是個精品酒店，服務員非常熱情，給我們提供了周邊很多好吃的餐廳介紹，也幫忙拿行李。酒店房間不算很大，但非常新，一個小陽台。但是一樓是餐廳，據説是米其林推薦餐廳，但我們沒空去吃。我們到的時候是中午飯點，餐廳都是人很火爆。看起來不錯。如果自己開車，沒有停車庫，只有門口有幾個車位是酒店的，是停在大街上，但是停車費有點貴。我們就停門口其他的免費車位上了。好像也挺安全的。但是到市中心稍微好一點時間個人覺得還是住市區更方便些。因為塞利維亞景點還是挺多的。

A truly great find -an amazing stay. This small (12 room) hotel was really impressive in everyway. Amazing staff & the room was soo comfy & great bed. A short walk to the river towards Triana bridge along their street with doo many Tapas bars/shops etc.

We stayed at this hotel on 15 june. It shouldn’t be so difficult,complicated to have a breakfast in a 5 star hotel.On morning, the lady at the reception gave us a short briefing about how we were going to have our breakfast.She showed us a small table on which there were kinds of fruit in the breakfast room but nothing else to eat.I asked her egg,bread,cheese etc. “take a seat,my colleague will help you”she answered. we sat and waited for a colleague to come us.Nobody came.Then,I called the waiter standing there and said him that we wanted to eat cheese,egg,jam etc.He gestured that he didn’t understand me and pointed to the menu on the table.I had a look at the menu but understood nothing(I am not stupid,we are travelling all over the world).I repeated my order in english but he gestured again and said that he doesn’t know english. Breakfast room was right across the reception,3 meters, and the lady at the reception was aware of what was going on and that we were in a trouble but she ignored.I went to the reception to ask her to help us but she told me to wait without allowing me to say even a word.She was chatting by laughing with a man who was neither checking in nor checking out.10 minutes later she came to us,”what is the matter” she asked. “We are still waiting for the breakfast but your colleague doesn’t know english.I couldn’t tell him even a word of cheese.” I said.She said something to the waiter in spanish and went right back to the reception.That’s all. We decided to leave the hotel for breakfast outside to avoid getting more angry and also make check out for not to come back. We took our luggages from the room,went to the reception and gave back our keys.She asked nothing to us(why are you leaving?you haven’t had your breakfast yet! etc.)Moreover while all this was happening we were the only customers she had to care of. By the way when I looked at the breakfast table we left a few minutes ago I have seen only a cheese sandwich on the table. No matter how many stars it has, there is no use of staying in somewhere you can’t have even a breakfast.

We couldn’t have had a better time here! Location is great - in Triana which has a lovely authentic bustling vibe, full of locals, felt very safe (unbelievably so - loads of local families dining outside late into the evening) and just 10-15 mins walk from the tourist centre. Beautiful spacious rooms/decor. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the breakfast was great - some self-service options (the cheesecake ❤️) and a cooked to order menu. The rooftop are with the pool and bar was great. We chilled by the pool after a day sightseeing and often went for a drink there after dinner. There was also some great live music on the Friday and Saturday late evening. The staff were the highlight - incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel with a few minor irritations. Welcome and reception by Laura and Paula was excellent. Very professional knowledgeable and friendly. Gave a brilliant first impression of hotel . Room big and airy , quality bed and bedding and a free mini bar. Very clean . Quiet except when there’s music on the roof terrace. The pool and roof terrace is great. Don’t bother with room service, it comes on a motorcycle from some place away the hotel. Seriously over priced and very average quality. Better with a Glovo or deliveroo for about a quarter of the price. Excellent breakfast with original offerings everything fresh and tastefully presented. Shower and toilet black from floor to ceiling with inadequate lighting . Great idea for an interior designer but not for a guest . Triana area is the most authentic area of Seville , and to my mind by far the best. Really like the place

Wonderful stay at this hotel we stayed for four nights and all the staff were so welcoming. They helped us book visits to some of the attractions and recommended and booked restaurants for us nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely modern and quirky. Breakfast was delicious all freshly prepared. The roof top pool and bar was a great place to chill out and cool off after walking all day exploring the city. It was about a 20 mins walk to the old town but we loved the walk and soon found our way about.
