I had a business trip to Shanghai, and I stayed in Citadine for two days. Upon check in the counter, there was a small lady whom I forgot to get her name, but she was very friendly and nice that she upgraded my room. She was very helpful! I will definitely stay again next time. THANK YOU to the lady who checked me in.

I recently stayed at the Ascott Hotel, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. First off, the hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for both business trips and leisure travel. There are many restaurants and shopping areas around the hotel, making it perfect for those wanting to explore the city. The service at the hotel also left a strong impression. From the front desk to room service, every staff member was very professional and warm, ensuring my stay was worry-free. The rooms were clean and tidy, with modern facilities, providing everything I needed, including comfortable bedding and high-speed Wi-Fi.

i’ve been staying at base on and off for almost a year now. it’s a decent serviced apartment with high cost performance ratio. most of the rooms are very basic with very basic furniture and amenities. usually i stay in a room with no kitchen, just bed, bathroom and small sitting area. this time i tried out a slightly upgraded room type, but i actually think the quality was more poor. the room didn’t have any bedside table, the only place to put items when in bed was the couch. the shower seemed poorly maintained as well, black mold and dark spots everywhere and super tiny with awkward layout. despite the drawbacks, base is a reliable option for short term stays.

The Hotel seems to be under renovation (groundfloor), so the checkin is at 9th floor. the room itself was clean, though window didnt properly close. rooms could be a bit more stylish - furniture and fittings are a bit odd. In all good value for money.

Instead of booking 2 hotel rooms, the 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect answer for 4 guests to stay in. The large living area gives you an opportunity to relax and snack in comfort as if you were at home. The fantastic location gives you central access to everything you could want to do in Shanghai.

每次來上海都住在由由酒店，這次一家人就選擇了公寓。房間不算大，但是很緊湊，五臟俱全的。有簡單的廚房設備可以煮個咖啡，熱個早餐啥的。服務很好，上海太熱我們躲在房間裏沒出門，打掃房間的工作人員就很暖心的打電話過來，問何時方便打掃。因為開放式廚房有水池，有地漏的味道，跟她説了也幫我們處理了。缺點就是，公寓有點老，設施陳舊，電源插頭比較少，還有就是地漏反味。

Très grand appartement avec 2 chambres, une cuisine, une salle de bain et un espace salon et salle à manger. Vue dégagée du balcon de l’appartement. Les installations sont vieillissantes mais l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Shanghai.

It was a good spacious hotel for the price. Well equipped with daily needs, clean and located in a nice quiet area with pretty cafes and minimarts.

地理位置比較好，門口也有個大的招牌，我是開車來的，剛拿的駕照全靠保安師傅熱情引導給我找的停車位，前台小姐姐熱情的給我辦理了入住還很貼心的送給我一瓶水，等到了房間又是驚喜連連，首先一個大陽台，這個下午坐在陽台上喝着下午茶不要太悠哉，在者就是一個超大的電視機可以讓我投影追劇，在者就是還有一個小沙發客廳簡直太棒了，客廳跟沙發之間還有一個可移動的玻璃門，這樣也可以會客，如果再來上海的話這裏絕對還會再來入住！
