location is good as well. Close to the downtown Sedona shops and restaurants but far enough away the enjoy the night sky.

The room was very nice had everything. With the exception of a top lock it was broken.they said they would send someone to fix it. I feel it should have been good to go when i walk in. We needed some ice they brought it right away. You can text them 24/7 they will always respond. Alicia and Jessica help out the most with check in and text me with all the info I needed. Also it was my birthday and the upgraded me for free.

PPengguna TetamuThis is a beautiful resort located in the middle of the canyon. It's a little bit far from the town, however, you get really connected with nature. I had a room facing the canyon, it's beautiful like you are living solo with nature. The sunlight is great, the rooms are clean and cozy. It does need some maintenance as it gets old over time, however, they are very comfortable to stay in. The best thing I love is the energy in the house and around. Stuff are super nice there and easy to work with.

GGlobal01695650485I was underwhelmed, and frankly would not recommend staying here. The mountain view was over a busy road and row of buildings, with cars, exhaust, and noise a plenty. Nearby restaurants were surprisingly weak, and the shops were filled mostly with junky tourist stuff. But what really messed me up was the way the heater turned on and off throughout the night. It was either too hot or too cold and I woke up constantly. We ended up leaving a day early, loosing the money for that night as I just couldn't take it. Our room was clean, but old and tired, and it was smaller than I expected. If there was a way to get ice, we did not find it, and of course since this motel is not staffed there was no one to ask. We ended up buying ice from the grocery store a few blocks down the street. There was a fridge in the room, and I believe a microwave as well, thought we didn't use it. The personless check-in worked fine. I got a text with the door code which worked fine the first try. No worries on that front. Bottom line: Skip this place and pay up for one of the nicer places with a pleasant view. Or just skip Sedona and try one of the other mountain towns. Could I redo our trip, I would have skipped Sedona and spend time in Prescott, which had way more going on and a really fun vibe.

PPengguna TetamuThe Amara will always remain a special place, It was very welcoming, and the atmosphere was breathtaking, the small things like greetings, and knowing our names when we walk in went a long way; I felt so welcomed!! The views of the red rocks and being on the creek made the location phenomenal. The rooms all have a balcony, some overlook the creek and the pool area. I love that the room is large, and very very clean! Located in the center of Sedona, you are close to all the shopping! The trip was for my Birthday, but it ended up in an engagement surprise too! The Amara made everything unique and special! There was a Birthday surprise in the room with cookies, and apple cider, The property created a special and romantic vibe that made the whole proposal so much more memorable! I felt so special and over thrilled with joy. Overall, the staff was very friendly, & exceptionally welcoming. We enjoyed my birthday breakfast at Salt Rock, our server Marco was so kind and checked on us frequently, and made sure everything was brought out in a timely fashion and how we ordered it.

PPengguna TetamuThis Inn was such a pleasant surprise! I planned our Sedona trip later than I usually put plans together, so the room type I asked for was not available when I made the reservation. At check-in, the Manager upgraded our room & we were so comfortable there! Recently renovated, comfortable beds, lovely room, detailed comfort, you could tell someone really thought through all the appointments. It even had a TV channel guide and every room door was screened from the parking lot by its own front porch and also had a cushioned love seat to enjoy the beautiful Sedona Red Rock view. The air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave and mini coffee maker worked great. One of the best things about the Inn was being just next door to the gorgeous Tlaquepaque market.

This was our favorite trip we have done and we left already planning our return trip! We loved our stay here. After reading over the reviews on this page, I was getting nervous about our upcoming stay. But let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this resort. We had the ”2 bedroom, 2 bathroom” unit and it was nice. This option was conjoining rooms of a 1 bedroom & studio unit with a nice little private entry. I really liked this, it made it feel like a private condo, with steps leading up to just our units. The unit we spent the most time in was the 1 bedroom unit with the full kitchen and we really like it. My husband and I were comfortable, we were able to relax and unwind, which is such a large part of going on vacation. The room was clean and was upkept nicely. One of my favorite things was that in the middle of our stay Hyatt coordinated a ”Mid-Week-Clean” of our unit and that was a big surprise. We travel frequently with our timeshare and we have never received a complimentary cleaning. Major bonus points for that. When reading the reviews, I think most of them are coming from a review on the ”studio” units. I would highly recommend getting the 1 bedroom unit, this will massively improve your stay, as the 1 bedroom unit it much larger, has a full kitchen, Livingroom, dinning, bathroom, etc.. Something else I recommend doing is calling ahead and requesting a room with a view, this is something I did and was so happy I did. Hyatt delivered with a breathtaking view and it was truly spectacular. I heard that in the next couple of years they are doing a renovation to the rooms, this will be very exciting and we can't wait to come stay again. The best part of this resort was the location, location, location! This resort has the perfect location, walkable to the shops and stores. We could have spent all 7 days doing just that, it was perfect. The shops at Pinon Pointe are right on site and a great way to spend the day. We did rent a car to do all the sightseeing, but it's not needed if your staying local. The location of this resort is WHY we are coming back, perfect, just perfect! Our room was nice, the location was PERFECT... so why the 4 star review? The timeshare front desk team. We stayed here under a timeshare and I want to help others understand that this is a timeshare resort that comes with pressures to do a ”sales pitch”. I am disappointed with the timeshare sales front desk team here at Hyatt. The actual timeshare sales representative we had was very nice and a 5 star review goes to him! I am talking about the front desk team, the ones who call you to schedule your appointment and present your ”offers”. Long, long story short we had a timeshare pitch scheduled with one of the front desk reps, we had called to inquire about

Nice room and attractive property. Unfortunately the “free breakfast “ is pretty bad. Coffee is just brown water. The rest is the same mediocre stuff found at motels we won’t stay at. The hotel needs to step up their game. If you don’t want to provide something worthwhile, just drop it. I would actually stay here again but not expect anything worthwhile in the morning. The picture is something I found humorous. Evidently the guests can’t operate a shower valve, and I suppose someone managed to rip one out of the wall. Things like this make me think humanity isn’t going to make it.

1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful.
2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging.
3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened.
5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly.
6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room.
7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity.
Now, the negative:
1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2” inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno.
3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent.
4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up.
Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night.
