The front desk service is very good. The hotel is in a good location. The room is very clean, tidy and bright. There are free toilet seats and shower caps at the front desk. Stayed here for 3 nights in Xintiandi and our experience has been amazing! The hotel staff were very patient and helpful when we had some couriers delivered to the hotel to bring back home. :) It was very convenient to call for food deliveries to the hotel. You can just indicate your room number and the automated robot will deliver the food to your door room! Overall, very satisfied with the amenities and facilities provided by Atour! The gave us a small little gift after we check out, will consider to stay with Atour again next time! :)
