JJalanSabtuHotel yang bagus dan selesa yang bersambung dengan DP mall semarang dengan penampilan yang ber***a dan moden. Ia adalah hotel 3 bintang dengan suasana yang ber***a dan bersih serta kemas. Sesuai untuk pengembara solo atau keluarga yang suka meneroka bandar dan sekitarnya kerana bilik inc terletak di tengah-tengah bandar semarang dan jarak berjalan kaki ke destinasi pelancongan terkenal Lawang Sewu. Bilik-bilik agak kecil tetapi bersih dan selesa dengan kemudahan standard. jika anda memerlukan apa-apa perkara lain anda boleh bertanya/menghubungi kakitangan hotel. Makanannya banyak variasi dan berubah setiap hari kerana rasanya ok tetapi cukup baik untuk menampung sarapan pagi anda. Cuba juga menu mereka yang lain dari restoran, ia mempunyai banyak pilihan dengan harga yang berpatutan. Kawasan lobi adalah sejuk dengan meja pool dan sofa yang selesa, anda boleh melepak selama berjam-jam hanya untuk bekerja atau melakukan lawatan sendiri dengan komputer riba anda. Membeli-belah dan makanan lain yang boleh anda temui hanya di sebelah hotel sebagai pusat membeli-belah DP yang bersambung dengannya. dari pagi hingga tengah malam. Lokasinya juga sangat dekat dengan mana-mana tarikan atau tempat pelancongan lain di bandar supaya mudah untuk dilalui. Akhirnya kakitangannya hebat dan sopan dengan layanan mesra mereka 👍🏻

WwilzkanadiStudio 55 has a very lovely layout and great size. With a sofa bed, and one big table to work or have dinner in room. Big appreciation for the hotel to let us check in 30 minutes earlier and check out 60 minutes later (based on room availability). The service was great and staffs were friendly. Breakfast place is small (around 10 tables only). Tried to go around 8am, it was full and had to wait, so I came back around 9am and it was nice ambience. Great food, they had indomie in the menu. Parking area is very limited. Valet is necessary. It’s free, but most of the time it takes time for your car to go out and in. Overall it’s nice experience and I will stay here again in this room type again.

JJimmy NurdiWe stayed 4 days in this hotel (28 Dec 2023-1 Jan 2024). 1. On the 2nd day before I left, I asked the receptionist to tell Housekeeping to clean our room, and I also complained that the bathroom in our other room (I booked 2 rooms) was always flooded with water. When we returned to the hotel at 10 p.m. It looks like our bathroom hasn't been cleaned, it looks like there's only been a change of towels. I saw that the towel was torn and faded, and the shower room was still flooded with water when I showered. After I complained again to the receptionist, the technician came to fix it, and at 23.15, the housekeeper also came to clean the bathroom. 2. On the 4th day morning, we also complained to the receptionist, that the Air Conditioning in our room 129 was not cold, but no technician came. Until 3 o'clock in the morning we couldn't stand it because our room was very hot, and we asked to change rooms. But the receptionist so many excuses, and it wasn't until 4 am that we were given another room. This is very bad because we couldn't sleep all night from 31 Dec 2023 to 1 January 2024 at 4 am. Due to that problems, I asked the hotel to please refund our 4th day payment because we couldn't sleep well, due to poor service.

SSLaaaaaaaaaaaaaalack of cleanliness, the bathroom water flow is blocked, the cupboard is dusty, air conditioner is not cold, the swimming pool water is not clear. First experience of staying at a 4 star hotel was disappointed.

WWulanCocok untuk bawa dua anak,pilih kasur twin bed yg satu kasurnya ukuran 120x200 cm ketika digabung jadi kasur ukuran 240 sehingga leluasa sekali…persis sebelah java supermall sehingga untuk cari makan pun mudah…hanya saja bangunan sudah lama…dan lift lama krn kemarin yg berfungsi hanya satu jadi harus antri lama untuk turun ataupun naik

TTravelLightThe hotel location is very convenient and access to amenities such as park, supermarket, mosque are easy. However, crossing the roads is hard because only some got bridge, other you have to brace yourself for some daredevil of crossing the street. Entering the lobby, it’s small and have some weird smell of wet damp - humid unpleasant smell. Your taxi also have to unload fast because no waiting area as the line is only fit for one car. Checking in also easy and straightforward, nice.. The room is clean but not thoroughly as we found some bits of pins and papers, but generally not that damaging. I can ‘close eyes’ on this.. The toilet is clean but “NO PIPE” at the toilet. We prefer toilet with pipe, so that easy for washing after doing ‘business’, if not you have to adjust your sitting for the toilet bidet, not convenient.. no.. no.. so for me i would to avoid this hotel if i have other place that comes with pipe… Many more can be commented, but i reserved it for my inner brain to consumed.. WWarlordCame there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected. I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain. Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for. Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for. The rest of the stay was great. I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.
