Cch.bWe stay here for two consective years and the main reason is their breakfast buffet which is not a huge line but they had every local famous items to offer, one of the best breakfast with variety of local choices for guest to enjoy with proper menu rotation. Easy access from Sendai station, walking distance to Sendai Station, Bus stop, Aeon supermarket, Montbell shop, lots of nearby local restaurants, family mart and 7-11. coffee capsule machine available at lobby from afternoon time onward.

豆豆豆龙I have comfy stay of 2 nights with Sotetsu Fresta Inn Sendai~ the location is very nice, walking for 1 minute you can reach Sendai Asaichi 仙台朝市, where they said it was the Sendai’s people kitchen. I have tried snacks like koroke (Saito Croquettes 齋藤惣菜店「ころっけや」 this is so good), beside the koreke shops there’s an uncle selling zunda mochi (edamame), and there’s a onigiri shop selling cheap and tasty onigiri just downstairs of the hotel. Very convenient to get to sendai station and there are a lot of combini/ restaurant/shopping places around. Room is clean and they provided laundry service too (but their dryer doesn’t seem working efficiently, I dried 6kg clothes for twice but still didn’t dry), yes they provided toiletries (including face mask and yuzu bath salt!), also there’s a free locker storage in lobby so you can storage you luggages and started to explore the beauty of sendai.

PPengguna TetamuCheck-in and check-out was really easy. Room and hotel both had nice amenities. But the room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed during my 4-night-stay, that the room had not been vacuum cleaned once and two times I received a slip of paper by the cleaning staff that the cleaning could not be completed. One time they stated that there still was my stuff on the table and therefore it could not be cleaned. Another time, they did just leave the slip without checking a reason. I was confused both times, since all the things left on the table were the ones the hotel put there. The bathroom should also not only be treated for mold, but should be cleaned more thoroughly in general, since there was still dirt on the walls and cealing, which caused a small number of flies to live in the bathroom.  Some people might also find it hard to fall asleep, since the walls are thin and you can hear the noise from the street as well as the very loud bathroom vent that is on 24/7 and cannot be switched off.  Location of the hotel was easy to find and very central, so that was really nice.

권권형It was a perfect stay. Everything including amenities, services, beds, facilities was awesome. Room is very clean and new, employees are so kind. Especially, we had left our belongings in the safe, and realized it after we arrived at tokyo. We made a call to this hotel and the manager handled this situation very professionally! They made a delivery to tokyo, which arrived early in the next morning, so we are now at narita airport without stopping by sendai again!! Definitely willing to stay here again if I have a chance to visit sendai again. Thank you so much!

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel in Sendai is extremely friendly to international travelers. One of the staff members can speak Chinese, which was incredibly helpful for us. She assisted us with many things during our stay and helped arrange luggage storage before check-in, making everything very smooth and convenient. The room is also slightly larger compared to many hotels in Japan, which made the stay more comfortable. The location is excellent as well — it is very close to Sendai Station, and there are supermarkets and many shops nearby, making it very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and there is really nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Sendai.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe were to people during 3 nights. The pictures are from after our stay, that’s why it’s a bit messy. It was very tidy and nice before we moved in for our stay. It was quite close to the station and a lot of restaurants close by, and extremely close to the morning market as well, which was nice. The room was very nice and clean. A little bit spacious as well. If you have a suitcase I think you maybe manage to open it somehow. We didn’t use any cleaning service. They also had a sign you could use if you didn’t want new towels (which I thought was good from the environmental perspective). The people were nice and polite. The amenity was good as well. They had de basic stuff, which was good. Overall we think we had a very nice stay at this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuLocation a little away from the centre, no that easy to get to but in a quiet residential area. Very friendly staff with good service. Also allowed to leave baggage after check in. The lady who helped with that also had perfect English. Unfortunately I ended up at a time where the prices were extortionate due to some event happening but this was the most affordably priced option without sacrificing too much, also one of the very few with rooms available at that time too. Happy with this and would recommend if you don't mind a bit of distance to the centre.

PPengguna Tetamu地點離仙台車站遠了點，但如果是3-4人住的話直接搭計程車去車站或clis road其實不會比地下鐵的票價貴太多，而且很快就到了。 離馬路近所以隔音稍差，但如果你本身就住慣市區的話並不影響睡眠。其他的都很好，不是問題。
