Nice and modern hotel nearby Sendai train station. Rooms are convenient with a lot of plugs, efficient curtains and good bathtubs. Room was a bit dusty ( on office desk ). Not cheap but comfortable option for a stay in Sendai.

It’s good for everything in the hotel, not only the location is perfect but the staff are fluent in English.

Sells nice sake in the hotel. Pretty close to the station. Has a lot of enjoyable amenities.

The hotel is located just minutes away from Sendai Station (if you take the correct exit - West 1 haha). The room and bed was slightly bigger than other budget hotels and very clean. They also had free facial masks and bath bombs to enjoy! The hotel breakfast buffet also had a nice spread of food and was a great start to my morning!

Small room but very clean and very cosy. There's a bunch of consumables you could pick up near the counter including shower caps, toothbrushes and even tea bags. A very comfortable stay especially for solo travellers like me who could be jumpy in unfamiliar settings at night.

Hotel is close to station, a must! Room though small has everything you need. Staff. very friendly and helpful. I stayed twice at same hotel, and both times were perfect. Will most definitely stay again. Thank you, Sotetsu. Will see you soon!😊

reasonably priced hotel, room is a bit small but clean, laundromat in house comes in handy

The hotel just nearby the Sendai station,self-checkin and out was efficiently excellent . The room also was quite clean,everything I need was all set. Recommend it

The location is quite near to Sendai station and Sendai Asaichi market . The breakfast has a variety of food .

Clean, Tiny space but enough for me, quick response email,all staffs is 100 out of 10, super close to Sendai Morning market, close to Sendai station and Cris road. Can lend some electrics at front office such as Hair roller machine, free ice machine and you can get all beauty supplies at front office, smoking area next to front office, 1 thing I recommend is just put more laundry machine
