訂了兩間院景雙床房，一間落慄很大，一間荼白挺小的，但是價格竟然一樣，有點奇怪。總體而言，硬件算很不錯了，衞生間很大，不但乾濕分離，還淋雨和浴缸分離。但是周邊環境一般，旁邊就是居民區，一大早就噪音厲害。軟件服務幾乎為零，門卡都衹給一張，出門就不能充電了。還有最想吐槽的是早餐，老夫妻倆，也不知道有什麼，就問你吃什麼，餛飩和麪我選了餛飩，一碗菜肉大餛飩。給了個便宜酸奶一個白煮蛋就沒了。對於要吃西式早餐的人來説太不划算了。所以，這家性價比真的很一般，唯一好處是離青溪古鎮近，晚上去散步還行吧。

酒店其他的設施都還可以，但是服務太不專業樂，不能説服務不好，態度還是可以的，但真的非常不專業。首先是住12樓的那一晚，上水壞了，馬桶沖不了，冷水放不出來，給前台打了若干電話，衹是一直告知在聯繫，沒有任何解決方案。第二天更過分，半夜快十一點打電話詢問訂單的問題，明明是已經跟酒店溝通過多次的，退了原家庭房，換了大床房，酒店完全記不清，訂單混亂半夜打擾客人休息。定的晚餐遲遲送不到房間，打電話詢問前台，態度很好，告知稍等，就等了四十多分鐘。感覺管理上比較混亂，需要提升
