The hotel was in a great location, welcoming and very clean. The room was pleasant, the bed and pillows were amazing. The shower was fabulous but leaked all over the floor. The first night we had a problem with the TV and air conditioning, which they sent up a member of staff to look at, but no joy so they had to control the AC from reception and mended the next day. The following day both of our keys cards stopped working so we had to return to the Reception to correct this. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast so they gave us a picnic bag to take, very disappointing especially for a 5 star hotel, so I would state this is a 4 star not 5.

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

Great location decent hotel but room for improvement. The location is excellent right beside and almost on top of the cathedral. It is quite boutique and small but with many “attachments”. The rooftop bar which is really two bars is a major draw for guests and non residents alike. It is has a separate gelato bar, a restaurant “al lado” and a tapas bar next door all of which are good. There is a second residents bar (the corner bar) on the ground floor of the hotel and a dedicated small rooftop bar with pool (really a lap pool) for residents only. So it has lots of stuff. The rooms are decent and well appointed if a little quirky and the beds very comfortable. Some rooms have their own terraces. The breakfasts are very good and overall the staff are friendly and attentive. So that all sounds great and it is. So where’s my issue. Well I think it’s down to there being enough staff. When the rooftop bars are in full swing getting staff to come to the residents rooftop bar is tricky and slow and given the popularity of the open rooftop bars it’s often crowded there should residents wish to use these bars. Oddly enough on one wet day when the rooftop bars were closed one would have thought the inside corner bar would be manned for residents as an alternative, but no!!. This may be down to a too tight management of resources but in a five star hotel there should be staff sufficient to keep all facilities open (bar weather closures). The second issue is the noise in rooms near the rooftop bars. The insulation is insufficient and as the music is loud and thumping it is too penetrative. My advice to the hotel is the bring the volume down (which is too loud in the bars themselves to the extent that it’s hard to talk). In my opinion,You could still keep the vibe without the music being quite so loud. This would solve the communication issue in bar and also the irritated residents who can’t sleep.

ALL the staff was exceptional, from the housekeeping staff, waiting staff, concierge to reception. We stayed in a Red Level room on the 7th floor and it was fabulous with a beautiful view of the Cathedral. The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the inclusion of organic tea and coffee and complimentary water and chocolates. The hotel was charming and it's location perfect for us. Breakfast was outstanding as was the service. It was great to see that the bread was made with organic flour. Access to the refreshments in the Red Level lounge was always very welcome after a day walking the length and breadth of Seville. We didn't get a chance to dine at any of the restaurants on this occasion, but have no doubt that they would be of a very high standard. We did encounter some issues during our stay and the hotel did their best to address the issues. We would definitely stay again when next in Seville, which will hopefully be next year.

Muy buen hotel; ambiente tranquilo y muy agradable. A destacar la decoración, confort, limpieza y ¡como no! la atención al cliente. Buen aislamiento de las habitaciones. Desayuno completo y cuidando cada uno de los detalles. Las personas que trabajan allí (tanto Álvaro en Recepción, como las señoritas del comedor de los desayunos, ...), hacen su trabajo de forma inmejorable y se percibe en todo momento que quieren darle a los clientes la mejor atención para su bienestar. I stayed here with my Husband for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. We were right in the midst of the heatwave and so first thumbs up has to be the air conditioning… it was perfect. We had a room just off the breakfast area, plenty of space, fridge, safe in room (key hire from reception with returnable deposit). Nice bath/shower room, with toiletries provided, plus toothbrushes and comb. Fridge in room, with mini bar. Mix of hot and cold breakfast, fruit, pastries, good choice of breads (my favourite was the fruit and nut one toasted). Yoghurts, juices and great coffee machine, the coffee was perfect for us as not bitter. Teas including herbal also. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the desk to the girls at breakfast. Our room was spotless also. The Hotel is a perfect choice as it was so easy to get around, 5-10 min walks to the Cathedral, the Palace, The Bullring, The park, the river, the shops, great Tapas bars right outside the door… and the frozen yoghurt and ice cream shops. There was a fantastic flamenco show in the same street (a real must go). All in all, we had a wonderful stay, I highly recommend this Hotel.

