the hotel was cozy and comfortable. the service and amenities are super good.

I attended a conference here and brought my family. We arrived hours before we could check into the hotel. So we had time to explore the hotel and the surroundings. We love the fact that there are so many shops, restaurants as well as ****** and cinema attached to the Marriott. There are 2 theme parks also attached to the site. Guests could enjoy 3 free rides as a bonus. We got to try out quite a number of eating places including the ramen library and did quite a bit of shopping as well. One evening we ordered room service. We had the beef galbi and the ginseng chicken soup with sticky rice. That was delish! For those who want to sightsee there is Osulloc tea museum next door.

It is situated in the middle of Jeju islands, and hence making it easy to travel to all directions / attractions in Jeju. It is more for family with kids as there is restaurants / malls that can have easy access to food after a whole day of theme park plays. Comfortable beds !

Site is convenient with different kind of facilities for different age groups.

The service provided was remarkable. A pin was got struck on the front left tie. Mr. Alvin Jung, a frontline staff was proactive to help me. He provided me the nearest address of ties repairing company. I appreciated him for his kind assistance.

The extraordinary services of the hotel staff are unforgettable. I must specially thank you the Receptionist "Elin". She is very attentive and understands what I need promptly. She quickly makes thoughtful arrangements for me during check in. This allowed my wife and I to recover and enjoy the entire trip.

Room has a weird construction smell and furniture is worn out. The cleaning staff isn't that professional and is questionable whether they actually clean. The hotel staff was nice though.

Hotel provides very generous space for the room. Amenities are beyond what you usually need. Varieties of the food outlets.

We loved our stay in marriot.The location is amazing and the staff are very welcoming as well ! You have everything under one roof in this resort !

Hotel good for families and has an attached resort with multiple facilities.

Would definitely classify it as 5 stars accommodations in terms of the hotel environment, feel and service. However, the room does have some slight irks, such as cracks in the toilet wall, accumulated dust on the toilet complimentary kits, the wall plugs feeling loose, and air con not really cold. But given that it was at an affordable price, these irks can be overlooked. And the bathtub was really tiny, that could only fit one person in a seated position, which was strange as the previous time we booked the room the tub was much bigger.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Location a bit remote. Would recommend for staying minimum 2 nights in order to enjoy the hotel facilities.

It offers much convenience if you are traveling with a kid of 7 years. The resort has plenty of options for dining, shopping and a convenience store in the site and theme park theme park access was a huge plus for my kid to hang out in the morning of check out. We want to come back in the summer time for the their water park.
