訂了二間房，一間給了電梯邊上，前台跟我説二間離得很近，結果上樓發現離得蠻遠的。到了四點左右，這間房居然就和呆在酒吧一模一樣，吵到無法呆在裏面！下樓讓女兒問前台晚上會不會吵到不能睡覺，前台裝不知道這情況。我親自上去板起面孔一本正經和她交涉，讓她去我房間看一下，我需要的是晚上能睡覺，不要酒吧一直到二三點，這時她又知道會有很響音樂和女高音了，告訴我9:30會結束，最後事實一直到10:30才結束音浪！

Our receptionist Laura was not friendly, she was not helpful at all when we arrived. After a long trip to Seville from Marbella, we at least were expecting fast checkin, smile and greetings, but nothing of that we received. Room was dark. Breakfast was ok.

The name of the hotel stays cathedral, but there is no Cathedral of you however, the location is very good right in the old town with all the famous and good restaurants
 The downside is that you will need to go to another location of the same brand to get the key which is around 7 to 10 minutes walk but the road is pebble so if you have big luggage us it’s a little difficult to navigate
 The room is very big with all the equipment and a little kitchen with all the pots and pans. However, if you’re sensitive to strong smell, you have to inform the Hotel prior to your arrival as they have very very strong floral scent, which gave me a headache.

The unique design of the hotel, I like it very much, as soon as I enter the door, there is a friendly reception of the lobby staff, which is exactly what I need. Front desk staff meticulous care, patience and professional explanation of the surrounding attractions and food, hotel rooms are also a lot of free items, mineral water, soda water, a variety of drinks room is spacious, light transmittance is very good, clean, simply refreshing, bed is also very comfortable, the room is central air conditioning, is simply a palace level of enjoyment. Go out to visit also sent a handwritten map, and to help me book the show tickets and cars, the model is very comfortable and enjoy the whole journey, too intimate! Really good, really checked in the left and right guests let people feel that other hotels do not feel very down-to-earth! There's fruit at night. It's so sweet. The hotel is conveniently located near the Plaza de Armas bus station; from there, you can reach the airport for just 5 euros. Cleanliness and service were okay. The breakfast buffet was decent, but you have to catch a waitress if you want eggs cooked for you or a glass of cava for a topnotch breakfast. There are roadworks in front of the hotel; on weekdays, they start at 8 a.m., and you won't get any sleep after that. The audibility in the rooms is high (we even heard the conversations of an Italian couple behind the wall). Since our stay was from Friday to Sunday, we did not request a change of room with a view on the other side. Perhaps those rooms are of a higher category, and we wouldn't get one anyway. At least, we had a room on the highest floor, which offered a bonus — a view of Seville rooftops with a beautiful sunrise one day (see the picture below, hence the roadworks on the street). I suppose rooms on the other side of this floor would have a view of the river and sunsets (but I couldn't check it).

Very new hotel with a great rooftop pool and a small but effective gym. Rooms were modern, spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax, have a drink and soak up the sun. Unfortunately the service from hotel staff and housekeeping was mixed. We had 2 rooms, one was cleaned well, but the other was not. One room they replenished tea bags, changed towels and swept the floor. The other they did not and left the floor dirty. It was odd as the two rooms were next to each other. Attentiveness of reception staff was also mixed. Some were very responsive, others did not acknowledge hotel guests or were aloof and unhelpful.
Ultimately we had a good stay and enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the city centre. It was, however, disappointing that the service of some staff/some cleanliness aspects, did not match the cost of the hotel, which was as expensive as a 5 star; not value for money.

But, one thing if you can bring information to anyone who responsibility for tourist especially about police. Because, one of my friends lost her LV wallet in Saville when we’re walking around Royal Alcazar palace.

CCameo19This is a second hand review on behalf of family. It was booked as a gift but by all accounts my brother and his wife thoroughly enjoyed their time at the hotel. They were upgraded for free and commented on how good the egg station was, offering a variety of options. I’ve noticed some people have complained about the distance to the tourist sites, but they had no issues whatsoever in this regard. We are walking family anyway, but for those who maybe a little reluctant, it took them about 15-20 minutes only, passing through a busy street with locals, restaurants and shops, so no concerns about safety. The hotel’s proximity to the train station is a bonus.

Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants.
Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset.
The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided.
Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding.
This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space.
The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom.
A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table.
A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay.
The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room.
All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.

AAriauuaI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the standout features was undoubtedly its fantastic location, which offered convenient access to the nearby metro station.
However, I must acknowledge some areas that fell short of expectations. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that cleanliness was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, the amenities provided were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing.
Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. With some attention to detail in cleaning and enhancing amenities, this hotel has the potential to be an even more delightful destination for travelers.

RR.A.UHotel que reserve por las buenas reseñas, pero realmente no se hace gala de un 4 estrellas. La habitacion que me toco en el primer piso hacia mucho ruido el AC. Era un triple para uso individual, las camas eran pequeñas. El hotel estaba a tope y probablemente no me toco una buena habitacion.
El hotel esta bien ubicado si estas de paso y cerca de la carretera norte de circunvalacion. De la zona ”bonita” esta muy alejado.
La habitacion no estaba del todo limpia y la ducha tenia muy poco caudal de agua.
Pero es mas que suficiente para una noche, pero el precio de 130 euros, es una exageracion para este tipo de hotel

Upon a raving to our hotel, we were graded By the most kind, helpful and an genuinely caring person ever (Laura), She took the time to explain the city and recommend many places to visit eat and chop around
And while this is expected from hotel staff you could tell that she was doing it not because it was her job because she truly love showing her city to visitors
This hotel is perfectly place as it is five minutes away from most of the attractions and shopping district accommodations were great and very clean, but what blew us away was the breakfast when they of different local products all fresh

PPengguna TetamuLocation is perfect, around 10mins to Santa Justa train station, there is a huge Carrefour 5mins away, and an El Corto Ingles Department Store just opposite, which is a must homegrown brand anyone coming to Spain for the first time should pay a visi, so you can easily do some shopping. Overall it's a really well maintained hotel. Very new, very modern, design is gorgeous. Rooms are spacious with good functional design, sockets by bedside. Breakfast selection is great, though some changes throughout the week would have been nice. Their choice of sausage is a bit of a let down, but no matter. Also strange enough no beverage at all in room besides what's in the minibar. Some teabags and powdered coffee would be much appreciated. Also no toiletries as well.

PpuffyCloudThe staff are very nice. My flight has been delayed, and I had a great chance to miss the check-in time. I contacted the trip.com cs team, and they did a great job on passing the message to the hotel. The senorita greeting me with a big smile even if it's literally midnight, energetic, and explaining in detail for my check-in. Nevertheless, on the date check out, the hotel also offers free luggage storing up to an hour, which is great!
The location of the hotel is quite near the airport bus, since I just walked up a few minutes to get in the hotel. Very friendly for travelers from or to the airport. The main attractions are with a 20-minute walk from the hotel, use your legs and save some money from that. So on it also close to the bus station, so if you depart to the bus station, also convenient.
One little problem is that the room I stayed in is a bit old, so some of the amenities are broken. Yet, it's little problem to fix. The rest are very nice. The hotel is equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator. It is also nice for a long-term stay. It is also with a washing and drying machine, the price is eur6 for laundry and eur4 for drying. The bulk bed is equipped with 2 pug ins, 2 usb port. Each one got 2 lockers to store things. I am very satisfied with this hotel. Will recommend to friends.

沈沈高輝Originally I felt racial discrimination, but later I felt that it maybe a misunderstanding. Because the attitude and service were good with the same lady.
Advantages: a department store just in the opposite side, my wife bought the channel cosmetics for her old cosmetics almost been
gone with the same brand and the staff's service was very good when I requested tax-refund. A small supermarket just beside the hotel.
Disadvantage: it is very hard to park the car, we hadbto park far away from the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuTrès belle chambre et très bien situé mais nous avons eu un gros soucis il y a des remontées d’odeur horrible dans les salles de bain pas très bien entretenu nous l’avons signalé car c’était irrespirable dans l’appartement, ils sont intervenus pour mettre de l’acide dans les bondes des douches et lavabo mais rien n’y a fait. Je suis retourné à la réception pour obtenir au moins un geste commercial mais c’était le samedi Apm donc plus personne de disponible, dimanche idem . Conclusion ce ne fut pas une très bonne expérience au prix que j’ai payé ( plus de 600€ les 3 nuit bien sûr en passant par votre site car sur place bien moins cher 😡)
