Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

The hotel was clean and organized. The front desk was helpful and their were ladies that helped us to deliver our suitcases. I am not sure what their titles were but I just found that it was rather odd since most hotels in North America hired young men to do this. Kudos to the hotel for not type casting roles. The location was very good. The downstairs food court and restaurant was very tasty and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Korea again.

My first time at Le Méridien Seoul , new hotel , 6 months old , super clean , great rooms facilities , good buffet breakfast , maybe a bit under staffed during rush hours but staff were very nice . Superb lounge at the 15 floor with very friendly and helpful staff special thanks to Mrs Sharon Kim and Mrs Rachael Kim for there valued help for restaurants and tips for side seen and shopping , Will go back for sure next time I will in Seoul !

The location of the hotel is its main selling point. It is right where the action is. The employees are friendly, polite and very helpful. Service is premium. With the above, I would definitely recommend this place! My drawback is the breakfast offered. The choice and spread is very limited. It is better to go out and eat.

Saya ingin menunjukkan kepada kanak-kanak kerana ia betul-betul di hadapan Istana Deoksoo di Myeongdong, pusat bandar Seoul. Saya pergi untuk membayar dan menikmati hocense hujung minggu. Daftar masuk hotel mengambil masa lebih kurang 2 jam kerana orang ramai. Saya akan bermain di kolam selama kira-kira sejam 50 minit. Saya telah bersarapan dengan lazat pada awal pagi dan bermain dengan sangat selesa. 200 doktor pulangan pro Kakitangan sangat mesra dan berpuas hati :)

I have had the pleasure of staying at many different four seasons locations, however Four Seasons Seoul was and is by far my favorite. I flew in from the US and requested a car to pick me up at the airport in Seoul and staff was waiting for me outside when I arrived. They pre checked me in since I was traveling internationally and had arranged for me to go directly to the room. The staff was thoughtful and continued to add personal touches the entire stay. The majority of the staff is multi lingual and helped to helped to arrange transportation and exterior details of my activities and appointments. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and extraordinary. Cannot wait to come back!

Apabila saya tiba di hotel ini sekitar jam 7:20, saya akan dikenakan harga bilik sehari lebih. Daftar masuk awal. Setelah lama bercakap, saya menerima bayaran bilik setengah hari. Saya fikir saya tidak dapat mendaftar masuk pada waktu petang, tetapi hujan turun dan tidak ada tempat untuk pergi.

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

The hotel location is perfect and it is right infront of the lift exit 4 from DDP train station. It has airport bus stop right in front of the hotel to Incheon Airport. It may take 2 hours traveling time to airport because the bus will drop by many places around Seoul before heading to airport. The room is spacious and clean.

It's a good hotel on a budget. Has a very homely breakfast and water dispenser to fill up your bottles with ice and water. Also has robes to use as pyjamas. Very no frills. Don't expect service from the staff. We expected to be able to check in earlier when we reached if the room was available. We reached only about 15mins to our check in time but were told to wait at the lobby till 1600. I am not sure what the fixation is about for the check in time. If the room is available, then let the guest have it. First time we have experienced this in any country.

The hotel is very well located in Dongdaemun with the building connected to Hyundai outlet malls and doota. Everything is within walking distance for night shopping and also DDP which is the new culture park. Right out of the doorstep there is a food street and many restaurants. Room is clean with a functioning AC. The size of the room is relatively good for this class of hotel, providing ample space for 2 large suitcases. There is everything you need in the room. The TV channels are international as well covering all languages. I would bring own slippers as they only provide reusable rubber ones and you would need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they do not provide it. There is a 24hr CU mart inside the hotel which is like a local 7-11. There is also a GoKart experience in the hotel on the 14/f which is kinda fun for a group of friends. Transportation routes are easy and all the taxi drivers seem to know of this hotel. I would recommend staying here for those that are roaming the Dongdaemun and it’s surrounding areas.

Ara125 is in an excellent location at a quiet street but just a stroll from the MyeongDong shopping area and night market. It's so convenient to get to /from the airport. If you have bigger luggage use the elevator at exit 5 of Eulijiro 1-ga station and walk across the slip road and turn to your left. It's a 5-min walk. If you like fried chicken, BHC Chicken is just round the corner!

Location is good near myeongdong night street, subway station and Lotte shopping mall, young plaza. The only issue here is since is winter the aircon is set to heater mode the whole room is so hot cannot set even when controller is stated off, the heater is still working hence we all got puzzled. Next issues is the lift, if have more than a room and even stated in the request. End up giving and stay different tower of different floor from 11 onwards need to take another lift. Which is very troublesome. Not convenient at all. Lastly, if you travel with family that have more than 2 beds the room is very small only can have 1 pax walking at a time and luggages have to be closed if there a more than 2 checkin luggages.

A small luxury hotel located centrally in the district of Myeongdong. Everything is within walking distance from shops, cafes, stores, restaurants . Even the Myeongdong Cathedral. The rooms are spacious and elegant. The ref is stocked with beer, water, sparkling water, soda. And they replenish it everyday at no extra cost! The staff is courteous and helpful . Free coffee and cookies are available at the lobby. The newly opened resto which serves buffet breakfast has a zestful presentation and the breakfast fare is quite good. Pricewise , it borders on the pricey end but it’s worth every penny. Request for a room not facing the front as it tends to be noisy with 5-6 restos fronting the hotel. Only a 2 minute walk from the stop of the airport bus. Definitely worth going back to.

Old man at the reception was rigid in acceding to requests and all of sudden, there was some digging of the ground right in front of the hotel on the first night. Other than these, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, the standard of housekeeping and excellent location made up for it.

Kakitangan hotel mempunyai minda perkhidmatan yang sangat baik dan cuba menyokong permintaan kami. Kemudahan adalah baik jika dibandingkan dengan harga hotel. I had a day time layover (5am-10pm) so I reserved the room the day before my layover even though I’ll be checking in on my check out day. I kept trying for a late check out and was willing to pay for it just for some extra comfort for my family and I to rest after our red eye flight but was denied because they needed to clean the room although it wasn’t even occupied as I checked that it was still available online for booking. I did get until 12pm instead of 11am but I also checked in at 8am so only having 4 hours of the room. Besides this, the room was clean and the location is great.
