Convenient and close to DDP and next to newly open shopping mall Dum Dum

Location is good and convenient. All along the road there are many restaurants and shops. But the beds are very dirty and have many mosquitoes bites at night. In here, Many Thanks to Kim, the General Manager, he helped us to solve a big problem. He helped us to arrange the transportation from hotel to the train station which is very early in the morning. For that day is a public holiday and the distance is too short.

Good location, it is easy travel from & to airport, very near subway. Night shift staff is so helpful and smart. Room is clean and quiet even we are at 3/f, finally, hotel is low-cost & hagh-quality😃

I was there for five nights. Travelling with my teenage daughter.Just both of us.I find the location very convenient about 338meter to Metro station where it has all Line accepted Line 1 or Line 2 where you have to change to Dongdaemun station. I arrived at the hotel around 9am they don't allow us to have early check in even though I have requested 2 months upfront during the booking. During my stay at the hotel is under renovation but it doesn't really affect us. Since we aren't really in the room all the time. We were outside most of the time. My room hasn't been cleaned for almost 2 days. When i reached my room that night I called the receptionist..he said all our cleaners already go home.So he handed me the fresh linen for me to replace myself. The linen has a very strong chlorine smell that really affects my skin..my skin gets so itchy. So i covered my whole body when i want to sleep so the linen won't really touch my skin. Bare in mind that the cleaner won't clean your dishes ya!!! Even if you have a sink. If you left your dishes for 3 days it will be there for 3days😝🤣 Overall i have a good time staying here. My opposite view is a hospital. Walking distance to DDM station.

Only good thing was location, very outdated smelly small room. Not recommended

They wanted to charge me for a towel that they said I stained and cannot be washed off. I paid them and then I washed off the stain myself pretty disappointed

The room is small and there is no toothbrush and toothpaste but you can get it from the vending machine in the lobby. They only provide bottle water on the first day but you can get water outside room 3 of every floor. The shower and toilet are beside each other so after shower everything will be wet. The water pressure is fine if no one turn on tap at the sink outside at the same time. If they do, the water will temperature will be a bit unstable and preasure will be weaker. AC is fine but the first day you use it, there could be dust fall out onto the bed. You can borrow a luggage trolley from the lobby, which is very convenient if you leave with lots of luggage and not enough hand to push all of them down to the lobby and to the bus stop outside. The bus stop and a lot of shopping mall are outside so it is very convenient. There are lots of good food behind HelloApm, which is close by. Found two places with the face of the famous Korean Chef who is always on variety show. The lobby staffs nicely helped me search for food too.

The location of the hotel was very good. It’s just next to the airport shuttle bus station. Many shopping malls are also nearby.

It's a good place to stay because it is ntar bus stop and subway station. The staf is friendly and a little bit can speaker english. We can drop our luggage at the lobby if we want to sightseeing after check out.

It was good located hotel. The shuttle bus departs from the 4:30 am fight in front of the hotel. It was great. Front desk staff were informative. If you 2 are going to stay with kid under 5, you should choose twin room since double bed was so narrow for 3 people. Good in general.

The hotel location is quite centralized and near to the subway. Quite convenient if you want to go shopping as it is near ti shopping malls and the cultural place.

Good stay at this hotel. Near subway and bus station. Near to dongdaemun plaza and shopping area. Many restaurants nearby.
