The room was too hot with no possibility to use the AC as it was only on heater mode after calling the reception. Generaly clean but found some hairs on the floor and in the bathroom. I was waking up at 9 am by room service to clean the room ? [Stay only 1 night...]while I was sleeping, then 30 min later receive phone call saying that[ room expired- room expired ] With very poor English , I get scared that I misread the details, but after reviewing the late checkout, it was well at 2 pm....didn't understand why calling at 9.30 saying that 😵💫
