KOKO應該是收購了很多以前別的品牌的酒店，再改成自己的管理模式。仙台站附近有兩家，一家在仙台站西，走路幾分鐘，但建築更老一些，裏面風格是屎黃色有點像7、80年代中國家庭裝修。這家內裝是黑色的，比較像銀座店，但建築可能更老一些。 地理位置很好，靠近青葉通，旁邊有公園，走路的話大概是1.6km到仙台站，全程有無障礙的道路可尋，所以即使從仙台站推箱子出來也是問題不大。 日本人做事有點死板，2點半到的，明明有房了，但還是讓顧客等到三點check in。後來不知道怎麼又開竅了，2點45又讓顧客去check in了。總之，現地管理是一種藝術，如果衹是在那邊打工的，確實衹要按照流程來就好了。 離東北大學也不遠，過個馬路走到底，進校園後直行再右轉，就可以看到先生的塑像。先生之風，山高水長。 趕上了青葉祭，也就是麻雀舞，不知道由來，但熱鬧程度和可觀賞性呢，比不上德島的阿波舞祭，來了就來了，湊個熱鬧唄，那天週六仙台站周邊住宿漲了一倍，衹有大年公園旁的這個KOKO，還維持原價，200多一晚你去哪裡找？人好歹東北一線大城市，這個價格，可以了。 另外就是check out後，想打車去機場的，本來想讓前台幫忙訂車，不知道是不是溝通有問題，不情不願出來一個人在路邊幫忙叫車，還伸懶腰打哈欠，於是客氣地請他回去，路邊揚招誰還不會嘛... 總之，KOKO系列，為了性價比，可以住。但如果是情侶，尤其是蜜月期，嗯，你懂的，這是商務系列的，可能會破壞你們浪漫的小氣氛，不推薦哦... 以上。

The hotel is modern and the room is larger by Japanese standard. As practised by most hotels, amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be taken from the reception counter. The hotel has thoughtfully provided small plastic bags for customers to bag the amenities though I see this as counter to their green efforts. There is a laundry room, but the wash may not be thorough as my clothes did not come out smelling fresh.

I love this hotel so much. Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel. Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far ) If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go. We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car. Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.

This hotel is located a short walk from Sendai station, through Parco 2 and down Sendai morning market Street. There were so many food options close by we never had to go far for a delicious feed. The hotel itself has self check in machines that have an English option. They had lots of complimentary amenities on offer in the lobby including different types of teas, skincare products, hair products and bath products. The room itself is your typical business hotel. It was clean, had an all in one bathroom, small desk and air purified and humidifier. The bed was comfy and there was room under the bed to store smaller luggage items. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a convenient budget option

初めて仙台のメトロポリタンに宿泊しました。予約時喫煙しか空いていなかったのですが、チェックイン時禁煙にしてくれてました。お部屋はカードキーでしたが、電気のスイッチはカードを差すところがなく自分でスイッチを入れました。お部屋は古い感じで、お風呂とトイレは排水の臭いなのか臭かったです。 ベッドはエアウィーヴのマットレスだったので朝起きた時腰とか痛くなかったです。朝食は、思っていたより種類が少なかったです。私は朝食込みでの予約でしたが、朝食追加だと3000円とありました。その金額にしてはしょぼかったです。 今回の予約時の金額より高ければ今後リピートはしないと思います。

Hotel is located conveniently next to the station, about a 3 mins walk away. There is plenty of food and souvenir places surrounding the hotel. Got lucky with the room given to me, there was three Sakura trees right outside my window. 10/10

The hotel is located just a few minutes by walking behind the main station and there are a lot of yummy food stores along the way & at the station so we never stayed hungry. There was a lot of road works during the time we were there so it’s a bit inconvenient but apart from that the room was at decent size & very clean. If you arrive early than standard check-in time, do a little walk around the city center and come back a little before the time so that you may avoid the queue when everyone shows up at said time.

