Saya membuat tempahan kerana lokasi hotelnya bagus! Namun, memandangkan lokasinya, kebisingan lalu lintas harus diambil kira. Bunyi bas & motosikal sepanjang malam bukan gurauan ㅠㅠ Perkhidmatannya tidak sukar, tetapi bagus! Saya memesan perkhidmatan bilik, tetapi orang yang menjawab telefon harus lebih ramah. Kebersihannya sangat, sangat baik !! Ukuran bilik juga bagus untuk bilik deluxe, jadi tidak ada masalah dengan dua orang menggunakannya. Saya tidak tahu sama ada saya akan melawat lain kali.

Convenient location at Coex, nicely arranged apartments with a super cosy bed. Attentive staff, really good coffee at the cafe downstairs. Restaurants and convenience stores in basements. Good gym and pool. Would come back anytime.

Intercontinental Seoul COEX Conveniently located in COEX mall, tons of food and shopping available here. Booked a king classic room with lounge access to celebrate wedding anniversary. Received complimentary red wine. Room is well maintained but design looks tired and dated. Luckily the club lounge is exceptional. Afternoon tea is served from 3pm to 5pm. Evening canapés from 5.30pm to 8pm. Food quality is good and staffs are friendly. I would strongly recommend to get room with lounge benefits else the dated room design doesn't justify its price tag.

ホテルはすごく良かったです。サービスも最高でずっと泊まってみたい憧れのホテルに泊まる事が出来て最高の思い出になりました。 ただし、Trip.com上で出ている部屋タイプは実際のホテルで呼んでいる部屋タイプと名称が違っており、Trip.comで見た写真と実際案内された部屋が違いました。 ホテル側には何も落ち度はなく、私が希望していた部屋タイプに変更してくれましたが、その場合はダウングレードになるとの事でした。 そうとわかっていればもう少し安い金額で泊まる事可能だったのでTrip.comには至急正しい情報を載せるように改善していただきたいです。

Front office staffs were great, housekeeping not really attentive to stains on bedding. My duvet cover was dirty after the 1st night and housekeeping team did not change it for me when they made up the room. Front Desk said they do not have any housekeeping staff for the night and they can only get me a new duvet from elsewhere (maybe another room?) as I came back to the hotel late at night. Room size was just nice for 1-2 pax, not much food options around if you are a night owl.

Location was really good - maybe a 5-7min (or less) walk to Samseong station (COEX) which is good for shopping, eating and also close to Gangnam area. Has a 7-11 and Macdonalds right next door too so it's extremely convenient to grab some snacks or late night food. Stayed alone for 2 nights and had no issue. Generally quite quiet. Room was very clean too, aircon was great and cleaning was good. Arrived about 2-3hrs before check in and was also allowed to check in early.

Kelebihan hotel ini adalah lokasi (betul-betul berhampiran Seoul COEX Mall), kebersihan dan perkhidmatan yang cepat dan mesra. Kekurangannya adalah bilik yang sangat kecil, pemandangan indah, dan bilik mandi tanpa tirai mandi dan tidak dirancang dengan optimum untuk mengalirkan air. Ini lebih merupakan hotel perniagaan atau pasangan kerana bilik yang kami miliki sangat kecil. Masih lokasinya sangat bagus kerana COEX hanya berjalan kaki singkat. Kami akan mencuba hotel lain dengan lebih banyak ruang tetapi tidak menyukai penginapan kami di sini. Dan restoran dan taman atas bumbung ditutup.

KSPO DOMEで開催されたコンサートの際、観光も兼ねて5泊宿泊しました。 駅から近く、COEX、オリーブヤング、コンビニ、スタバが近くにあるためロケーションは最高でした。 客室は清潔感があり、ストレスなく過ごせました。 わたしは日本人ですが、フロントの方は翻訳機を使ったり、ボディランゲージで対応してくださり困ったことはなかったです。 次回も利用したいです。友人にも勧めたいホテルです。 スタッフの方、親切にしてくださり感謝しています。

L7 Gangnam is a modern ”minimalist” business hotel part of the Lotte group. It's in the heart of Gangnam around 10min walk to COEX and opposite to the Seolleong ro-90 where the bars and restaurants are. Check-in was speedy - if you have bought breakfast then need to remember to collect the breakfast coupons. There is a mini vending station next to laundry and also a FX machines (passport required) which is useful. The breakfast selection is limited so you may want to explore other cafes around the corner (e.g. Levain Rules, Ronnefeldt, etc). The room is basic and functional. The view overlooking the Seolleong tomb/park is nice, especially if you've requested a high floor. Overall it's a good value for money and given the budget would definitely consider again. Pro Tip: though there is 7-11 in the basement and GS25 around the corner, the un-named 24hr convenience store at the back of the hotel has more fruits (e.g. grapes and oranges) than typical 7-11/CU/GS25.

Great location. The worst part is the check out time at 11am. No late check out is allowed. Very old hotel, should be renovated asap. The hotel staffs are quite nice & speak well English. Do not expect more coz the coffee shop is closed down. No free lounge access & no free drinks. Just 2 bottles water inside the room.
