Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Good This is a newly opened hotel. The front desk staff was particularly warm and attentive, providing excellent service. They poured us water upon check-in and even explained the location of the hotel's amenities. It was very heartwarming and helpful. A large shopping mall is just a few dozen meters away, and there's a lively night market and a musical fountain to watch. It's also close to the circus and the subway station, making it very convenient for commuting into the city. The hotel also offers a rich breakfast, free laundry and fitness facilities, and books available for borrowing in the lobby. I had a very good stay and was very satisfied.

Hotel rooms are clean, big and spacious. Service is great as always. They had to turn off the centralised air conditioner cos it was turning cold. But they were very nice to offer a staff's personal electrical fan as the hotel didn't have any then as i was feeling warm. Location is a little far off city centre but i like that it's quiet and away from the crowd. Easy and accessible to call for didi just right outside hotel entrance. Nearby not many eateries, shops or convenience store. Just a KFC around the corner near traffic juntion 50m ahead. The usual amenities like laundry, porridge supper all available. Overall I had a pleasant stay at Atour and will continue to patronise them in other cities.