非常好的住宿體驗👍 房間放置兩個行李箱，空間還是寬廣。 房間選擇雙床，睡起來舒服，有提供空氣機、芳香噴霧，盥洗用具在大廳可自取，連浴袍都有提供。浴室有浴缸配置。 入住服務很溫馨，退房也可使用快速退房（房卡丟電梯內的退房盒） 這次可惜沒機會加費使用早餐，下次再來住，一定要吃看。 離仙台站後站非常近，剛好往花卷巴士站很近。附近有許多餐廳和超商，是個方便的區域。

Great location only 5 minutes walk from Sendai Station. Quick checkin, high safety. The Gem of this stay lays in Breakfast. It was brilliant with a slight touch of Japanese traditional cuisine. In-house was well equipped. Love the setting of Bose speaker in the room, so Grandbach. Definitely come back.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed one night for trip to Tohoku. Hotel was brand new and SO CLEAN! Location: Literally 3 min walk from station. If you have luggae, it's tricky: come out on 2nd floor, going through connected bridge and use elevator at PARCO then ground level and hotel is next door. Great location walk to everywhere, has beautiful starbucks downstairs. Morning market is right behind the hotel; we were hoping that we could get some breakfast early in am. When we went at 8am, not many stores were open yet. We were able to get local strawberries for decent price and it was really good. Room: Got Relax Twin Room. Has electric massage chair in room with corner views. Views were not that great but room was very spacious, hollywood twins. Separate tub/shower and vanity was very nice, very nice decor. Coin Laundry: This hotel has coin laundry (all-in-one with dryer) and that's the reason why we stayed. We were able to see if Washer is in use or not with room TV which was GREAT. I felt we could have stayed other 2 nights (stayed at Metropolitan East due to its location) at Daiwa, it was very nice stay. Brand new, clean hotel in great location and great rates. I'd go back again next time next time!

77z8zTraveller3-4 mins walk from Sendai Station. It’s well located and it’s super clean. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Hotel for 3 of us was great, spacious and facilities inside the room was awesome for the amount I paid! Definitely value for money! Thank you and I will book this again if I ever come Sendai 🤙🏻

MMagnus TanThe hotel was perfectly nice for a short stay. It is just over 5 mins walk from JR Sendai station’s West Exit. You need to navigate elevated walkways, walk past a store called “Loft” and walk to the end of the elevated walkway, to a building called “Labi Sendai”. It’s got a Daiso in it. A lift will take you down to street level on the same side of the road as the hotel. I had a single room and it was reasonably spacious. What struck me was how nicely appointed it felt. At the bedside was a small sofa with a table, which was a good place to put all my things and charge my electronic devices. The bed was comfortable for me and the bathroom was fine. The only thing missing in the room was a safe to store my valuables while I was out for the day. I had to lock my laptop in my suitcase.

KKOK HOONGThis capsule hostel is located at a shopping street with lots of restaurants and eateries which is walking distance to Sendai station. The environment is sparkling clean with nice facilities & amenities eg.open hot tubs bath and sauna, rest room etc. Service staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming is that you need to pay for keeping your big luggage which doesn't fit into a small locker provided for free. You pay 100yen for a wire rope which chain your big luggage at a side of the lobby. Overall it is a good budget capsule hostel. I will choose it if visit Sendai again.

PPengguna TetamuSimple, clean, cheap hotel, located generally in the center of the city. A no frills kinda hotel, but I guess that's all you're looking for half the time. I have no complaints. If the price is right, I would stay at again. Nothing spectacular, nothing bad - neutral (which is positive, when it comes to hotel stays).

PPengguna Tetamu値段が安いのでしょうがないですが机は狭いので作業する方には向きません。空調は弱から強まで調整は出来ます。乾燥しやすい部屋なので濡れたタオルを干すのをおすすめします。Wi-Fiは強くないですが備え付けテレビでYouTubeなど動画サイトを見ることが出来ます。

LLyMinhLocation a little away from the centre, no that easy to get to but in a quiet residential area. Very friendly staff with good service. Also allowed to leave baggage after check in. The lady who helped with that also had perfect English. Unfortunately I ended up at a time where the prices were extortionate due to some event happening but this was the most affordably priced option without sacrificing too much, also one of the very few with rooms available at that time too. Happy with this and would recommend if you don't mind a bit of distance to the centre.
