Location 5 stars, access dongdaemun metrol stn from hotel B1 / LL. Many places to shop nearby. Clean and spacious room. Hotel is bless with many good staff that speak good english, attentive and helpful! Only complaint is I am given a room that face the wall of next building. Advise to request for room with at least a view of the city.

Ia adalah tempat yang baik, jadi bersih. berbuat baik Tetapi mungkin ini adalah hujung minggu, jadi terdapat terlalu banyak orang di kolam renang luaran atau dalaman, jadi lebih seperti rumah mandi daripada kolam renang Saya mempunyai bilik queen standard, tetapi adakah kerana bilik paling kecil? Saya tidak mempunyai jin ... Saya fikir ia akan kecil, tetapi saiz biliknya tidak seburuk yang saya sangka. Dan ketika saya membuat tempahan, saya meminta tingkat yang lebih tinggi. Tingkat 6 ... ... ... Pemandangannya tidak bagus, jadi saya sengaja menginginkannya di tingkat yang lebih tinggi ... Saya kecewa Sarapan pagi dibahagikan kepada tiga bahagian, dan ini adalah hujung minggu, jadi tidak mengapa, tetapi walaupun saya tepat waktu, saya tetap menunggu dan makan selama kira-kira 30 minit. Tetapi untuk hotel dengan kolam renang yang sangat bersih, harganya bagus. Sekiranya anda ingin pergi ke kolam renang, saya cadangkan pada hari kerja.

Wonderful service, great staff, cozy rooms, warm atmosphere with the festivities from the holiday season. Thanks always for such welcoming staff that immediately brings smile and joy as soon as you walk into the hotel and at the check in desk. The hotel is under construction so there will be noise from 8:30 am until 4 - 4:30pm. Best breakfast buffet in Seoul. Great happy hour. Amazing view from the lounge. Spacious and clean rooms.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, polite and helpful, they really make you feel like home at the hotel. The housekeeping attendant is meticulous, with high attention to details in her work and keep the room clean to the highest standard, never seen this in any of the other top rated hotels. Important to mention that both current and past Chinese leaders stayed in this establishment during their various visits to Korea. The services in this hotel are just top of the class.

The hotel is very well located in Dongdaemun with the building connected to Hyundai outlet malls and doota. Everything is within walking distance for night shopping and also DDP which is the new culture park. Right out of the doorstep there is a food street and many restaurants. Room is clean with a functioning AC. The size of the room is relatively good for this class of hotel, providing ample space for 2 large suitcases. There is everything you need in the room. The TV channels are international as well covering all languages. I would bring own slippers as they only provide reusable rubber ones and you would need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they do not provide it. There is a 24hr CU mart inside the hotel which is like a local 7-11. There is also a GoKart experience in the hotel on the 14/f which is kinda fun for a group of friends. Transportation routes are easy and all the taxi drivers seem to know of this hotel. I would recommend staying here for those that are roaming the Dongdaemun and it’s surrounding areas.

It's a good hotel on a budget. Has a very homely breakfast and water dispenser to fill up your bottles with ice and water. Also has robes to use as pyjamas. Very no frills. Don't expect service from the staff. We expected to be able to check in earlier when we reached if the room was available. We reached only about 15mins to our check in time but were told to wait at the lobby till 1600. I am not sure what the fixation is about for the check in time. If the room is available, then let the guest have it. First time we have experienced this in any country.

The hotel location is perfect and it is right infront of the lift exit 4 from DDP train station. It has airport bus stop right in front of the hotel to Incheon Airport. It may take 2 hours traveling time to airport because the bus will drop by many places around Seoul before heading to airport. The room is spacious and clean.

