Parking is a challenge to get. You need to deposit RM 50 which is refundable after they check your room upon checkout. So, make sure you allocate a few minutes for this activity during check out time.

Excellent customer service from the receptionists and staff! I stayed in three different rooms, and find the non-window room is more peaceful. Overall, this place is reasonably good.

Hotel and room are OK. The parking lots and surrounding areas immediately outside of the hotel are very dirty. Not the hotel's issue but it's part of your experience when you get in and out of the hotel.

Opposite KIP mall. Near Paradigm mall. Many Indian foods are available in that area.

Stayed just for one night, everything else—bed, bathroom, was perfectly average and acceptable. But if you value sleep and a peaceful stay, look elsewhere. The noise from the road makes it a poor choice.

There is no fridge in the room so I have to keep my things in their fridge. The shower head really can't make it. Worst experience ever.

Stay at this hotel only because of the area. The room itself is very dirty and the floor are so oily i have no idea why and it feels absolutely disgusting when you walk and you feel like you're sliding. The bathroom is quite a turn off as the WC is so low and the hose is a bit weird. The WC could use an upgrade or even a seat cover replacement. The lobby is fine and the service is okay nothing special. If toilets does not matter much to you then this is fine but i think the room needs work but the room is quite big.

Back then this hotel was good but unfortunately they were not maintaining the infrastructure of the room. Hot water is not functioning, the room and corridor smell badly.

Location not as good as it is not located any of the huge malls and there were limited food options nearby as well.

Totally the service and location is very good but the cleanliness disappointed a little bit cuz there are dusk on the things such as clothes hanger, and the table. And also my room is poor with sound insulation. Other than that, I think most of them are 9.5/10

The room is clean and request for quiet room. The stay was pleasant and simple breakfast was serve. The breakfast taste ok, Malaysian local delight.
