Hotel dengan Bar di Sevilla

Went as a couple for two nights in March. Hotel was modern and extremely clean. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. We used the hotel bar a couple of times and the service was always good. I made a couple of small requests for example like an ironing board and they were delivered really quickly. Location is good, there's a bike rack across the road or a short 15/20 minutes into the main areas and is conveniently situated 5 minutes from the main train station. The hotel definitely gives a luxury feel without the high prices to go with it, if I was ever back in the area id definitely look to stay at this same hotel.

At this hotel as a group we were not properly cared for from the start. The room turned out to have ventilation problems which were not addressed despite our claims to management. In the restaurant, the manager in charge during dinner on the second day made us feel very bad by requiring us to move from the place where we had already been placed for dinner by one of the waiters in an unprofessional and outrageous manner. Then we were moved to another place where we were provided with incomplete dinner after a long wait and when we were about to leave the waiter named Daniel charged my credit card not only my bill but the entire bill for drinks from the group without my request or consent. Subsequently, before the judicious and professional intervention of the guide Jose, they promised to take some remedial action, which never happened. I understand that when we pay for the higher category Class A service there should be a satisfaction guaranteed policy which in this place definitely did not happen.

The location and value of this hotel was notably better than many competitive properties in Sevilla. Perhaps the most impressive was the service at reception. The gentlemen on the front desk really were gentlemen and did everything to ensure a smooth check-in. It was all very professional and in a beautiful reception area that was light, bright, nicely decorated and comfortable. A 4* lobby for sure. They had managed to accommodate our wishes to be on or above the 3rd floor along with our friends' room close by. However, we did feel that the room was a little dated although large and comfortable. We actually were attending a photo shoot the next day so light was an issue for us and the room had only a small window and 'cold' LED bulbs in the light fittings - 'warm' LED lights would have been much cosier. For us, we really needed natural light and so requested that we move to another room. The hotel was full but the lovely reception staff accommodated us in a beautiful room from the next morning, where we were far more comfortable and able to prepare for our day. They pulled out all the stops to ensure the room was clean and ready from early morning. We were very grateful and on that basis, we will definitely stay here again as we travel to Sevilla a lot. Special thanks go to Dario, Alajambro and David - and I think at the last minute, I may have met another front desk gentleman but I didn't get his name! All - in all, a quiet, reserved, comfortable hotel in a super location. Thank you Pasaela Hotel - we will be back!

This is a wonderful little hotel in a great location in Sevilla. My colleague and I took a group of 15 friends there for the Holy Week processions. It was a bit challenging with the Holy Week festivities because of access issues as it is right across from the Cathedra of Sevilla. It has a very large and inviting lobby, a very helpful staff and very pleasant rooms. Breakfast was very nice in a well lit and laid out room. The only negative thing I can say about this Hotel is that it's air conditioning needs some major work. I can't even imagine being here in the summer with the wimpy a/c fan. The staff is very helpful however, When I called the desk about it they sent a tech up and he said it was working, but offered to bring me a fan. It made a huge difference to me and the room felt cooler as it circulated the air. A bonus is the rooftop bar - we were able to sit up there and have drinks with a view of the cathedral, and some processions. I recommend this hotel highly but be aware that the A/C may be a bit weak.

What a fab hotel , situated right in the centre of Seville , amazing staff , spotlessly clean , bed was so very comfortable, the room had everything you needed , our room was situated at the back of the hotel , bin collection at night was noisy but the hotel had provided ear plugs so all was good, loved the breakfast defo worth paying the extra for , added bonus was the roof top bar , drinks on the pricey side but worth it for the views , would definitely stay they again and would definitely recommend.

各方面都很好，床很舒服，酒店大堂就是餐廳，種類足夠可以，外麪附近也有漢堡王肯德基，還有超市Aldi。 大堂有飲水機免費接飲用水，負一層有洗衣房（我沒去用哈） 早餐一般 地下停車場一宿是6歐還是8歐來着

距離武器廣場很近，從格拉那達坐大巴抵達後一會兒就能步行到。同時機場大巴首發站也在武器廣場，所以對於需要轉場的遊客而言交通很便利。這裏基本去各個景點也都能步行抵達，附近就有很多吃的，配合設施很齊全。 這家酒店環境很棒，裝修的很有品味。衞生情況也很好。minibar的東西居然是全部免費的，好多好多飲料，入住的時候還贈送一瓶香檳。 房間裏的沐浴用品也都是歐舒丹的，雖然房間面積不算大，但是住下來感覺很不錯。 唯一需要改善的是床頭上方的雪紡床簾有點刺鼻的味道。

Everything is nice. Location wise not so close to attraction. But walking distance

Convenient hotel with excellent breakfast and other food available during the day. We were able to walk to all the sights. Friendly hotel staff. My daughter appreciated the treadmill and exercise room.

I stayed here with my Husband for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We were right in the midst of the heatwave and so first thumbs up has to be the air conditioning… it was perfect. We had a room just off the breakfast area, plenty of space, fridge, safe in room (key hire from reception with returnable deposit). Nice bath/shower room, with toiletries provided, plus toothbrushes and comb. Fridge in room, with mini bar. Mix of hot and cold breakfast, fruit, pastries, good choice of breads (my favourite was the fruit and nut one toasted). Yoghurts, juices and great coffee machine, the coffee was perfect for us as not bitter. Teas including herbal also. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the desk to the girls at breakfast. Our room was spotless also. The Hotel is a perfect choice as it was so easy to get around, 5-10 min walks to the Cathedral, the Palace, The Bullring, The park, the river, the shops, great Tapas bars right outside the door… and the frozen yoghurt and ice cream shops. There was a fantastic flamenco show in the same street (a real must go). All in all, we had a wonderful stay, I highly recommend this Hotel.
