The room was spacious and the hardwood floors made it feel really clean, which I loved! The interior design was also beautiful, and being on the 20th floor, the view was fantastic. You can barely see Deoksugung Palace though; it's pretty much just a city view, haha. The bedding was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The TV was big and having OTT services was a nice bonus. Soundproofing wasn't great, though. The staff were all very kind and the common areas were really well-maintained. I'd definitely want to come back again!

The location is perfect! It's right in the heart of Seoul, close to the subway, bus stops, and within walking distance of major attractions. The hotel itself is wonderful: the staff are polite, everything is clean and stylishly decorated, and the view from both the kitchen and your room is amazing! It's a photographer's dream at every turn. Some people complained that there's no breakfast in the traditional sense, but I see no downside to that! Instead, you have 24/7 access to the kitchen and food. You can grab bread from the fridge, make toast, choose from various jams, boil or fry eggs just how you like them, add mayo or ketchup, and have cereal with milk. Plus, you can use the coffee machine, tea, and water whenever you want, in any quantity. You can load dishes into the dishwasher if you don't feel like washing up. There's also a fridge in your room. In the bathroom, you'll find shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toothbrushes with paste. Yes, the towels are small, but that's not a big deal. There's a hairdryer and slippers available too. The heating works great – we stayed in January when it was -10 degrees Celsius outside. What I especially loved was the laundry room. You can wash clothes in 20 minutes and dry them in 40 minutes. All done in an hour while you're having dinner! Detergent and an iron are already provided in the laundry room, and it's all free. We had a wonderful 4 days here and would happily return and recommend it to friends! I also wanted to add that without the reviews here, it would have been difficult to find the hotel. It's located on the 20th floor of another hotel, the Koreana Hotel. It was also unclear how to go upstairs, as the elevator only works with a card. It turns out there's a stand with Glocaloca hotel cards to the left by the wall – we found this out from the Koreana Hotel's receptionists. And there were a lot of instructions in Korean within the hotel itself, so we had to run everything through a translator, which, of course, didn't always translate perfectly.

The location is fantastic if you're planning to explore Gwanghwamun, City Hall, Cheonggyecheon, and Myeongdong. You can even see Namsan Tower from here! However, it can get noisy and the area in front of the hotel becomes quite chaotic during demonstrations. The room condition, staff, and breakfast service were all to my liking, but there was a slightly sour smell in the bathroom. For a one-night stay, it wasn't a big issue, so I had a pleasant time overall.

Unique concept - communal dining area w AirBnb-like concept rooms. - Breakfast included, though this refers to self prepared bread, egg, instant noodles provided. To do your own dishes as well. - To note housekeeping not provided daily. Staff mentioned it will be provided every 2 days; though in our 4D3N stay, no housekeeping was done. - No Air-Conditioning during our stay in early Nov. Staff mentioned only central heater system provided. Additional fan requested from Staff due to weak ventilation.

I really liked being able to have ramen, and the location was excellent! The cleanliness of the bathroom was a little disappointing, but I still plan to stay here again.

Our family of four had a very comfortable stay and made good use of the self-service lounge. We'll definitely visit again.

The hotel's exterior was clean. The location was top-notch. I stayed for two nights, but no cleaning service was provided. I couldn't find any ventilation fans in the room or bathroom. There was so much dust in the heating vents that I was afraid to turn the heating on. Also, when I booked, I paid extra for breakfast included and a Deoksugung Palace view. However, the 'breakfast' turned out to be a simple complimentary meal provided by the hotel, which even required self-washing of dishes. As for the Deoksugung Palace view, you can barely see a small part of it if you crane your neck sideways. I definitely feel 100% scammed regarding both the breakfast and the palace view.

The location is very convenient, close to train station, bus station and many major tourist attractions.

I love this set up; hotel sized rooms and hostel type kitchen and lounge area.  Directions should include that it is a hotel within another hotel (Koreana).

Nice Family style rooms with a 24h kitchen. Very engaged staff and reasonable pricing. Would definitely come again.

Everything was great except for the hard-to-find location, which wasn't clearly marked. It's actually inside the Koreana Hotel; there's a small table with elevator cards to go upstairs for check-in on the lobby level. All the map locations were a bit off, and there's no signage outside the building at all. But the hotel itself has excellent facilities, including a common dining and lounge area where you can even cook your own meals. The location is incredibly convenient, not to mention its great value for money.

It’s the best place in Seoul, with excellent service, location, and facilities. I love this place and will stay again if I have a chance to come to Seoul.