Stayed with my girlfriend for three nights here and could not be happier. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If you have the option to book a balcony room, we highly suggest it as the rooms face outward into a peaceful street. The room was more than big enough for the two of us. There is a highly rated coffee shop located in the lobby with a variety of foods as well. Additionally, there is a gallery on the fist floor above the lobby which is a great place to sit and enjoy your coffee in peace. Located in the middle of the shopping district, we enjoyed walking from store to store. The historic district and Alcazar are only a 10 minute walk from this location.

I stopped by Seville on the way to Malaga for 2 nights and stayed at this hotel - and I’m so glad I did. Everything was great - location was perfect, tons of restaurants, shops and bars within a 5 min walk and very central. Rooms were clean and a very good size Shower was fantastic - the shower pressure was amazing Service was great - staff was extremely responsive via WhatsApp at any time of day, extremely friendly and helpful They don’t have any of the extra amenities (like a breakfast room or gym) but honestly for the price and location I didn’t mind at all. I think their sister location (less than 2 min walk away) has breakfast that they can offer but there’s so many great bakeries and restaurants right next door that I preferred eating out anyways. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The hostel is really central, and in the piazza in front of it there are 2 bus stops from where we took the bus to the airport (you have to take the 32 and then stop on another bus stop for the Airport bus). It was super clean, the bed were comfy, and you have ample storage space under the bed, which can be locked using a padlock. (we didn't had a padlock, and we had not issues). If you're staying here, you can also go to the other Oasis hostel, which is not far from this one. The other has more of a social feeling. This one is more of a quite hostel. It offers free walking tours, which we found it very interesting. The bar on the roof wasn't open when we went up. It also has a fully equipped kitchen (although we didn't managed to use the coffee machine) One has to download an app to open the main and room doors, which is super convenient. If one is looking for a more social interaction hostel, I suggest you go to the Oasis Palace Hostel. On the other hand, if one is looking for a hostel which is more quite, and very central, this is a very good option.

Stayed here for 10 days as a family of 4 - with 2 large boys (16 & 18). The apartment had it's own private seating area but there was a communal balcony with views of the Giralda which was to kill for. Never actually saw any other guests. There was a fridge with a freezer compartment, washing machine, iron and a microwave/oven combi. Everything we needed. There was a clothes horse to dry the clothes. We were allowed to keep our baggage in the reception both before check in (2pm) an after check out due to our flight times. The lady could not be any more accomodating. Apartment was cleaned every 3 days. The cathedral is, at most 5 minutes away. We used an Aldi 15 minute walk away on Calle Martin Villa, as we were self catering for a lot of the time. Very central. Well recommended.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questa struttura, tipica costruzione andalusa su 3 piani con il patio centrale e le camere ai lati. Avevo un letto in una camera da 3 posti al piano terra, molto comodo il letto, buona la grandezza della camera, presente un armadio con 3 appendiabiti e 2 cassettoni, tv LCD e aria condizionata, viene fornita una presa multipla da 5 per ricaricare i devices elettronici. La colazione è ”industriale” ma soddisfacente, troverete marmellata, burro, formaggio e prosciutto, un po'di frutta dei mini muffin e il pane per i toast. Reception aperta h24, salottino con 4 poltrone all'ingresso, sala colazione con il microonde utilizzabile tutto il giorno, presenza di acqua, te e caffè gratuiti dalle 7 alle 24. Molto buona la posizione a 3 minuti a piedi dalla Setas de Sevilla e 5 minuti dalla Cattedrale. unica pecca la camera non era insonorizzata e il bagno era uno solo per tutto il piano terra.
