the location is excellent, just next to Piccadilly Circus and within walking distance to Chinatown

Very central and nice. Just beside m&m Leicester square. Overall good experience as other hotels in London can be unreasonably small

Location is just perfect 100/10. Deluxe King Room was as advertised; large, clean, comfortable, we had a nice view of the main street on the 3rd floor, it wasn’t noisy at all. The blinds in the toilet was very dirty but our daily housekeeping was done very very well. The only thing of concern, our room was prepaid through trip dot com but according to the front desk (who was very helpful), the reservations team hadn’t confirmed it with them so we had to provide documentation and anxiously wait awhile during check-in for the reservations team to confirm. Not sure if this could lead to a bigger problem during peak season but we were still thankful everything was sorted and that we got the room we paid for. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our stay and we’d highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is at a great location. However it needs a major makeover. It looks tired and needs a big upgrade

Location and service are some highlights. The nice big bed was pleasing. Room could use some TLC though - Broken/off hinge cupboards, a lamp didn’t work with any switches, a switch socket was also slightly lose. Mirror was in a random area, with little lighting. Breakfast opens at 7, I was there at 7:10 and hot breakfast items were already on the colder side.

Hotel was in a great location for soho so easy to find very local so you can get to any where you want to room was great very big bed big television free wi-fi what more do you need .

My ratings are solely for the experience and are in no way indicative of the hotel. Absolutely dreadful experience. Booked a late retirement surprise trip for my Mum and found the Thistle Piccadilly in London. Booking was easy but that’s where the positives end. We arrived at our hotel and the concierge desks cannot find the reservation. After some digging the booking is showing as CANCELLED at a third party end. The whole debacle took nearly two and a half hours OUT OF OUR TRIP to get a resolution. Trip.com just kept wanting the hotel to just reopen the booking which was unethical of them to ask, which the Thistle rightly refused. The concierge Karina was the only person doing remotely anything to provide a resolution. In the end a room was found at a sister property nearby mercifully at no extra cost. When a hotel booking is made the reservation goes to a third party hotel beds company and not to the hotel. I am therefore reluctant to recommend trip.com because of this experience. It was stressful, trip just wanted the hotel to take an easy and unethical way out and although we ended up with a room it was not what we had purchased.

위치는 정말 최고입니다 어디를 가도 가까워요 걸어서 왠만한 모든 것들을 다 할 수 있습니다 하지만 청소가 조금 아쉬웠어요
