The room was considered quite big as compared to the other hotel I stayed at. Lots of amenities available downstairs on the 1st floor. The Sendai local market is just opposite downstairs and not far from Sendai station.

One of the best and newest biz hotels stayed at during my trip. It’s near the Sendai station and shopping malls Parco. Very good amenities. Great location to travel to Yamadera.

The location is fantastic! Sendai's morning market is just downstairs, which is perfect for grabbing breakfast and really immersing yourself in local life. The hotel is very well-equipped. You can conveniently pick up toiletries downstairs, and they even provide thoughtful extras like facial masks and bath salts. Definitely recommended!

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the station. To get there from the West Exit, take the pedestrian bridge to Parco 2, then the elevator down. Walk straight out of the mall, past the morning market, and it's immediately on your left. They offer an impressive array of amenities, even sunscreen, and you can help yourself to pajamas. Items like hair straighteners are also available to borrow. Rooms are standard in size and impeccably clean. You can opt for daily cleaning or just towel changes, though a full cleaning is mandatory every three days. Laundry facilities are available, surprisingly accepting WeChat Pay, and bathrooms even have space to air-dry clothes. Power in the room is activated by a key card. The staff are very friendly, with English and even Chinese speakers, making communication absolutely seamless. The only real downside is the internet, which can be quite unstable, occasionally disconnecting. This could be problematic if you need to work or attend important conference calls.

Everything was great, except for the room being a little small. Highly recommended! The location is excellent for transportation and provides easy access to amenities. The hotel is well-equipped, making it convenient for getting around, and the staff are professional. I would definitely book here again next time.

Sotetsu is my go-to for solo travel. The rooms are great, transport links are convenient, and it's a fun bonus that I can grab a face mask downstairs when I get back at night, haha!

The price is fair. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is good. The surroundings is quiet. We can take rest well.

Facilities: A typical Japanese business hotel. They provide self-service skincare products for guests to choose from, even including face masks and bath salts. The breakfast was fantastic and offered excellent value for money. Hygiene: Overall decent, but there were some overlooked spots in terms of cleanliness. For stays of three consecutive nights, room cleaning is mandatory, but the cleaning quality was only average. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Sendai Morning Market. Service: The service was standard, nothing remarkable either way.

The location is superb with lots of shopping malls, restaurants and covenience stores nearby. Also, it is just a walking distance to Sendai station which is very convenient when transferring to other city. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful with check in/out. Would be staying again next time.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff who immediately accommodated what I needed. I also tried their breakfast, which was thoughtfully prepared and featured a selection of local dishes, so worth a try. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around.

The twin room we stayed was quite comfortable, spotlessly clean and very quiet. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from Sendai station surrounded by many good restaurants. Sad most of all we get far more than what we paid, very good price indeed. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located not far from the JR Sendai station, even closer to the local subway line. To get to the hotel is a very fast manner exit the station via West 2s, you will see the mall Parco 2 right across. Walk towards the mall enter the it then go down to 1st floor exit through the Hawaiian burger place, then you will see the famous morning market. Go through the market then turn left, the hotel is just on your right hand side. Hope this helps, enjoy while you’re in Sendai!

Great location! It’s near the morning market and can easily go to the station. Love it. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Sendai
