Ulasan Nouvelle Hotel Seoul Itaewon

Hotel is relatively new. The only downside is you need to go through a steep slope up to the hotel and around 9:30am you will start to hear knocking amd hacking sound. The underground bar i think is still under construction. Service wise average. For those toothbrush and kits need to purchase separately at 2,000 won. Nearby to 7-11 and one more convenience store.

The room was shockingly dirty, with hair scattered everywhere. The pillow and bed had visible dirt, blood stains, and some unidentified white liquid on them. This level of neglect is completely unacceptable and poses serious health risks. The bathroom was filled with women's hair and bugs, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned in years. I am very disappointed with Trip.com’s system, especially the rating record, which failed to accurately reflect the hotel's actual condition.

The hotel supposed to be nice and spacious room but the problem is it has a steep hill to go from the main street and the room has not been cleaned during my entire stay even though I requested! Also, the AC was quite weird where the remote is combined with TV and the settings are all in Korean. I can only adjust 21c and 24c which directly have in the button but I can’t adjust the rest

The hotel is amazing and the staff is even better, rooms are small however of you there to enjoy sleep is minimum. Otherwise our stay was just absolutely amazing. Thanks guys!

The service from the lady ( one called Jay ) was really welcoming and friendly. She is a great employee, by the way. The issue was that I was only able to check in from 6 p.m. which changed my day somewhat.

위치는 좋아요. 그런데 방음은 좀 안되는거 같아요 밖이 시끄러울줄 알았지만 생각보다 시끄럽진 않았어요. 아 그리고 큰 타월은 왜 하나인지..2인실인데 큰 타월을 하나줍니다. 어메니티는 구매해야 하구요 이천원...참고하세요
