Hotel di Sepilok dengan Kolam Renang

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! The standard rooms are on the basic side, however for the money we paid we felt this was more than adequate (Considering you are in the middle of the jungle). The staff and the food were amazing and you’re well fed with the free breakfast! Actually very surprised at the previous reviews on here as the staff went above and beyond to cater to us and seemed really interested in our travel plans etc. Nothing was ever a bother for them and they seemed to really like their jobs from our point of view. We did make an effort to speak to all the staff (human decency), which in turn they were always super welcoming to us! The closeness to the attractions you want to see in Sepilok is the main bonus, with the orangutans and the sun bears being within a 10 minute walk. We spoke to some other travellers who weren’t staying here but came for lunch and they said how they highly regretted not booking here as theirs was practically derelict. The pool area is great for a cool down and very refreshing and the wildlife we seen around the resort alone was amazing. We 100% would come back and would definitely recommend!

We stayed in one of the lodges which are scattered around ponds and forest. While our room was modest, it was extremely comfortable (great AC too)and absolutely spotless. We overlooked the forest and had wonderful bird and wildlife sightings from our balcony. It was a bit of a walk (5 mins) to the restaurant area and was quite hilly so not for people with mobility needs. Once there, there was reasonable Wi-Fi and a lovely ambience. Menu was fairly limited but reasonable quality, and there was a decent choice of wine. A big positive about the place is the staff - really friendly and helpful. A big recommendation for this place.

Penginapan yang indah dengan suasana di mana biliknya lengkap. Katil selesa yang cantik, kelambu, linen bersih dan penghawa dingin. Sarapan pagi adalah sangat terhad dan tidak perlu ditunggu-tunggu, yang memalukan kerana ia benar-benar melengkapkan penginapan anda. Adakah mereka masih boleh bertambah baik? Anda membayar lebih untuk setiap tambahan; yoga, air, dll. Manakala jika anda memesan à la carte makanannya sedap. Kolam renang bersih, suhu kawasan sekitar tidak begitu menyejukkan, tetapi anak-anak kami berseronok di dalamnya. Cukup katil di sekelilingnya. Kami berada di sini kerana selebihnya di sekelilingnya telah penuh ditempah. Dari segi nisbah harga/kualiti, saya fikir ia kurang dan anda tidak perlu berada di sini dari segi kemewahan tambahan untuk apa yang anda bayar. Sayang sekali kerana dengan semua sentuhan akhir, ini sangat disyorkan! Mungkin terlalu kritikal dan mengikut piawaian Malaysia ini adalah kemewahan :) Kakitangannya sangat mesra, boleh menyanyi dengan baik dan sentiasa bersedia membantu anda.
