Hotel dengan WiFi di Seremban

Pukul 5pm baru bilik ready, agak lewat mungkin sebab cuti sekolah. Tak pasti memang camtu ke masa cuti sekolah? Mungkin pihak hotel boleh perbaiki lagi. Last time kami datang masa Januari sangat teratur dan cepat. Breakfast sedap, cepat je refill. overall semua okay. Definitely will repeat if we come again to Seremban!

Our family of 10 (aged 13 to 81) booked 3 units, Tapir, Kantan & Lanai for 2 nights in June. This place is surrounded by forest, perched high enough to enjoy views for miles around, with durian trees scattered throughout. We appreciated the fresh air, the incredible scenery, the flora & fauna, the feeling of spaciousness, the cooler temperatures & the fact that we could pick durians off the ground & eat them on the spot. If you detest insects, must have everything working quickly & efficiently (the place is slightly worn & some parts in need of maintenance but generally clean & comfortable), can’t live without wifi, must sleep in air- conditioned rooms & have to be fruitfully occupied with “activities”, then this is probably not your holiday destination. But if you hanker for space, solitude, long periods with nothing to do except enjoy the chirping of birds while reading a book, floating in a pool surrounded by gigantic trees, or just playing board or card games with friends / family, then please drop by for a stay. The manager & staff were friendly & helpful, food was decent, and beds very comfortable. We’ll definitely come back.

Terdapat mesin kopi di lobi dan kopinya ok. Di seberang hotel terdapat bufet (nasi campur) dan beberapa restoran. Makan pun senang. Katil dan bantal sesuai untuk tidur, ruang mencukupi, dan beg pakaian boleh dibuka sepenuhnya. Tiada pintu ke bilik air, tetapi terdapat langsir. Keadaan aliran air tidak stabil. Pada masa tertentu, aliran air akan menjadi sangat kecil, menjadikannya mustahil untuk mandi dan mencuci rambut anda dengan lancar.

We arrived at 2.05PM as they said check in after 2PM, we waited for about 40-45 minutes as they said they are still cleaning the room, I believe that should be done before we reach there right? Staff weren't exactly rude but it seemed like they were forced to sit there, no emotion, there was one guy and one lady, when I stand in front of the counter they don't even look at you. I don't expect 100% VIP treatment but a simple sorry and thank you would have been good and it feels like if I said anything or questioned him then it would have ended in an altercation. The Lobby water filter didn't fill my bottle, it stopped after a few splashes. WiFi was 8/10 as it did flicker from time to time. Room was ok and spacious, Bathroom was ok but the heater was not consistent. During check in, I overheard both of the receptionists talking, ”Eh tilam bilik XXX basah la” ”Rasanya kencing kot”. ”The Mattress in room xxx seems to be wet, I bet it's urine”. It could have been my room but if it was they did a good job in covering it up. Parking might be a problem, we were lucky it was public holiday so no saman issues but yeah we parked near the TNB building on the hill and later towards the end of the shop lot as there is no parking. They said free parking in the website but I saw a sign saying you need to buy a coupon. During Agoda booking, it stated free parking. Though it did not affect us as we could park. It's in front of the main-road, there are a few Indian restaurants few minutes away. I would say not bad but not fantastic. Key Feedback 1. Parking issues need to be cleared on the website, will be hard during weekdays 2. WiFi was okay but can be improved. 3. Staff could learn some front desk customer service ethics. I did receive some negative feedback regarding this Hotel from a local who used to deal with Hotels in this area but it was not as bad as what he told me, So we are lucky. Not recommended for Family.

the good: 1. the room size is decent, the aircond is working well and wifi is averagely good 2. the location of this hotel is excellent for business purpose with available parking and is quite centrally located but would need a car to get around, thus would make a good place to stopover for the night if you are tired 3. no issue with the toilet as it is clean and served its purpose well 4. the checking in and out was a breeze and the receptionist was a fine and friendly malay lady the bad: 1. not many except that the location will be a bit quiet and dark at night 2. however there is a karaoke or bar nearby, and the sound-proofing can be better Overall, not a bad stay. would consider staying again in the future

The good: Checking in was a breeze, ample of parking space, nearby a fast food restaurant but lacked convenience store, the room was clean and aircond was cold, there was a kettle and hairdryer in the room but not fridge, there was a complimentary calming fruit tea given upon check in The bad: The aircond shut off automatically at night and I woke up sweating profusely, there were ants on the table that came out from nowhere, the tv channels were all blurry There’s nothing much to complain about as the bed was comfortable and good place to rest and recuperate. I would give this place a 4.5/5 star , if only the friendliness factor and food can be included in this establishment.

Lokasi baik, tidak jauh dari lebuh raya dan bandar, di seberang jalan ada pusat membeli-belah. Tilam mereka juga jenis spring tebal 10”, keadaan agak baik tetapi bahagian lain katil masih mempunyai beberapa inci ruang tetapi mereka tidak membersihkannya langsung, boleh melihat beberapa sampah dan bulu di lantai 😅😅😅 Jangan biarkan kebersihan menjadi sebahagian daripada kegagalan anda.

Ia adalah hotel bajet & agak lama, tetapi secara jujur, ini adalah hotel terbaik di Seremban! Ia adalah lokasi yang sangat strategik, anda dapati di mana-mana di sekitar hotel ini. Hanya 8-10 minit berjalan kaki dari terminal bas & pusat beli-belah. Terdapat kedai KFC di sebelahnya. Semua kedai serbaneka & kedai ada di depan mata anda. Dari segi kemudahan, ya ada beberapa isu. Pam tandas rosak & wifi agak perlahan. Tetapi kakitangan hotel (terutama wanita berambut pendek) sangat ramah dan membantu, dan akan mengambil maklum balas anda dengan serius dan dia juga meminta maaf untuknya. Mereka melayan saya dengan sangat baik & comel ❤️🥰. Saya meninggalkan salah satu pakaian saya di sana selepas saya mendaftar keluar, mereka bersedia untuk menyimpan untuk saya sehingga saya kembali. Thank you so much Seremban Inn Hotel!! Sila pertimbangkan hotel ini apabila anda melawat Seremban & N9. Akan kembali lagi pasti 👍😇😁
