The hotel was in a great location, welcoming and very clean. The room was pleasant, the bed and pillows were amazing. The shower was fabulous but leaked all over the floor. The first night we had a problem with the TV and air conditioning, which they sent up a member of staff to look at, but no joy so they had to control the AC from reception and mended the next day. The following day both of our keys cards stopped working so we had to return to the Reception to correct this. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast so they gave us a picnic bag to take, very disappointing especially for a 5 star hotel, so I would state this is a 4 star not 5.

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

ALL the staff was exceptional, from the housekeeping staff, waiting staff, concierge to reception. We stayed in a Red Level room on the 7th floor and it was fabulous with a beautiful view of the Cathedral. The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the inclusion of organic tea and coffee and complimentary water and chocolates. The hotel was charming and it's location perfect for us. Breakfast was outstanding as was the service. It was great to see that the bread was made with organic flour. Access to the refreshments in the Red Level lounge was always very welcome after a day walking the length and breadth of Seville. We didn't get a chance to dine at any of the restaurants on this occasion, but have no doubt that they would be of a very high standard. We did encounter some issues during our stay and the hotel did their best to address the issues. We would definitely stay again when next in Seville, which will hopefully be next year.

This hotel is magical. It's in the perfect location in Seville. The modest entrance does not prepare you for the beauty inside. From the tile in the lobby, to the antiques and exquisite metal work. The courtyard is about as peaceful as you will find. We stayed in a family suite for two nights. The main bedroom had pocket doors that closed. A perfect way for a family of 3 to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Mariam at the front desk was so very helpful. She explained the area and events with perfect English. We were there for the Holy Week and the processions were simply breathtaking to watch. We highly recommend this hotel and this stunning city.

What a great, quirky little hotel. Booked 2 rooms in February this year. On arrival we were told our room numbers on the first floor (only 2 floors high). Our rooms were next to each other. The hotel is in 2 blocks and the receptionist explained one block had our rooms in it and in the other block was the breakfast room and roof bar. The room as fantastic. There was a sofa (sofa bed) at one end of the room with a TV on the wall, a well fitted bathroom with a really large shower, plenty of storage, a fridge, 2 single beds put together and another wall mounted TV. The window opened onto a residential area and as quiet. The breakfast as great, plenty of cereals, fruit, meats and cheeses, yoghurts, pastries and croissants and a hot selection of bacon, scrambled egg or tortilla, sausages or chorizo and beans. There is a waitress making fresh coffee for you and it is delicious. The breakfast room turns into the roof top bar layer in the day. It’s open to residents and non-residents and has a wide range of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails at reasonable prices. The hotel is on Hercules Plaza which is a haven for bars and restaurants. We found a great restaurant called Blossoms and had some great food and wine. It is only about 15 minute walk to the centre of Seville again with plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a small supermarket near to the hotel for essentials and the bus stop is nearby. The tourist bus also stops at either end of the Plaza. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s very clean, quirky, great staff and great amenities around. Thumbs up from me.

Me ha parecido un hotel excelente para pasar unos días en Sevilla. Muy limpio y decorado con gusto. Todo tiene pinta de nuevo. No es excesivamente caro, buena relación calidad-precio. Funciona mediante códigos de entrada y salida, con lo que te evitas estar pendiente de la llave. Algunas cosillas a tener en cuenta: la cama supletoria tiene un colchón poco cómodo en comparación con las otras camas, que sí son confortables y mullidas, hay recepción creo que sólo hasta las 6, si llegas de noche, tienes que hacer el check-in tú solo, recomiendo hacerlo con tiempo para no tener el estrés de llegar y esperar el mail que te envíe el código de entrada con las maletas en la puerta, las habitaciones no tienen mucho espacio para maletas y demás, han sacrificado el espacio en favor de unas camas amplias. Por último, destacar que está ubicado en un barrio muy bonito de Sevilla, bien comunicado con el centro y que tiene también cosas que ver a pie, como la Basílica de la Macarena, o la de Jesús del Gran poder. Está al lado de la Alameda de Hércules, que es una plaza súper agradable con buenos sitios para desayunar o cenar.

Apartment confortable, you have everything you need to spend some days. Bed very confortable, apartment very clean. Only some points to be better: for me there are too much light, the curtains are not suitable, i couldnt sleep well for this reason. Another point, you can handle the temperature. I had a problem and I called to the telephone number (It was 7pm) they gave to me (bacause there were nobody at recepción) and nobody answered, so i couldn't be attended.
