Great location! Next to Hyundai department store and Coex. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful (especially the concierge), the room service food excellent. Unfortunately the pool and gym under renovation. I would definitely book again for my next trip to Seoul.

Lobby is great the room is great , the bed is comfortable, except for the sofa, my friend sat on the sofa in the room, and she was being bitten by some bugs, not sure if it’s the bed bugs. Her skin was all red with small dots on it. The staff are polite but they are not really helpful, which I expected more for a five star hotel. When you are trying to move your luggage on the car, there are 3 staff outside, all of them are guys, none of them tried to help me the 2 big luggages which was quite inappropriate! But the staff at the front desk is kind and friendly.

Request late check out due to sickness but hotel replied only accept till 11:30am very harsh hotel , I have been staying this hotel many times as old customer but still very not understandable, hotel not full & not peak those days ….very disappointing

From the time we arrived and departure no one greeted or helping us with the luggages, so many bellboys but they just had selected serving, very ashamed to see the 5 stars serving in this way. The location is good right next to the mall that all.

The location is very good to travel! And I've requested many amenities for my baby. They set them up everything I've requested perfectly in the room when we arrived. The hotel staff are very kind and attentive. I was very happy that my family's entirely satisfied with the treatment! Thank you :-)

Hotel quality so so eg. average tower quality, hotel lobby had little seating .. Service is below expectation eg. 6 rooms on Mar 25-26 and 5 rooms on Mar 28-29, cannot even provide a late check out but only one allowed latest 12pm English speaking is not fluent Facility under renovation till June, no indoor swimming pool available MY alarm clock was preset (not sure from previous tenant or whoever) but it alarms on the next morning while I am sleeping and the alarm clock function to ring again after 5 mins - this is very annoying, it should clear the alarm after the tenant check out as the new comer would not be able to catch the preset alarm

Very good location, just next to COEX mall and 2 Metro Stations.

The hotel location is convenient. The service is good and helpful.

Great location. Great service. Great breakfast. It was worth the splurge. The only downside was the sofa was smaller than in the photos.

Lovely Hotel; I would recommend this hotel for its location, despite the rooms looking a bit old fashioned I think it was worth the stay.