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

Hotel DM is een vrij nieuw hotel en dat zie je goed terug. Alles ziet er netjes uit. De kamers zijn klein maar modern en schoon. De medewerkers zijn erg aardig! Het hotel zelf is dus prima! Wij zaten er 1 nachtje als overbrugging voordat wij weer naar huis zouden gaan. Toch zou ik hem niet per se aanraden aan mensen die Seoul voor het eerst bezoeken om deze 2 redenen: 1. Locatie. En dit is meteen de belangrijkste. Ondanks de vrij centrale ligging, in de buurt van Dongdaemun met de DDP, is de buurt niet ideaal. Het is een wat ouder gedeelte van Seoul, je ziet vooral ouderen op straat en er zijn weinig hippe cafés en restaurants te vinden. Geen stijlvolle winkels, maar wel een t****ehands rommelmarkt op straat. Voor ons leuk om eens een andere kant van Seoul te zien, maar niet voor mensen die voor t eerst naar Korea komen. Eigenlijk heb je hier dan vrij weinig te zoeken. Ga dan naar Myeongdong, Hongdae, Itaewon, Insadong. 2. Kamers zijn erg klein. Ik had in mijn eentje een tweepersoonskamer, wat prima was! Maar ik kan me voorstellen dat het voor 2 personen erg krapjes is. Daarom is 1 of 2 nachtjes prima, maar meer niet. Kortom, op het hotel zelf is weinig aan te merken maar de buurt eromheen is niet ideaal. Daarom toch 4 sterren. Min 1 voor de locatie.

It was amazing week in Seoul, and we are really thankful to this hotel. Very clearly instructions for self-check in, good location (a lot of cafes and restaurants, 7/11, metro and bus stations are a stone’s throw from hotel). A room was really small, but very cozy! 韓国のソウルもコロナ明けてから観光客も増えてきて、ソウル市内のホテルは、どこも日本と同じく宿泊費がそれなりにしますね。。 このホテルは、場所は東大門の大通りから少し小道に入った場所で、地図アプリがあれば問題はないけど、少しだけわかりにくい。 ホテルのチェックインが、messengerAPPを使って部屋番号や入退室用の暗証番号を受け取る、半無人ホテル。 部屋は清潔感はあるし、決してかなりがっかりするような不快感はないと思う。 悪いコメントの多数は、若者がホテルに期待しすぎてる部分もあるのかなと。 コンパクトシティホテルとして、必要最低限な所を抑え、清潔感も保ちながら、価格をある程度立地に対して抑えている。 若者旅、一人旅、女子旅には充分だと思う。 東大門の側なので、荷物を置いたら、観光を楽しむのに集中できるので、おすすめできる。

I have booked 4 nights of the superior double room. However, the room I got is a standard room instead of the one that I booked and saw in my reservation. I asked the house host on the first night and they refused to give me the correct room and said that it was the mistake of the Agoda platform and that the room description is wrong. The attitude is suepr ride and they kept speaking in Korean with foul language and the male host pushed me out of the counter and said that I cannot stand in there (which they asked me to come in to check the detail in their computer). It is totally a very bad experience and it is totally not appropriate to touch and push me as due to different gender (I am a female and the host is a 40+ male). So I told Agoda to solve this issue but they kept using different CS colleagues to reply my email with different answer. Some of them said that they can refund (I have email record) and some of them didn't know what happened and kept asking me repeating questions. This is really annoying and I have handled this issue for over half of my trip and wasted me lots of time without any solution from Agoda nor the motel. This is not acceptable that either the hotel or Agoda are taking any responsibility. Both of them have charged me a price especially Agoda is charged me the difference of the hotel room, but no service or solution are from Agoda. I really don't know why I need to book via Agoda then as they didn't secured my booking and just having alignment with the hotel. I personally do not recommend to book this hotel or even using the Agoda as they are not helping at all for any issue when it is happening. Besides, the room is super dirty and so many scratches on the wall, broken floor and dusts everywhere. The toilet lights and TV also turn off suddenly at night and a women voice whispering over night. The room totally not clean and have ghost... The location of the hotel is really bad as well as it is surrounded by karaoke rooms and motels. So many needy and drunk men around the hotel and the streets to the hotel is super dark without any street light. Really do not recommend anyone to book this hotel unless you are okay to stay with ghost and bad attitude host.
